26 Feb 2012--Life is good. I love my career. FanFiction is my hobby. But my family is the best.
4 Nov 12-- I have gotten to the point I only read the complete pieces because so many writers stop and never finish their works. My philosophy about FanFiction is to just write what you want, and practice your writing skills. Developing plots, describing scenes, making believable characters, those are all things to practice. I have read many stories that just stop because the writer isn't getting enough feedback. That's sad. We have to pat ourselves on the back sometimes. Not everyone can take the time to stop and comment. Self confidence comes from believing in yourself.

4 July 2015 Happy 4th of July! I read but haven't published in awhile. I'm working on my own book but have writer's block. Many things going on in my life, but still time to read.

April 2018. I wrote “Ever Us” two years ago and posted it on the Adult Ff site. But honestly I wasn’t happy with it. So I revised it and put it on the FF site. Now I’m forced to look back at my words from Nov 12 where I commented that you have to pat yourself on the back and not worry about no reviews. I am now seeing that from a different perspective. Even a thumbs up or a smiley face would give the writer an idea if a writer was on the right track with a story. Sure I still believe we need to be self confident but feedback does help.
Regardless I like the AU I made for the Inu bros and I’d like to add to it. Just short of ideas at the moment. My husband wonders why I like Inuyasha still after 20 years have pasted. I guess it’s because it was well written and the story is timeless. Good vs bad, friendship development, love interests and well developed characters plus Sesshomaru and Inuyasha are just SEXY!

8 Oct 19 Regarding reviewing: One of my challenges is to ensure what I see in my head gets translated to words. A picture is worth 1000 words they say. One of the joys of feedback to me is seeing how close I've come to achieving that goal or how someone has seen it in their mind.
