Something was wrong within the city. And Aizawa knows. Seemingly random class D-B villains and citizens hung from their balloon look alike. The heroes and police were lucky that they were able to save 3 of the victims. Whoever was doing this was intending for the heroes to see them. Interviewing these kids was the only way he'd get answers. But he got more than what he asked for.
