Personality: He has a buisness-like yet somewhat playful personality, enjoying the thrill of the chase and taunting his enimies as he fights them. Though when the moment requires it Floyd can be serious when he has to be. He is intelligent with a strategic and calculating thought process about every action or decision he makes
Appearance: Floyd stands 6ft 3inches with a defined and athletic build, black short cut hair, and he has dark tanned skin without a single scar on his body. He has a strong jawline, dark brown eyes, and a scruffy beard just at the end of his chin. He wears a black leather blazer, black button down shirt, dark brown cargo pants, and brown loafers as his civies. When on missions he wears a black suit in similar design as Nightwing except the abdomen has armor that is light grey and the rest is all black.
Weapons : Wrist mounted guns with interchangeable bullet types ranging from: electric, to rubber, explosive(like a large firecracker), to gas shots. Has a pair of goggles that act as night vision, thermal, and scope
Powers/Abilities (try and not create a character with the same powers as other previously submitted OCs): Is skilled in weapons, is a masterful marksmen, proficient hand to hand combat skills, and has excellent physical conditioning. Also has mastered the practice of ricocheting projectiles.
Due to the Anti-hero serum, Floyd possesses an immunity to all meta and supernatural powers. With a touch he can render a person/creature powerless. He also has peak human conditioning as well as a minor healing factor that heals cuts and bullet wounds as long as it isn't to his heart or head.
Weaknesses: Is 100% human, takes exactly fifteen seconds for the bullet types to change, has a dangerously competitive attitude which subjects him to manipulation in the name of a competition.
The power immunity works through projectile though not indirectly. Ex: If someone shot fire at Floyd, the flames would dissapate once they got near him, negated. Someone shoots fire around him, he doesn't get burned but the structure he was standing under/around falls on top of him. Dead.
He can't heal from headshots or heart shots
History/Background: History: Floyd Lawson Jr was born to a family of four with a younger brother, mother, and abusive father. Living in the country, the community they lived in had an unsaid rule of minding your own business. Nearly every night his dad would go into a drunken stupor and attack his family. This went on for about nine years until his mom just couldnt deal with it anymore and killed herself. Now leaving the two brothers to deal with their father alone. One day Floyd saw his dad beating his brother with a wire hanger outside. Floyd hearing his brother's cries of agony ran into the closet and took out their father's rifle, not wasting any time before running outside and shooting his father in the back. When he saw the man's body fall he also saw the wounds inflicted on his brother had taken their tole and he died in Floyd's arms.
Unfortunately that was the tike the neighbors decided to call the cops and Floyd was arrested. A mysterious man bailed him out of jail and offered to train him in the proper way to kill. The man was the assassin known as Slade.

Personality: Jason is a covert killer through and through, able to casually and constantly switch personality traits and demeanor for a variety of different reasons. His true personality is flirtatious and cocky, often enjoying to play with his opponents before defeating them. He is cold and ruthless with the drive to kill anything that gets in the way of his ambitions or goals. Despite his age he still has the attitude of a young adult. He has a great amount of willpower and stubbornness that doesn't allow him to fail a task that it given to him.

