So, here are my OCs. I'm currently making a plot about them... yes, they are actually rather important...

Age: Appears 20ish.

Gender: Female

Hair Color: Silver, cut very short.

Eye Color: Electric blue.

Skin Color: Dark tan.

Powers/Abilities: Photographic memory.

Other: She has a British accent.

Personality: Lion is aloof, witty, highly intelligent and somewhat of a snob.

Name: Xala (Zah-Lah)

Age: Appears 25ish.

Gender: Female

Hair Color: Long, silky black hair with a white stripe in it.

Eye Color: Red.

Skin Color: Pale.

Powers/Abilities: She's very strong.

Other: N/A

Personality: Her personality is almost non-existant. She's silent, cold and calculating, but she's still very devoted to the causes of good (Whatever they may be). Xala is quick to silence all that oppose herself or her friends.

Age: Appears 14-15ish.

Gender: Female Hair

Color: Shoulder-length, wavy honey blonde.

Eye Color: One eye is a pale gray, the other is dark brown.

Skin Color: Very pale.

Powers/Abilities: Melody can possess paintings and drawings, making them come to life. However, most of the apparitions have minds of their own and don't listen to her. Handy if you're attacked in an art museum, but it's otherwise useless.

Other: She LOVES shopping.

Personality: Melody is extremely extroverted, bubbly, friendly and spontanious. Hyper is her middle name.

Powers/Abilities: He can hack a computer in under a minute, no matter how secure it is. (Top-secret government documents, beware!)

Other: He has three miniature tattoos of stars above his right eyebrow, he wears dark eyeliner and he has snakebite lip piercings.

Personality: Spencer is can be a real wild card at times, being spontanious, cheerful and carefree. However, making him mad is unadvisable; he holds grudges.

Hair Color: Long, black hair which he keeps in a ponytail.

Eye color: Purple.

Skin color: Lightly tanned.

Powers/Abilities: The ability to portal. Besides that, no one can pinpoint exactly what powers he possesses...

Personality: Amy is a serious moaner, whiner and complainer. He's so annoying, in fact, he drives walls up people...

There's a serious gray cloud hanging over Amy. Why is this guy hanging around Lexale, anyway? Better yet, why is Lexale even bothering to put up with him? She hates him anyway! And, aren't Organization/Disorder members the only ones who can portal...? Keep an eye on this guy...

Bio: Lydia when Radiant Garden fell five years ago, she became lost in the Dark Corridors. She stayed there for a year, using the powers of darkness to survive. During this time, the darkness became a part of her, and she was forced to host the darkness. The darkness moulded into wings on her back. She found her way out, and onto Lemurés in Ivalice. She stayed there for a year, amongst the Aegyl, before leaving to find Layax & Radiant Garden. There is something odd about her though. She has complete control over the darkness, and is wanted by a group of Demon-Lords. Why could this be?

Powers: A whole slew of them. From her mother, she recieved the all-powerful skill of reality altering. From her father, the powers of lunar magic, divination and rage are abundant. A gift from Rixon (You think I'd let you forget the Dusk incident) was her power to freely turn into a lesser nobody, plus some very minor traces of vampiric skills from a close-encounter Xalele had with Xanthan. However, these vampiric traits are so minute that they don't show themselves... yet.

Well, this guy gave Justin a stern warning and sent him away to murder our favorite star-crossed lovers. No other information at this time.

-Shiva, Xalele's Personal Nobody-

Since I put up a section on how to beat Xalele, I figured I might as well put one up about Shiva. Shiva is nothing more than an extension of her mistress. She shows no conscious thought, shows no mercy, uses no common sense and has primitive forms of judgement.

How to murder Shiva for your own foolish *Scratches that* EVIL purposes:

-Shiva is immune to electricity, drowning, burning, hypothermia, illnesses and any form of sight debilitation. Paralysis is almost certain not to affect her.

-Shiva is a ruthless hunter. Xalele controls who she hunts by 'marking' someone as a target. So far, the only one marked as a target is Xanthaus, but this may change. This can also be an effective downfall, leading Shiva away from her mistress.

-Shiva has an unlimited supply of spears.

-Shiva cannot speak. In fact, Shiva can't think. She can't bake cookies, either.

-Shiva is taller and stronger than most normal, human men, thus giving her a serious size advantage. However, she's not nearly as quick as her mistress; use this to your advantage.

