One of my favorite Negima-pairings actually. Chachamaru seems to be the only one who Eva truly respects and there´s no doubt these two´d do anything for each other. Am actually surprised there´s not much written about them.

I really like this pairing as well. I've read one or two stories about them that got a chuckle out of me, especially when Eva uses that... erm... winding-thingy on Chacha. It's even hilarious in my Grade-2-English manga. And I can't even understand that stuff. I do know the gets a near o*** feeling though. That I can interpret through visuals alone.
But the pairing does have potential, I gotta admit. The two fics I read were humorfics, but they still kept the feel of the pairings. The stories are Towels And Keys by GentlemanBones and Mechanical Perceptions by SuzetteFarlington. Great fics.

She uses a winding-thing on Chachamaru, lol? I´ve actually only seen the anime or well... one of the animes that is! But the thing you described sounds rather funny.
Yeah, I really love those two together. Guess I´ve always wanted to see them as a couple ever since I saw the first episode of the anime (I´ve watched that one not called "Mahou Sensei, lol). And I really gotta read those fics you´ve mentioned. When I get time and well.. peace of mind that is, since I´ve gotta a hand full of homeworks I gotta do, lol!

And yeah, the winding thingy is funny as hell. She seems to get a rather *ahem* pleasurable feeling if Eva or Negi uses it. Especially in Negi's naive hands... Could make for a rather interesting fic... Bwahahahahaha! I'm so evil.
But yeah, I love these two together too. They're like my second favorite pairing in Negima (KaedexMana still holds top honours). I definitely need more fics detailing Eva and Chacha's relationship. Too many NegixEva and ChisamexChacha fics. Blegh! More Vampire-Gynoid love! The gods demand it!!!!

Kaede x Mana sounds like a really good match-up (gotta start a thread about them soon!) though I´m sad to say I don´t know enough about each character. But yeah, more Vampire-Gynoid love! The godess demands it to, lol!

And what if the first person is 'conveniently' Eva, when she's suffering from her summer cold? Oooh! *Drools* Deep kissing FTW! And what if the fic is M-Rated? Whoohooo! To start a thread you just push on the green mark to the right where it says "new topic" and then just put a line on it like "Mana x Kaede" if that´s the subject you want to start and then it´s done XD! Feel free to ask if there´s anything else you´d like to know.

So glad you liked my Negima-fic so much XDDDDD! And yeah, "To Close" is my m-rated fics name contains some pretty intense man on man. Bayman x Ryu my fav yaoi-pairing ever, though nothing´s canon about it, lol. But enough about them, this is a Negima-yuri not DOA-yaoi P:).
Yeah, I kind of know what you´re talking about with Prey driving you up the wall (I kinda like the name Prey though) my fic Love Actually DOA-style kind of does the same thing to me, the first chapters and ... the last are always the worst (my fic The ninja napping was a pain in the.. ahem... when I was writing the finish). To Close is the only M-rated fic I´ve published so far but I´ve got more ideas....

4/10/2010 #11 ReportGreen Card! Whoohoo! Oxford, here I come! I'm currently bust with Grade 11/ Standard 9. And I'm freakin' hating it. Why, oh why did I choose bookkeeping and tourism as subjects? I swear I nailed myself to cross by doing that...
Haha, I let my 9 year old sis read To Close... She fainted. Really. A real Nodoka-esque girly, that one... But the intensity adds to the thrill ofreading it. I mean, I get bored of those soppy, predictable romance and smex scenes pretty quickly, hence I suck at writing them. I tried in my Elfen Lied fic. FAIL! At least you manage to pull it off. I'm doomed to sticking to cheesy oneshots and over the top action. Not that I mind the action. Fight scenes are fun to type. *Squee*
As for Prey, my fears are nulled! It's finally crossed the 5000 word mark, getting all the more close to the 6000 word goal I set myself. I've got my two hapless victims, one dead (not telling their names), I've got the (essential) human-science-nerd-who-wants-to-control-the-aliens, as is necessary, who brought some of the specimens to Mahora (guess who), I've got a rather dramatic moment when hapless victim one escapes her fate, and I have (wait for it) a squad of eight Young Blood Preds arriving on Mahora! Whoot! XD Now, just the final touches and I can post it! Yippee!
More M-Rated stuff? Whoohoo! Can't wait. XP

One always believes one´s not gonna make it the last years, since one´s come to a state where one´s really fed up with the subject one´s reading and the fact that it´s not that much left to study makes one nervous as hell. But once again you´ll do fine D:) and then Oxford waits!

Yeah, I love writing those scenes but only if it´s a pairing I like (Imagines Ryu x Kasumi in the same situation and shudders with horror. They´re more incesty then Ayane x Hayate or Ayane x Kasumi together! He´s like her big brother if anything) but yeah, writing them demands quit a lot of attention from the author not to say imagination... I pull it off? Cool!!! And don´t worry, you´re probabley not as bad at writing soppy-moments as you think, but I guess to write something really good its demanded somehow that one actually "enjoys" writing it. By the way! Gotta read the Elven lied fic sometime this week, XD!

This is a country where great workers are retrenched so that (dumber) night-colour-guys can have 'equal oppotunities, where, screw murder and theft, taxi drivers cause the most deaths per year, and where you can't say 'black' because it hurts the Africans' feelings. Isn't that peachy...
I think my sis was at the more... *ahem* 'interactive' scene when she konked out. Poor girl's never seen a s*** in her life...
As for the manga, it is available on OneManga and Manga Fox, but I wouldn't advise reading it as it's drawn quite s*** and the ending is meaningless (they kill off the heroine. I cried. I did, I cried myself to sleep...). The anime, though it ends on a very awkward note, is way better and scored stellar points at the reviews. You can download the episodes in english at English Dub Kingdom, but they're rather big (250+ MB). And yeah, I'll welcome the advice any day!

It´s such things like one group drawing advantages that creates racism in the first place and it´s so not fair to all the "good" people out there, both whites and "ahem" nightcolored. It´s really ridicoulos one shouldn´t be able to say "black", they apparently say "whites" constantly about well... let´s say "snow colored people". It´s just plain idiocity according to my opinion!

Ok, so rather the anime then the manga! Yeah, I remember seeing her dying in a amv, but one just sees her horn getting shot of. Looked really gruesome and really sad, made me want to cry to. If you ask for advice I shall give XD.

The anime sort-of has a happy ending. One that actually made me (read: Mega Metalhead) cry like a newborn. The manga is just plain horsecrap. And that's putting it lightly. The scene where she gets her horn blown off is not cool...

Uhm... According to the manga, Chachamaru was Chao Lingshen and Satomi Hakase's pet project, but she proved too high tech and lacked a compatible power source. Evangeline offered to power Chacha with her magic on the condition that she keep her if she worked. Things went well, and Eva scored a new roboservant. However, it seems the daily transfer of Eva's magic has caused Chacha to start growing a soul, and this is proven when she forms a Pactio with Negi.
Hope that cleared it up.