Jason has gone through multiple appearances but his current one has long black hair that goes down to his shoulders, dark brown eyes, a black hoodie, a white t-shirt, black jeans, a black cap, and black and white high-top sneakers; this is what he wears as civvies so that he can blend in with a crowd easily and avoid attracting attention. He has a mixed skin tone, stands 5'9, an athletic build, and physically looks to be in the prime of his youth. He carries twin automatic pistols as well as five throwing knives hidden among his clothing.
Villain costume: Jason wears a completely black bodysuit that has a red cross placed right over his left pectoral muscle, an ash-gray utility belt with matching gloves that have red crosses on the palms and back of the hands, a pair of black boots with steel-soles and a black cape that has an ash-gray interior. His mask consists of a white skull, which has no lower jaw, on a black full-face mask and a red cross that is in the center of the mask with the arms stopping just before they reach his eyes which are covered by white reflective lenses. His suit is modified with gadgets in the palms of his gloves which can form cross shaped manifestations which can act as shuriken, wrist-mounted blades, restraints (by constriction or adhesion), timed explosives, instant openings, as well as electric shock pads when stuck to objects or people.
Powers/Abilities (try and not create a character with the same powers as other previously submitted OCs):
Regenerative healing factor, superhuman agility and reflexes.
His regeneration allows him to be able to reattach limbs without bleeding out, though if he goes for an hour without his limbs being reattached he'll just grow a new one.
Has over 1000 years of wisdom and combat experience which gives him proficiency in physical combat as well as weaponry.
Weaknesses:
his strength is still of human level, his head still has to be in tact. (ex: head shot=heal from that. cut off his head and burn it=deader than dead). Though he can regenerate he can still feel pain.
Fears somebody learning they could kill him.
History/Background:
Jason was born during the era of the Roman empire under a different name: Spartacus. Being sold as a gladiator is what really caused his metahuman gene of regeneration to appear due to him being in constant conflict. The history books were wrong because after his apparent death in a battle at Lucania in 71 BC, he actually got up and left after the enemy had left his body unattended, but he was much too late because his men were already all crucified. After seeing their gruesome demise he chose to continue on living and fighting. Using make-up and disguises throughout the ages he has taken on many names and performed many feats such as Julius Ceaser, William Wallace, and even a Persian Prince. After every apparent death he took on a new identity throughout history and cultures until he finally came to pick up his new identity: Jason Rae the Red Cross

Personality: Jack honestly isnt a bad guy or a good guy, he is a neutral party only loyal to the money he gains and the person who is the highest bidder. He has a serious and straightforward way pf doing things and has little to no sense of humor. He enjoys what he does and hopes to one day find the power of ressurection to bring back his dead girlfriend. He doesnt like hurting people but doesnt concern himself with what people do with the powers he sells.
Appearance: Jack stands at a height of 5'8 with lightly tanned skin, he has blue eyes, short cut brown hair, a slim but athletic build, thin eyebrows, and a scar running along his jawline. He wears a dark green pea-coat jacket over a white button down shirt, blue jeans, and dark brown sneakers. He wears a black beanie on his head and black gloves on his hands.
Powers/Abilities:
Power absorption/augumentation: With a touch he is able to absorb a person's power as a copy into himself. He can absorb many powers but can only use one. But here is the twist, the powers he takes but cant use...he can implant into another person. In order to completely take away a person's power he has to maintain the skin contact for two hours.
With an already empowered person, he is able to switch out their abilities for one that he holds within himself.

History/Background:
Jack used to be a regular person, he was happy with his everyday life at the office with a wonderful girlfriend. They were out at a date the day he lost her, a gang appeared in an alleyway and tried to rob them. Jack tried to protect his girlfriend when one of the members pulled a knife and cut Jack across the jaw. Unfortunately these were new members of the gang and one got so nervous at the sight of blood that he pulled the trigger of the gun and shot his girlfriend in the chest.
It was after he was only after that she was shot that the hero known as Kid Flash came and dispatched the gangsters. Jack was hunched over his girlfriend's dying body when Kid Flash came over and tried to console him. Jack was so angry at Kid's lateness and stricken by grief by his loss that he grabbed Kid's neck and tried to strangle him when a strange feeling coursed through his body as his hands touched the skin of Kid's neck, his body not expecting the feeling accompanied with the adrenaline going through his veins caused Jack to go into a state of shock and collapse as Kid Flash wrenched his hands from his neck.
When he woke up he was in the hospital with a bandage over his chin as the doctors told him what happened. After that Jack changed, he discovered his superspeed when he tried to run after a bus on his way to work.
After discovering his powers, he quit his old job in order to go to where the big money was: power dealing. He followed rumors to newly developing meta-humans and copied their powers without their knowledge and stored them within his body. Letting whoever wanted powers find and buy powers from him, as long as they paid the right price.