-Shiva only takes orders from her mistress.

-Shiva, like all hunter nobodies, have only facial features and no actual mouthes, eyes or noses. She 'senses' things, and this creates a perfect image map in her mind of her surroundings.

-Shiva is a rather up-close-and-personal fighter. She's a get in, get out kind of person and doesn't waste time in killing people.

-Shiva's 'skin' does not absorb things such as poison, vampiric blood or any other things with which you want to infect Shiva.

-Shiva cannot feel pain, heat or cold. She just is.

-Shiva cannot portal; she can only teleport.

-People tend to experience restlessness, fear, discomfort and uneasiness when Shiva is around, whether they know it or not. Use this to your advantage.

-You can't rape Shiva. (xD)

-Shiva will not give up. You'll have to rip her to literal shreds... and even then, she'll keep struggling...

Echo (Formerly Project Nephilim or Project Shinigami)

Age: Unknown(in her teens, maybe)

Hair: Short Black with White streaks hair.

Power: Any power she master from her mission.

Bio: It reveals that Echo was a Human Experiment with no name once created by Ansem the Wise and Clow Reed* **. But since the Destruction of Radiant Garden, she was transported to Midgar and was found by Hojo. Hojo conducted by numerous experiment on her, with the Secret Scientist Group, ECHO(Experiment's Creators of Heaven's Orthodox). They named her Experiment Nephilim(white hair with gold eyes), "the Last Child of Jenova" the carries N Cell, fusion of G and S Cell, and the first female experiment of Jenova Project. Mostly, they conducted experiments on her eyes, making her eyes made out of Materias. Then, Hojo and the ECHO group decide to clone her, and called her clone, Project Shinigami(black hair with silver eyes). Unlike Nephilim, Shinigami is a ruthless Juggernaut, that can destroy anyone or anything in her path (like the Clone Syaoran). But, after the cloning, things went wrong and Shinigami started to destoy all the members of ECHO group. In order to stop Shinigami, Nephilim fuse herself with her clone, so she can stop Shinigami and became one with her by sealing themselves. Hojo now reclaim that both Nephilim and Shinigami are "Failed ones", that he disposed her to another world. When Shinigami/Nephilim woke up at Tokyo, "they" completely lost all "their" memories. Until "they" found a dog tag w/ chains around her neck that said ECHO. So "they" or now "she" believe her name is "Echo". Later, she was found by Watanuki and Yuuko. Now, she becomes Yuuko's Apprentice. And Later, Xumi's friend.

Instead of healing or creating Dreams, she destoys and alters Dreams. Yumekage's plan was to destroy the Dreams, all she need was to kill Xumi in order to destroy them. She always envy at Xumi for being a dreamer. That she always know that Xumi is "useless" to Org. XIII and to her freinds. But, sometimes her plan to destroy the Dreams failed. So, Yumekage was keep on working to make her plan suceed. And it also reveals that she has a crush on Navix. With Xumi's interest of Butterflies, Yumekage has interest of Dragonflies. And she loves to wear gothic lolita clothes(like what Sakura from Tsubasa Chronicle wore at the Infinity Country)

General Apperance: Kelly's always wearing tight leather pants and a leather jacket; seeing him in anything else is not an option. He has a thing for the color purple. He also has two piercings in his left ear.

He is very tall, standing at about 6' 7". He's also very fit, and has a well-defined body (Yes, he has a six pack that all men would die to have).

Personality: Kelly is an ever-changing person, as his personality matches that of the surrounding people. Stick him in a cheery crowd and he's happy as a clam, but don't be suprised when he begins to emulate emo Zexion when in close proximity. In general, he's a total rogue badass with a geniunely good nature and a friendly disposition. Kelly is naturally charming, witty and highly intelligent- but often times misguided and laid-back. He has a dry sense of humor, and children instinctively like him.

However, when his demonic side rears it's ugly head, well... run. Run for your life.

His life revolves around motorcycle riding. Kelly is an exceptional ATV/Motorcycle rider and mechanic.

