well I can't say it is or it isn't for sure o.o I don't have that mind set or anything. Theres a good chance that certain individuals think that because some couples may or may not share similarities to Clerith that it makes them canon. *Rubs chin* though to be honest i don't see Clerith or Cloti in ANY of the couples.

To me, FF7 is in a whole different league compared to the others. So its difficult for me to draw similarities to any of them for either ship.

Wow! No one's been on here in ages! Anyway, I like Clerith, Cloti, Clouffie, Cloud and Cissnei (because it's different), and Zerith. But just talking about Clerith and Cloti, I'd say both are canon. I mean, it's all up to player on which couple they really like in the game just because the player can control how Cloud responds to Tifa and Aerith. However, I find myself liking Clerith more than Cloti, but both couples are really good to me.