Though, if when you're talking about the 50% brain activity you're playing on the idea that the average person only uses 10-20% of their brain that is actually wrong. Unless you've recieved some sort of brain injury you use 100% of your brain. Injuries that have lead to parts of the brain becoming inactive often lead different results depending in what part of the brain it is.

Personality: Gabriel is eccentric, childish, and generally immature. Like any stereotypical 10 year old, Gabriel is energetic and playful. He does, however, have certain traits that one would not expect from a grade schooler. Gabriel can be openly perverse, extremely intelligent, or just plain sadistic depending on the situation. During these episodes, he usually has his usual cheery and innocent aura around him.
Gabriel's mental stability is not quite intact, apart from his suffocating innocence, he has no allegiance to good one to evil, only to his "friends". "Friends" being almost anyone that doesn't try to immediately kill him. Once Gabriel deems you worthy of his companionship, it is nigh impossible to get the little twerp off your hands other than to use his own crazy logic against him. He is also a bit detached from reality, making decisions or changing his personality based on media cliches.
Appearance: Gabe is short, standing at 4'8" with the typical skinny build for someone his age. He is extremely pale, and even his fluffy, unkempt hair is snow white. Gabriel wears an unzipped long caramel colored hoodie whose sleeves extend almost half a foot passed his fingertips. Accompanying his hoodie is a red turtleneck that's tucked into baggy blue jeans. Gabriel prefers not to wear shoes and very rarely wears socks.
Powers/Abilities: Glucokinesis (control over sugar), this includes
- Levitating, duplicating, diminishing, hardening and sharpening any source of sugar
- Constructs of sugar
- Matter surfing by dissipating into a flurry of sugar
- Raising or lowering blood sugar levels to affect enemies
- Super fast metabolism
Weaknesses: Completely mortal, easily manipulated once he considers you a friend, easily seduced, almost nonexistent upper body strength. Was not made to last, Gabriel will die once he reaches the chronological age of 18.
History: Gabriel was not born, he was made. Former STAR labs scientist Dr. Darren Lane manufactured artificial humans for the use of the government. Fired for his savage treatment of the subjects, he took his research and left. Forming a secret lab under the guise of a candy store, he continued his research and strived to make to the perfect human. His result was Gabriel, who was put through nearly two years of intense training to get to the condition he's at today. Darren used Gabriel's implanted loyalty to openly abuse him, even putting on a dangerous high tech collar to ensure Gabriel would behave. Gabriel now goes out and steals money to help fund his "Dad's" research.

