Luz and Amity were in the human realm on a date to the park. Luz was sitting on a bench while Amity was cuddling up next to her.

"These past few months have been amazing." Luz said.

"I couldn't agree more."

The two slowly were about to kiss when they heard something in the woods by the park. They got up and slowly approached it. Well, Luz did, Amity just kind of followed trying to be the voice of reason.

"So, you hear something in the woods and your first instinct is to go running towards it?!" Amity said with annoyance.

"Yep." Luz said, making a popping sound with the P, "Keep up, Clawthorne!"

Luz started to run into the woods. Amity let out a groan of annoyance.

"One of these days I'm going to punch her. Wait up, Noceda!"

The two ran to the noise and found Tracey. They couldn't see her face that well but she was clearly getting annoyed.

"Why can't I get this right?!"

"Tracey?" Luz said.

Tracey jumped and looked behind her.

"Oh, it's just you."

"What are you doing?" Amity asked a little hesitant.

"Maybe it's a good thing you're here."

To luz and Amity's surprise she made a green spell circle. Or at least tried to, it fizzled out and she stomped her foot.

"Why does it keep doing that?" Tracey said.

"Y-y-you can do magic?" Luz said completely stunned.

"I wouldn't really say that. All I can do is make a small ball of light."

She made a circle and it turned into a ball of light. Luz looked on in amazement. Amity spoke up trying to comprehend this.

"How... do you have a bile sac?" Amity asked.

"Remember back in October when we were kidnapped by that weird couple? Well they experimented on us, apparently, we can do magic now."

"Wait, so you, Heather, and Emily can do magic?" Luz said, "So you're all wit-"

"Don't say that. I don't want to be a witch. I was fine being human."

"So why are you practicing magic then?" Amity asked.

"It's... personal."

Tracey quickly runs off to avoid any more questions, leaving behind a confused Amity and Luz.