Oh yeah, NEVER TOUCH HIS MOTORCYCLE WITHOUT HIS PERMISSION. HE'LL KILL YOU. :D

I Xradenom, The Eyes of Fate (Za-raid-nom)

--Is very uncaring, insensitive. A great leader and is highly respected. She cares for very little, and seems to only care about Guts. She shall kill you if you annoy her. Looks just like Xed, but has dark blonde hair and gray eyes. Quote: “What is Kingdom Hearts? The end of us all…”

II Xoras, The Kill in Cold Blood (Zor-as)

--Very serious about his ‘work’. Was kicked out of the Disorder for attempted murder of the members, but now has returned. Is not polite, very bold, and very risky. Best friends with Xed and Kuxir. Is thought of as insane, crazy, etc. Looks just like Sora, but has pale blond hair and golden eyes. Quote: “Mourn for me.”

III Mexdy, The Song of the Dark Guitar (Mex-dee)

--Doesn’t prefer to fight, yet doesn’t mind fighting. Is very quiet, often reads. Is seen a lot with Alex. He quotes a lot from songs, especially dark songs. Is rather poetic. He loves Anxen (they are married, of course).Looks just like Demyx, but has black hair and golden eyes. Quote: “I pray for Sanctuary, to Be My Escape. I scream out to The River, ‘cause I’m About to Break.”

IV Alex, The Devil’s Reject

--Is very serious and uptight. He is angered easily. Is seen with Mexdy a lot. He’s often seen burning things, and comments how ‘we’re all just ashes of our former selves’. Looks just like Axel, but has dark blonde hair, golden eyes, and the marks under his eyes are black. Quote: “There’s no point to our ‘existence’. There is no ‘existence’. We’re all just ashes of our former selves.”

V Xenzio, The Silent Dreamer (Zen-zee-oh)

--Jokes a lot. He prefers not to fight, and avoids fighting at all costs. He isn’t often serious, but is very loyal and protective. Is often seen with Kuxir. HE IS NOT METROSEXUAL. Looks just like Zexion, but has pale orange hair (with pale gold highlights) and golden eyes. Quote: “ZOMG!!!”

VI Kuxir, The Dark Angel (Koo-zir)

--Is very calm. Doesn’t question much. He is cool and collected, and doesn’t often anger easily. He is, however, extremely protective of his best friends, and will do anything to make sure they aren’t hurt. He is very loyal, and comments a lot about how everyone has ‘choices’. Best friends with Xed and Xoras. He has something against Riku, although it is unknown to everyone but he and Xed. Looks just like Riku, but has black hair and golden eyes. Quote: “You always have a choice. You just made a bad one.”

VII Roxuld, The Cheater of Death (Rox-oold)

--Is very stubborn, and a bit of a daredevil. He is said to have cheated death so many times, ‘a grave is left open for him, to come and go as he pleases’. He’s also very miserly and greedy. Looks just like Luxord, but has light brown hair and golden eyes. Quote: “If it is a challenge you offer, it shall be a challenge you lose.”

VIII Brixag, The One-Shot (Bricks-ag)

--Is very serious. Is not laid back at all. He often says he is ‘searching for a serious challenge, and only one can give him that’. Those who have questioned why he is called the ‘One-Shot’ find out the hard way. Looks just like Xigbar, but has silver hair with black streaks, and his eye patch is white. Quote: “ ‘Cause one shot’s all it takes.”

IX Xisa, The Moonlit Rage (Zi-sa)

--Is very expressive. He shows emotions freely, unlike the other members, who prefer to not flaunt it. His most shown emotions are anger and sadness. When he goes berserk, he ceases all emotion and is expressionless while he attacks viciously. He becomes expressive again when his berserk moment passes. He’s in love with Xalele, and she’s the main reason he won’t go berserk. Looks just like Saix, but has dark brown hair. Quote: “If I calmed down…well, that’d be too bad for you.”

X Aruxmila, The Poisoned Rose (Ah-rucks-me-la)

--Rarely talks. He is often the quietest, preferring to keep to himself. He owns a ‘dead garden’. Is said that everything in his garden he touches instantly dies. Unlike his Nobody, when he flips his hood, summons his weapon, or fights, dead rose petals appear instead of red ones. He’s a very artistic being, and an intellect at Heart. Looks just like Marluxia, but has dark red hair and golden eyes. Quote: “This rose may be dead, but surely a rose by any other name would smell just as sweet…”

XI Aldix, The Gale Haunter

--Is not very serious. He finds things as a game. Angers easily, and is somewhat emotional. He constantly jokes about how ‘he had something important to say, but he forgets what it was’ (Heartless don’t have memories). No one takes him seriously. In other words, he’s an idiot. Looks just like Xaldin, but has bright blonde hair, and golden eyes. Quote: “You know what? I had something REALLY important to tell you, but I just can’t seem to remember what it was…”

XII Nevex, The Frozen Soul

--Is very…cold. He seems to be angry with everyone and everything. He speaks sharply to everyone, even to his superiors. He is a cold individual, with a cold, uncaring, insensitive half-of-a-heart to match. Looks just like Vexen, but has blue-gray hair and golden eyes. Quote: “You can just go die for all I care.”