Personality: Two of the best words to describe Mita are merciless and selfish. She loves a good fight and isn't afraid to draw blood. She is fierce and has only ever shown loyalty to her family, everyone else she has immense trouble trusting. Of course, these traits only seem to be most prominent while she is on the job. Mita knows how to have a good time and loosens up considerably after a few drinks. She is often sarcastic and has often proved to have a dry, and sometimes morbid, sense of humor.
Appearance: Mita has a feminine, curvy shape that most other women would kill for. Her skin is lightly tanned and unmarked save for a tattoo of a black crescent moon on her left shoulder. Her facial features are cut and angular, giving her a fierce appearance. While powered down she has deep blue eyes and blonde hair that his pulled into a ponytail of soft curls over her right shoulder. Her civilian clothes consist of a blue crop top that shows off a silver crescent moon belly button ring, a fitted leather jacket, a short black skirt, and black combat boots.
Her mercenary uniform is a snug fitting black cat suit, black fingerless gloves, and thij black boots. Circular metal plates that come up into subtle points cover her shoulders. The same metal plating covers her chest, forearms, thighs, and shins. A half mask covered the bottom half of her face and she has a metal belt around her waist. While powered up her hair is black and she wears it in a messy bun on the back of her head. Her eyes also change into a brilliant crystal blue.
Powers/Abilities: Like all preternaturals, Mika can turn her powers on and off, appearing as a normal human while they are off. This is a form of camouflage that her species has obtained in order to blend in with humans and it isn't always perfect. Her powers are connected to her emotions and they often show themselves whenever she get overly excited or angry. She has minor form shifting abilities, taking on the likeness of a wolf. Her ears go into points, her eyes glow, and her nails and teeth grow and sharpen until they can cut through most metals. This makes her good in close combat, but long range attacks are difficult for her to handle. Like a wolf she has enhanced hearing and sense of smell making her very alert and adept at tracking people. She also has enhanced strength and speed as well as advanced healing abilities. She can control and freeze water and while she is powered up her body temperature reaches below freezing causing her heart to compensate by beating much faster than a normal person.
Mika has a much different fighting style than most preternaturals. She uses her ability to control water to manipulate the water molecules in the air, bending the light an creating illusions and sometimes turning herself invisible in the process. Her close range fighting tactics consists of a fast and violent form of martial arts that she uses with her claws to cause maximum damage.
Weaknesses: As stated previously, her ability to hide her powers is far from perfect. If she allows herself to get to excited or upset she could very well giver herself away. Her powers also tend to make her more aggressive and often irrational, which just gets worse when she gets angry. Because of her enhanced hearing high pitched and loud noises are incredibly painful for her to the point that it can get incapacitating. The fool moon has a rather strange affect on preternaturals. Although it gives them excessive amounts of energy it also makes them act rather silly almost to the point that they seem drunk. Thanks to her high body temperature, heat makes her sluggish and tired.
History/Background: Mita grew up as the only child of one of the biggest mafia bosses in Jump City. Because of this she learned many different ways to torture and kill people in the most brutal manners. Utilizing Mika's powers, her father ruled the streets of Jump City. When Mita turned 16 she decided to take her skills to an even higher level and became a hit man for hire.

At age 20 he took down an entire squad of special forces using only a small switchblade. at age 23 he killed his first target without a hitch, then the cold war began and through his missions in the cold war he earned the fear of the american government . Now after the soviet union fell Ivan was brushed under the couch. The reports say that he was killed in a bank robbery but in reality he fled Russia and pursued a life as a contract killer.

History/Background:Leo was the adopted son of 1 of the many senators. He at the age of 12 had already started flirting with older woman and when he met the president he did so to his wife. This caused the president to explain to the kid that he wasnt allowed to do that and to a response he kicked the President in the balls and was sent to a place for kids like him where he was experimented on until he got his powers and escaped and decided to be a villian.

She wears a black leather jacket over a black tank top, ash grey jeans, and black combat boots. She wears black sunglasses over her eyes and a black bandana on her right wrist.

Vacuum manipulation: can create, shape and manipulate vacuum, the atmospheric region devoid of physical matter and energy. Since air molecules exist within what would be an otherwise empty space, the user can twist the region of vacuum to manipulate air, creating winds of varying levels
Weaknesses:
Her temper would cause her to loose her composure in a fight and become more sloppy in her techniques.
History/Background: Sage since she was little had always been picked on by others because they were bigger than her or thought they were worth more. She and her mother where constantly abused by her father when he was in one of his drunk rages and couldnt fight back because he was stronger than them.
Her mother told her to just take the beatings and that this wasnt really her daddy, the abuse elevating to her mother getting beaten to death and Sage getting raped at the age of 11. After the sexual assault something snapped inside of Sage, she became cruel and merciless. She decided that nobody would ever pick on her again and her powers activated when her father tried raping her a second time. She sucked all of the air out of his lunges and therefore killed him.
Ever since she has manipulated others to get her way and do whatever she wants. Using her powers as well as her looks to an advantage. Her level of deception and manipulation is what makes her an excellent recruiter for gangs and she even has her claws deep in the law enforcement as well as criminal activity.

