Eldarion went on to become a great king like Elessar. He married a princess of Dol Amroth, or maybe a lady of the Dunedain, and they had a long, fruitful, glorious life.
Ordin the dwarf was a stout (in both senses of the word) friend and ally to Gondor, though Eldarion was the only man who commanded enough respect to really keep the dwarf's mischievous antics in check.
Elraen married Elboron, they traveled on adventures to all corners of Middle earth and served their people faithfully.
Now, I have come to the knowledge that there are some inaccuracies in this story. First, the dwarf language Khuzdul was a secret known only to dwarven nobility and rarely spoken. I'm going to ignore that. Second, the children of Arwen and Aragorn were not truly half-elven because Arwen herself, as a descendent of Beren and Luthien, was already one of the half-elven. I think they would still have had enough elvish heritage to validate the keener senses and coordination they had in this story.
Ellabeth married the elf Lauregalen. Because she was not half-elven she was not entitled to choose immortality, so either Lauregalen had to become mortal for her, or they had to fulfill a quest so noble and heroic that she was granted the right to live a life of the eldar and sail to the undying lands.
Their tales may one day be written. Until that day, may your fields and families flourish and all your journeys be joyous!