XIII Ralexen, The Sadistic Incise (Ray-lex-en)

--Is very, very nice. She is rather compassionate, and cares about others. She likes to fight, but only hurts her opponent if she is ordered to. She is often thought of as weak due to how she acts. Can be sadistic and can live up to her title if she wants to; she just chooses not to. Looks just like Larxene, but has black hair and golden eyes. Quote: “Being nice, despite the others being mean, doesn’t make me weak. It makes me strong.”

IXV Sauelex, The Brute Force (Sah-you-lex)

--Is very moody. He doesn’t like to be bothered with. He is more of a strategist than a brawler, which surprises most. He lets others do his work for him. Hates jokes and horseplay. Is very serious. He’s often seen working out a lot. Looks just like Lexaeus, but has sliver hair and golden eyes. Quote: “If you value the half-life you have, you’ll leave me alone. Now.”

EP: i've been thinking, and i decided to make an OC i think passes as not cheap or overpowering. this is my last major OC that i'll make. and i have 7 more minor OC that work with this one, but i'm not done with them yet.

Name: Lord Vladamir Delacroix the 7th

Age: 170 (looks 17)

Gender: Male

Power: Music (any type of metal)

Weapon: Guitar (called "Heaven's Key)

Bio: born to a wealthy family of vampires, Vladamir was always interested in music, unlike his family who are business people. he spent his entire life playing the guitar and performing at gigs when he was 16. needless to say, he became well known for his ability to capture the crowd like no other performer. he then began to look for people who were interested in forming a band with him. unfortunately, no such person was available...at least not on his world. he's stepbrother, Johan, was a scientist who worked on teleporting objects from one place to another. Vlad asked him to help in his search for a band. at first, Johan refused, thinking such things are not important and that it would be a waste of resources, but then helped him when Vlad promised to help him get together with the girl he liked. after years of searching, Vlad finally had his band, "Hell's Gate", and also found a manager, special effects person, and a bodyguard. after there first performance as a band, they have been living a sweet life for many years. he considers the people he travels with his family as well as his Familiars, since they can also fight as well as they can play.

Personality: he is very good-natured. he almost never gets mad. he is really lazy when he isn't "Rockin' out". for some reason, he always ends his sentences with "Chu" and calls any male thats younger than him or just looks young "Binky Boy". also, little kids like to pull his hair for some odd reason.

Hair color: Dark blue that reaches up to his ankles and is really smooth, like silk.

Eye color: Electric blue with a piercing effect, as though he's looking through you and not at you.

Appearance: he has pale skin, is really scrawny-looking and wears clothing that have lots of chains on them. he has a spiked collar around his neck and has 6 silver rings on both of his little fingers, middle fingers and thumbs. he also has shark-like teeth and half of his face is usually covered by his hair.

Abilities: -High level of thunder and wind spells.

EP: ok. here's minor charater #1 that's with Vlad.

Name: Xanax

Age: 32

Power: Earth

Gender: Male

Weapon: none.

Bio: Xanax was once known as Maxwell Armstrong. he comes from a family who has been in the military service for many generations. while on a visit to his uncle, accompanied by his brother, he was assassinated by a bomb that was attached to the truck he was in. his brother, having survived, was a skilled alchemist and used his skills to bring his brother back at the cost of his legs and left arm. Maxwell's soul was placed inside the suit of armor that was being transported in the truck. 2 years later, Vladamir took interest in Maxwell and asked him to join his group as their bodyguard. Maxwell accepted and has been doing his job extremely well ever since.

Personality: He never talks. Only Vladimir has heard him talk and even then, he spoke every little. people sometimes get an intimidating feeling about him.