Personality: Caleb is a selfish individual, usually only caring for himself. On top of that, he is paranoid. He's always looking over his shoulder, and never gives his actual name to anyone, knowing full well what power names have. In fights he relies more upon trickery and delaying opponents, rather than just outright putting them out of the fight. He holds an fear of blood, and often goes out of his way to make sure none is spilled, even if that means helping a hero. He prays every day, yet he holds a deep distrust in churches. He also has a strange addiction to pocky.
Appearance: Caleb is a lithe man of 5 foot 9 inches, with slightly pale skin, and a scar on his back in the shape of the Sigillum Dei Aemeth. He has shaggy dark brown hair, and slightly narrowed, glowing electric blue eyes. His civilian clothes usually consist of a black tee shirt with a silver triquetra upon it, baggy stonewash jeans, and black sneakers.
His alter ego outfit consists of black skinny jeans, black combat boots, a sleeveless black hoodie with an elven star upon its back, and a porcelain mask with eye slits and a witch's knot where his nose would be. He also holds a bunch of markers in his pockets.
Powers/Abilities: Magic: As a Homo Magus, Caleb can utilize this paranormal force for a variety of outcomes. He specializes in two forms of casting:
Sdrawkcab Hceeps (Backwards Speech): By speaking each word backwards, he can cast a spell for any number of causes (e.g. tegrof would be used to make someone forget something). This is the harder, but more versatile method of casting.
Sigil Creation: By drawing sigils or runes, Caleb can cast spells. He can write them on himself, others, or objects, and can be used with any medium that can write. While easier in practice, it's less versatile, mainly being usable for elemental or supplementary effects (i.e. effects that boost something's abilities, such as strength or speed). He usually uses markers for this.
In addition to his magic, he has an incredible intelligence and tremendous strategic ability.
Weaknesses:
Hemophobia - the fear of blood
Backwards Speech may take a long time, depending on how long the spell is, or how hard it is to figure out the pronunciation of certain backwards words.

History/Background: Caleb grew up in a Catholic orphanage, being raised to believe in the holy trinity. However, at age 12, he accidentally casted a basic repelling spell, causing him to be picked out by Catholic extremists, and tortured, the more vicious among them carving the Sigillum Dei Aemeth, the Sigil of God's Truth into his back. Between the betrayal on the church's part, and the sight of his blood everywhere, he developed mental scars, and unleashed a blast of pure magic, destroying the nearby area. He quickly left, taking to living on the streets. He stole what he needed to, including textbooks from time to time so he could learn still. Since turning 18, he's started stealing more and more, eventually buying himself a small apartment in Bon Secure City.

Personality: Isha can for lack of a better word be described as free spirited. She doesn't like to follow anyone's rules, but instead follows her own. She doesn't believe anyone or anything is inherently good or bad and this often leads her to delving into some very questionable things. She also tends to be rather selfish and will often try to trick or fool strangers to get she wants. To her few friends she is more or less loyal.
Appearance: Isha is a little on the short side at 5'2" and has a slim, lean build. Her hair is a dark blue that is cut short to just below her chin and her eyes are a dark red. Her skin is a pale white and she has what appears to be tattoos of magical runes going down both her arms from shoulder to wrist and another rune on the center of her forehead. These marking are however not tattoos, but markings of her demon heritage. The markings are black in, but glow red when she performs magic. She usually wears a black v-neck tank to, a pair of grey jeans with a leather studded belt, and a pair of dark red combat boots. She wears a sliver nose ring and leather cuff bracelets. She always has a small pouch clipped to her waist that is charmed to hold her spell book and other materials.
When dealing with clients she wears a sleeveless black shirt with a hood and a pair of baggy black pants that she tucks into her knee high boots. A black sash wraps around her waist securing a dagger and a charmed pouch she keeps her spell book and materials in.
Powers/Abilities: She mainly uses magical spells, runes, and charms. Her tactics are usually more clever and stealthy other than head on attacks though she tends to try and stay out of fights and work in the background as a neutral party. She also has a dagger she can use in close combat if necessary. The tattoos running along her arms and forehead are what give her her power.
Weaknesses: She needs to be able to speak to do magic.
History/Background: The ability and knowledge of how to do magic has been passed down in Isha's family for hundreds of years. She was always very talented and especially adapt at making charms. When she got into her teens she realized how much money people would pay for spells and charms. Eventually she became very well and started taking on bigger clients who just happened to be some of the most devious villains around. But what did she care, money was money and bad guys would pay a lot of it.

