Welcome new and old readers! This is an old story of mine that has been to hell and back again. I started writing on here when back in 2008 for fun. My writing skills were very weak when I first published this story. I am planning to redo this story a tad, I am not changing everything just little things. Just doing a huge overhaul of editing and revising to every chapter. Many of you have been waiting for more and that is happening now! If you are new, please forget everything you think you know about POTC. This will start in the POTC:The Black Pearl and will weave in and with characters and events from the movies and of my own mind! Thank you for the support and please leave reviews! (: -TiffanySparrow
Ch.1 Mother
(Late evening, Swann Manor)
"You damn pirates, will pay for what you have done!" Commander Tucker Norrington yelled as he fought off Mary and Anne. They laughed at the man as he tried to kick one of them down. Anne ducked and ran around to grab the Commander and thrust her sword through his shoulder and pushed him into the water. He fought for air, staring at the two wretched women pirates, as blood spewed from his mouth. "Pirates…will fall…one day…" He then finally closed his eyes and drifted into the icy depths. Mary and Anne shook their heads at the man and continued to fight the rest of the Royal Navy. Mary, Anne and the rest of the crew fought bravely as the Royal navy tried to take over the ship.
Mary was able to make it over to the other ship throughout the crazy fight. She dodged and killed the men that fought against her and made it into the captain's quarters. She looked around, snooping through everything and finally found a gold chest that they had been searching for many years. "Can it be?" She spoke to herself, then used her sword to jam open the lock. She opened it slowly and there it was, after all these years.
Kat`s story was interrupted when the door opened and she saw her husband smiling. "Sweetheart, it`s getting late. We have such a busy day tomorrow; we leave bright an early for the Port Royal." Kat nodded and kissed Elizabeth on the forehead.
"Your father is right, sweetheart. You should get some rest." Elizabeth hugged her mother. "Mommy, why do you have to stay here? I want you to come with us." Kat attempted to smile and held her daughters hand.
"Mommy has to deal with some business in Britain, and then I will be on my way to Port Royal within the month to be with you." Elizabeth smiled. "Okay, it just seems so long."
Kat squeezed her daughters hand and then reached into her blouse. She pulled out a gold necklace and put it in Elizabeth`s hand. "What's this mommy?" Elizabeth looked at it carefully.
Then Kat spoke in a whisper. "I can`t tell you now, but one day I will. You must keep this hidden safe." Elizabeth put it around her neck and kissed her mommy's cheek. "I`ll keep it safe, just for you."
Kate smiled at her daughter and gave her a final hug. "I love you Elizabeth Anne." As she kissed her hair, she got up and tucked her in. She watched her fall asleep and blew out the candle and then she closed the door.
Kat held on to the handle tightly and tears began to fall down her cheek. She tried biting her lip to calm herself and softly laid her head on the door. Swann looked at his beautiful wife, wiped the tears from her face and pulled her close.
He kissed her forehead softly and spoke in a whisper. "What am I suppose too tell her when you don`t show up?" He looked at Kats beautiful green eyes. "That my ship was attacked by pirates..." She smirked as Swann shook his head. "How did I know you were going to say that?"
Kat sniffled and rolled her eyes. "You knew this day would come when they would find me." She finally let go of the door and cleared her throat.
"We thought I could disappear and give her a good life. You must take her away from here, so you can protect her." Swann grabbed his wife and held her for a moment, hugging her tightly. He then looked down and kissed her one last time, laying his forehead on hers. "I will protect her no matter what happens."