Appearance: he is a giant, standing at 8' 3'' and has a bulky body. his armor(which is his body) is very well designed and is electric blue with silver designs. his helmet has a sliver skull face for a scary effect, which doesn't really work during the day.

Name:Valium

Power: Fire

Age: 45.

Gender: Male:

Weapon: none

Bio: Valium, or Keith Rage, is a Satyr from Satynaar that has an interest in technology. although he was very gifted, humanity shunned his work and ignored him for many years. eventually, he succeeded in becoming the engineer he always wanted to be, but he felt as though he was missing something. at some point, Vladamir invited Keith to join the group and from then on, he has been the special effects person for Vlad's band.

Personality: Unlike other Satyrs, Valium he is outgoing, honest and fair. but he does have a short fuse and can get angrier than a fat man having his lunch taken away. he speaks his mind and has little concern for others. he's always boasting about his "incredible skills" and how his work is "no less than perfect".

Appearance: he has red fur and two brown horns on his head. he has a braided beard and reddish-brown eyes. he wears regular black jeans and a Hawaiian shirt. he usually wears sunglasses and has a piercing on his tongue and right ear. he is also somewhat of a muscle man.

Bio: born in a lower class family, Zolof (Christine Lover) is an Incubus with charm powers beyond normal. during his teen years, his charm powers were so great, every person who just looked at him would immediately fall in love with him. having little money to support himself and his younger brothers, he went on the streets and sold himself for others pleasure. after 2 years of doing this, he has attempted suicide many times, but never could go through with it. Vladamir noticed one day that Christine was going to slit his throat in an alleyway and managed to convince him to not do it. with Vlad's help, he was able to help his little brothers and made sure they went to good homes. Vlad invited Christine to join his band and travel to different worlds with him. since then, He has been playing the guitar with Vlad in concerts and quickly became the most popular among the female community.

Personality: very shy and caring. he will never get angry, but will cry instead. He's always optimistic and deeply cares about anyone, even a total stranger.

Appearance: He can only be described as perfect. he has the perfect body, the perfect height, and perfect shoulder-length blond hair. his eyes are a sapphire blue. no woman nor man can resist him, no matter how hard they try. however, this only happens when they see his face completely. he usually wears clothing similar to Vlad's and a scarf around the lower half of his face. he sometimes wears a red collar around his neck with a thin chain, giving him somewhat of a bondage-slave look.

Personality: completely random and unpredictable. he hates dogs and loves fungus.

Appearance: he's a skeleton wearing rocker clothing. he has one green eye in his left eye socket.

Bio: Paxil (Nathan Orderschvank) is one of the greatest pianists the world has ever known and also one of the youngest vampires. he has wrote many songs and has been very successful in his career. however, he always wanted to try his luck in a band and joined Vlad's group when he heard about how well they were doing.

Personality: very calm and collected. he sees things from an analytic point of view. he is a very clean person and can't stand the sight of dirt.

Appearance: he wears a black trench coat, a black bowler hat, black-lensed glasses, black metal-spiked boots, black gloves, black pants and a black shirt. he has a slim body. he has black, slick hair thats combed back and grayish skin.

Bio: Dyskinesia was born from the seed of the Death Head's Tree. the 2nd oldest out of 7 siblings, he was the only one who couldn't talk or have a mouth. he was supposed to go to another world to plant himself in a battlefield to feed off the blood of the fallen, but didn't. 10 years later, he obtained a humanoid shape and decided to finally leave. he met an elf who had a really bad temper and ended up working for her as her assistant. the elf, Librium, was Vladamir's manager. Dyskinesia didn't mind working for her, but felt that she might end up killing everyone and couldn't miss the chance for that to happen as the bands blood would really increase his growth rate when he plants himself to a planet.

Personality: he shows very little, if any, emotions. he is indifferent about anything and does what Librium tells him to do.

Appearance: he has a soft and smooth body which is chalk white except for the forearms and forelegs down, which are pitch black and the tips of his fingers are blood red and really long and root-like and has 2 slits were his nose should be. he can extend any part of his body to a maximum of 50 feet. his hair are red vines that extend to his shoulders and he always wears black and red cultist robes with the hood over his head.

Hair: Red, short.

Eyes: Red

Power/Ability: None, well, she CAN go crazy on her opponent...

Weakness: She can't focus, use this as an advantage!

Flaw: Gets bored/angry easily.