Personality: always happy and seems to be on to much sugar. Hadley is always goofy and never serious even when he is killing someone in a messy fashion. Imagine the most cheerful perky person you know, them tell them to down a gallon of sugar and you have Hadley, minus the killer. He tends to joke and throughs people off a lot and know one can really explain the type of person he is exempt that he is something that can't be explain, he gives out cookies with a smile to kids, he will pluck your eyes out, he would laugh at falling down in a game of hop scotch, he would laugh as he slit your throat.
At first glance he looks harmless with his joyful smile yet they call him a wolf in sheep's clothing. He is almost without mercy or sympathy. He flat out enjoys what he does. Though he does suffur from a ocd a bit and is very clean. The other fact that's strange is the fact he likes girls feet.
Appearance: he stands at 5"2' with a thin frame to him like that of his race. What stands out are his long elf like ears that go to a point. Silver skin covered him and makes him stand out like his own ears. Though his skin is soft to the touch it has the scent of burning wood. His eyes are strange with the fact there missing pupils, they are a pale yellow that look almost like they glow. When you look at his hands they are almost spider like, the fingers are slightly longer and thinner. His hair is mid length and extremely mess and has a blackish red color to it.
His outfit is rather odd. What appears to be a gas mask is stitched to his face so he is unable to take it off. A black wool coat with a metal like chest plate that looks very modern. Black pants cover his legs with black combat boots. A grey scarf completes his freaky outfit.
Powers abilities: he has very dark powers that come from his race. He can conjure a purple and black like smoke to do horrifying things, like poision you with a more supernatural like sickness, this can turn your body into a black magic explosive, turn your blood rotten and burn your organ or even catch your blood on fire. He can also turn his solid form into a ghost like one but is see throw and his whole body is a pale yellow. In this form he is almost uneffected by physics type of attacks exempts cold iron and Rowan wood will still kill him. In that form he can't hold it because it eats up his energy.
Weakness: cold iron and Rowan wood is like poison to him. Even in his ghost like form he can't escape it.Also if he runs out of his 'energy' then he needs to gather more by feeding off humans. He feeds on things like luck, ambition, arrogance, and depression. He does not need food but puffers sweet things.
History: humans are known for some extreme actions. When they found his clan he was so young he couldn't remember his name. The humans came to kill and take their gold, which they did easily. Taking in the survivors they began a series of excitements. Seeing if they can be useful, which they made head way with the few fair folk that lived through the experiments. Hadley was one of the best, he didn't relay on his powers but his own body more. He was skilled in using duel wield bayonets like dagger from we1. His sister was the best, she had the most magic out of them all. The experiments perform on them killed most and twisted many. Yet they produce proficient killing weapons that were quite brainwashed.
However to increase more power they did more expirements witch cost them more lives. Hadley sister rose up and wanted freedom. She rallied the others and made a break for for it only to be stopped by thir own race that was under control ot brainwashed. Hadley killed his own sister that day and she forgave him, telling him to always smile. She gave him her magic with freed hi from the brainwashing and went on a killing rampage.
He slaughtered the rest of the controlled fair folks making himself the last before going to find the scientists and every human in the building. Once he finally did so he left, but it's only been a week since he left and the cops or government have no idea what went on in that facility. maybe the teen titans will look into it?

