Welcome soldier. These pages detail the rules and regulations you must follow as a participant in this conflict. Whether you are American, French, Canadian, British or German, you must follow these regulations to the letter. This is important, as failure to adhere to this code will result in disciplinary action against you. These regulations are subject to change at any time, as per GHQ directive 00317A. Please read thoroughly and sign your name at the bottom.
Article 1: No soldier will engage in "god modding". This practice is heavily frowned upon and can be responsible for lowering morale. Punishment will be meted out on a case-by-case basis.
Article 2: Any soldier found guilty of a personal attack on one of their comrades will immediately be given one day to leave the forum. This is non-negotiable.
Article 3: Anyone guilty of a serious infraction related to any form of weapon/ firearm, will receive a lecture by either myself or any mods I appoint(If I decide to).
Article 4: Any soldier found guilty of carrying a ridiculous amount of weapons will be asked politely to get rid of some of them. Failure to comply will result in a one day ban.
Article 5: My word and the word of any mods I appoint is law. If you take issue with something either a mod or myself says, please PM me and I will deal with it as best I can.
Article 6: Anyone found guilty of killing another RPers OC, without their consent, will suffer a one week ban.
Article 7: There are several available specialties in each military, however, if too many people apply for one specialty, resulting in an imbalance, they will be decided on a first come, first served basis. If you miss out, try again at some other time.
Article 8: All soldiers must show consummate skill in the delivery of their reports(i.e. good grammar in all posts).
Article 9: This forum is rated M, however, please do not go to lengths to describe anything distasteful. Torture, rape and murder are not acceptable and will result in the deletion of your offending OC.
Article 10: Please try and use correct terminology whilst RPing on this forum. It can be quite confusing if you don't. For example, there is a difference between a magazine and a clip or there is a huge difference between a bolt-action and a single-shot(semi-automatic) weapon.
Article 11: All soldiers should attempt to RP in a professional manner, i.e. realistically. Not doing so will result in your post being edited. Repeat offenses will result in a one week ban.
Article 12: All technology must be of an era contemporary with the Second World War, and must have been used by members of the respective country's military. Exceptions may be given to this rule, and will be decided on a case-by-case basis, so give me a good reason. No reasonable justification will be refused.
Article 13: All RPing is to take place in a historically complementary manner. If I think you've changed history to suit your needs, I'll tell you. If you want it to stand, you need to prove me wrong.
Article 14: If you have a problem with another RPer's conduct, please let either myself or any mods I appoint know via PM. I take your welfare very seriously.
Article 15: All OCs must be cleared for duty by either me or a mod. If you post without consent, your posts will be deleted.