Bio: When Maxia began traveling, Mayu was bored (Yes, bored.) since she had no one to bother anymore, so she took up training with her sword, she's been with Zeki since he asked her out. She beat him up, but took his offer anyways. They are hoping to marry in 3 weeks.

Quote of the day: "I have a sword...So, I'm gunna stab you with it! I don't care if you are my soon-to-be Husband!" - Stabbing Zeki with a sword(Ouch)

Power/Ability: Fireworks, and a bit of Magic(Firaga, Curaga, and Blizzaga).

Weakness: It takes alot of time for her to use her power and Magic.

Flaw: Is terrible at remembering things.

Bio: Satsuki hasn't changed one bit, she still has Suzu stalking her, she now collects Plushies AND dolls, but she has been practicing Magic to help Maxia and Mayu out, but other then that, she hasn't got much to do nowadays.

Quote of the day: " No, no matter HOW many dolls or plushies you give me, I WON'T date you!" - Rejecting Suzu.

Gender: Male

Hair: Blonde, long.

Eyes: Blue.

Power/Ability: None, but he can steal ANYTHING(Meaning he can steal everything...No backing out!) 'Course, he gives it back once he tests if Mayu likes it.

Weakness: Mayu, and he can't fight physically.

Flaw: Get's VERY intimidated easily.

Bio: Zeki is still cross-dressing (Much to the dismay of Mayu, who hates dresses with a passion) and stealing, he tries his best to make Mayu happy, but it ends up with a bloody nose, a bruise on his face, and a black eye, on Zeki's side, and evil laughter on Mayu's. They are in love, though Mayu shows violent love.

Quote of the day: "DON'T IGNOOOOOOOOOOOOORE MEEEEEEEEEE, MS. MAYUUUUUUUUUU!"- Being ignored by Mayu.

Weakness: Light, and Magic(Thunder and it's counter parts)

Flaw: Too distracted by Satsuki to care about herself.

Bio: When Maxia went traveling, Suzu became worried about Satsuki, so she stayed behind, working on making Satsukilove her back, but otherwise, nothing else has changed...Well, she does have strong feelings for Satsuki.

Quote of the day: "B-b-b-bu...But I love you! *Insert teary-eyes*" - Being rejected by Satsuki.

Hair: Black hair tied in a pony-tail.

Power/Ability: Can control anyone.

Gender: Female

Weakness: Everything and anything harmful.

Flaw: Scared of sharp things.

Bio: When her brother was at a near-death experience, she lost her hearing, so in order for you to talk to her, you have to write her letters. She is extremely afraid of the Heartless, and WILL run away from them at any given moment. She is also the second oldest of the YAM Triplets.

She wears lots of bracelets and two earrings on each of her ears to sub-due her Alice.

Bio: After seeing Nicky lost her hearing, he became afraid he'd end up like her, so he runs away from home from time to time. He REALLY REALLY hates his name, and will attempt to beat up the person who calls him Nicky who isn't Ann or Yellow.

Bio: When Maxia destroyed "Zero Charred Island", the orb that stored the time there, it eventually went into Yellow's body, he was in the hospital for weeks because he passed out in the heat, he was fine, luckily, so there's nothing to worry about. He always carries Nan with him, it's impossible to see him without Him...Her...It...His nickname is Yellow, since Nan is yellow.

He wears earrings and a necklace to sub-due his Alice, as a result of his power to time-travel.

Quote of the day: "...I KNOW what you did last summer, I was there." - When Ann tries to deny she was eating candy during most of the summer.

Name: Zao (Zay-Oh)

Age: Older than time.

Gender: Male

Race: Arch Angel

Hair Color: Black, shoulder length and messy.

Eye Color: Shimmering gold. He wears lots of eyeliner.

Weapon of Choice: A gold spear.

General Appearance: Zao is tall, skinny and lanky. His clothing consists of tight PVC pants, a yellow net shirt, and a bondage collar with a chain that attaches to his belt. He has multiple lip, eyebrow, nose and ear piercings, and he wears lots of rings and a spiked bracelet.

Personality: Zao is sarcastic, calculating, authoritarian, firm and inflexible. He's completely unreadable and shows no emotion.

Bio: Zao is a demon hunter of God. Hell keeps Heaven in balance, and Zao recognizes this... he eliminates demons who are deemed 'out of control'.
