I had kept trying different synch-on levels in my mind. much like Chibi had called a device called a "radio." I had almost given up when Kagome started responding on a level i called Celestial speech, I use it when talking to divine spirits and gods. but none of the others responded. I rummaged through the thousands of languages in my memories and experiences that where drilled and pounded into me at dragon training when i was trying to fit in. Somewhere. Then I had it!
"I'm Tsuki and I'm a freak of nature. How do you do?" I asked with pride lurking my voice of my accomplished deed.I waited expectantly for someone to do something but all they did was stare at my like i had just brutally murdered someone. "You know if you keep your face like that that fashionable look will become a new trend." I made a chuckling sound in my throat.
The first one to react was Shippo, he had ran away. Screaming. Crying out "Kagome! It can t-t-t-t-talk!" He reeked of so much fear it was almost nauseating.
"Yes I can . In multiple languages and levels too." I rolled my eyes and lifted a paw looking at my claws. Kirara gave another "Mew" which in actuality translated in English; "Like I said before..." She closed her eyes strutting away before leaping in Sango's arms "Strange." I glared at her.
"Your not so 'normal' yourself, you Siamese tailed, flame furred, glamor puss!" I said with a snorted snarl at her. Her lifted her nose in the air before cuddling herself in Sango's arm's causing everyone else to look at me strangely again. I sighed taking a deep breath to control my thoughts and feelings.
"Anyways now you know I can talk. It doesn't change anything about who and what I am. I learned that a long time ago." I frowned for a moment but shook my head returning to the basket on the bike.
"Now. Where to my newly found companions?" I said trying to cheer up the mood. Inuyasha was the next to recover from the trance of idiocy and spoke. "I'm regretting my decision already!" He complained. Kagome was third with an angry glint in her eye. "Inuyasha!" She said sharp as a razor. He cringed and hunched over his expression and scent instantly changing. Fear? "SIT! SIT! SIT! SIT!" She yelled like a battle cry. He went down hard, and face-planted into the dirt. Deeper every time she said it. I cracked a smile. He got himself stuck in a bead of subjugation necklace did he? I thought with slight pity for him in the back of my mind.
"How ever did you get yourself into this mess, dear fellow?" I asked calmly as he was still under the spell. "I have no Idea." he said as he slowly recovered, groaning.
"Humans...Bah! so strange yet they know not of their on strengths... Kagome... You have a destiny set out before you. It is your chose of either to embrace it or not. how you tread each path, makes you stronger and more expierianced in life, and in time you will understand what I mean."
Kagome looked at me strangly and said "Huh?" And I just chuckled... Humans...Bah!