he has black neck-length cat-ear shaped ahoges on the top of his head, green eyes, very pale skin with an orange nose and cheeks, he has red nails, along with a white T shirt that says Domino Laboratories, and blue jeans along with black and white tennis shoes.
Powers/Abilities: at a certain distance near him, people will start seeing hallucinations akin to Robin's in the episode Haunted
Weaknesses:he can not control the hallucinations, he sometimes has mental breakdowns from no reason
History/Background:his ''mother'' were scientists at Domino Labs, he was created from a secret experiment she were doing to try and create a son(which technically failed since he isn't really a boy) to try to replace the one that had previously died, he was finished and born with his ability that was left dormant inside of him, when a chemical explosion occured, everyone in the facility died and the lab closed for repairs, due to the trauma of the explosion, Sam's powers activated, and he slowly began to lose his mind from the hallucinations, he is currently held in an asylum in Jump City

She can appear very friendly and calm one moment while being aggressive and hostile the next, even so she is still remarkably patient with her patients. She is often very blunt and has a dry sense of humor.At times she can also be very sarcastic, but since she's always so deadpan about things people sometimes mistake her for being serious. At all times Gwen tries to keep up a kind and caring face and attitude in an attempt to hide her mental instability but certain triggers can easily strip her of this mask. She is incredibly smart and very knowledgeable in the field of psychology. She has a knack for taking advantage of people and feels no remorse for doing so.
Appearance): Gwendolyn is a bit short at about 5'3". She has a pale completion that contrasts dramatically with her bright blue eyes that are partially obscured by black rimmed glasses. Her slightly messy hair is a shining platinum blonde that reaches to the middle of her back and partially covers her eyes and forehead. Her figure is very feminine with soft curves that flow down her body in a very pleasing manner. She wears a snug fitting black turtle-neck shirt, black slacks, and healed black boots all under a white lab coat.
Powers/Abilities:
- Telepathy: this is limited by distance, the more she knows and is around a person the father she can reach them.
- emotion manipulation: she can only plant the basis of the emotion, in other words she can not make an incredibly happy person furious just like that.
- resistant to most psychic based powers.
Weakness: She has no physical way of defending herself and a really strong psychic attack can break through her resistance.
History/Background: Gwendolyn spent much of her childhood in a German mental asylum, but not on as staff as she is now, but as a patient. She was diagnosed with a number of mental disorders and considered a danger to herself and others because of this. Eventually she discovered her powers and was able to use them to escape and made her way over to America where she created a new identity for herself. She went on to become one of the youngest psychology doctors in the world and quickly realized that the more her knowledge grew on the subject the stronger her powers became.

Personality: Phobos is all about business, meaning that he is serious about his work. While not working he is still serious but has a sense of humor, so he jokes around outside of work. With an I.Q. of 146 Phobos is near to intelligence as Einstein, but will still get angry and annoyed at the littlest of things.
Appearance: While working and fighting he wears a custom helmet and suit that helps him in battle and in his work, ( While not in work or battle he wears a variety of suits that he tries to keep clean, sometimes he wears a fedora with his suits.
Powers/Abilities:
Enhanced GO3LM suit/helmet: His helmet and his suit both have many uses. His helmet has x-ray vision, night vision, and a little display on the inside that lets him see how his suit and helmet are doing in battle. His suit gives him the power to jump to 50 meters, enhanced strength, and a holder in the back for his sword.
Binary sword: This custom sword he had made can go though flesh like butter. He has upgraded this sword so it can show the number of the people he killed near the hilt of the sword.
The Nexus: This is a series of machines that can clone people so he can make soldiers out of. Sadly, only one is still working and he has plans on upgrading the machine.
Weaknesses: His GO3LM helmet and suit both work on a shared battery connected to the suit. If it was destroyed then his suit and helmet would be useless. His cloning machine can be easily destroyed. His clones usually turn out as 'Bad eggs' and has to kill them. He is also just a normal human, he can be hurt and killed just like a normal human.
History/Background: Phobos was born in Nevada, and he hated everything about it. When he was 10 he had already gotten very interested into science and even more interested in the possibility of cloning. As he grew up, he started to make rather dangerous inventions, like things that go boom. When he was 21 he was able to create a clone of a fly, he then started to make more powerful cloning machines, most of them being wastes of time. And then when he was 23 he was hired by a man that went by the name of 'The Auditor', he hired him to make multiple machines all over Nevada to make soldiers. He accepted right away and went straight to work, but it took a long time to make a single good working machine. In the year 1995 he finished all the machines and went to work in the main machine. 15 years ago today, the main cloning machine had an attack by his own boss and it was destroyed, Phobos with it. Luckily for him, Phobos was rescued by some of his clones. Now he has started a new job, being a villain. His base is now in Hallow City, underground.

