In the year 2041, a lot had changed for the world since the turtles had defeated Shredder for the last time. The Utron had come out to the Earth and tried to help them clean the environment, but the Krang used their plan to spread mutagen around the world turning a large number of people into mutants. However, the Utron were ready for that and helped the world to cope with it's new condition.

"This is Unit 1472, we are in pursuit of the fugitive, Condor!" said a cop as he radioed from a flying car while chasing a human mutate that looked like a condor, through large skyscrapers that were bigger than what New York had back in the day.

"Darn Utron Patrol, always getting in my way," said Condor as he took a glance at the car behind him. Suddenly, a shadow fell onto his back, causing Condor to land on a rooftop.

"You're under arrest, Condor!" said a fifteen-year-old girl with light green skin and black hair. She had on a black skin tight ninja like suit and a backpack on her back. Several minutes later, three more police units had arrived.

"What in the Shell Rot were you thinking?!" asked Leonardo as he yelled at the girl. He was also the captain of the unit that had made the arrest.

"I was on my way to school when I saw the chase, luckily I had my ninja suit on under my street clothes," said the girl as she pulled some jean shorts on after putting a black t-shirt on over the suit.

"That doesn't mean you had to join in, Uemura!" said Leo.

"I might only be fifteen, but I've been a member of the Utrom Patrol for two years, and you know that we can get out of school to asset with an arrest, dad, after all you helped to set up that law," said Uemura.

"Alright, that's enough out of you two," said Karai as she got between the two of them.

"But she is right, dear, the law you created allows anyone of age thirteen to enter the Utrom Patrol as long as they are a mutant with defensive and offensive abilities," said Karai while looking at Leo.

"And you should have called in when you joined the chase," said Karai as she looked at Uemura.

"How can I do that when dad took my radio pin the other night?" asked Uemura.

"You what?" asked Karai as she turned to face Leo.

"I caught her sneaking in late at night after sneaking out after a call, and I forgot to give it back," said Leo as he handed over a small silver pin that Uemura put on the shoulder of her shirt.

"Don't hurt him too bad, mom," said Uemura before her arms turned into snakes which she used to swing away.

"No promises," said Karai as her face turned to that of a snake.