Kylar has a very mature and calm demeanor for his age. He acts much more sophisticated than normal children and is very blunt in his speech. He is an anarchist who hates the government and sees it as a heavily corrupt system which needs to be destroyed. He defies authority of all kinds and usually puts other people up to it instead of himself. He is an excellent strategist capable of thinking up to 10 steps ahead of his opponents and always makes sure that he has up to 12 back-up plans if things ever went sour. He believes firmly in his cause and has little to zero value for human life, yet at the same time prefers not to prolong a person's death unless deemed necessary. He despises being underestimated and will not hesitate to use every opening available to his advantage.

Kyler stands at a height of exactly 4'5 feet tall, he has caramel colored skin with black braids. He has an athletic body and wears a white button down shirt, black pants, black and white converse sneakers, box framed glasses(non-prescription), and a black blazer. Under his clothing he wears what seems to be a skin tight technological bio suit that:
Amplifies his strength output
Has repulser lasers in his palms
An anti oxidizing function that eliminates oxygen within his immediate area that he uses to defend against powers requiring oxygen.
An electricity to energy converter.
Can project flash, sticky, concussion, and timed grenades that are flat like disks and project from his wrists.
He also is constantly carrying a skateboard with him that can change into a jet-powered hover-board that has an automatic return function
When in his terrorist uniform or when doing villainy he wears a helmet that looks the same as Peter Quill's from Guardians of The Galaxy and it distorts his voice and allows him to have night, thermal, and target vision.

Superhuman intelligence. Kylar's mind can work at speeds and solve problems faster than the world's greatest supercomputer. This grants him immense intelligence and an incredibly small learning curve.

Because of his high brain activity, he can internally control every aspect of his body from his blood pressure and endorphine's production to the very rate of his heart.

If he is hit by an electromagnetic pulse, his suit is rendered useless.

History/Background:
Kylar was born different from the other kids. From the moment he was born he was able to recognize faces, voices, and was able to quickly connect words to things. He was born to millionaires with his mother owning the most successful technology company ever that rivaled Wayne Enterprises, his father owned a very successful weapons industry.
In school Kylar was able to easily ascend to the top of his class, baffling the teachers with his knowledge and had the knowledge of a high school senior by the age of three. When he was four he decided to seek knowledge himself instead of wait for it to be taught to him. He asked his parents to buy him an entire library full of books and they obliged.
Spending most of his days reading, his interest was peaked by the actions of the government and just what purpose they had. When he was six, his parents were arrested for suspected treason against the country by selling their weapons and technology to hostile nations.
Being their only son, they left their companies in Kylar's care in case anything should ever happen to them. The board members saw this as a joke since Kylar was so young; but in a surprising turn of events Kylar successfully handled both companies, becoming the youngest industry tycoon on the planet. He saw the government as an enemy for wrongfully taking his parents away and decided to do what he thought was right: rebel. But he knew he'd have to bide his time.
Kylar was being taken care of by his family's butler Walter for the time being. Walter was holding crucial information from Kylar but was reluctant to tell the boy until he grew older, but Kylar wasnt stupid. When he was nine and Walter was sleeping, he searched Walter's room to find a letter. It was from the government that said that his parents had been found guilty of their treason and were executed.
Angered by the government's corruption at the fact his parents were killed for no reason, Kylar took on the identity of Typan. He used his family's money to get necessary resources and hired his own team for his purposes. He even created an entire movement and created the terrorist organization known as Serpent to strike against the government. Becoming the world's most dangerous terrorist.
