101Hello all Storm here with a new chapter! This is a rather short chapter, but a lot of important stiff happens and is revealed here. So, without further ado.

Within the Mountains' Graveyard, Obito was fuming over the setback to his plan.
First the Kyūbi Jinchūriki is killed by some unknown faction, taking away the perfect chance to capture him, while he was locked away and defenseless in Hōzuki Castle. Now he's learned that the Hachibi Jinchūriki was also dead! All but ensuring that if he wanted to complete his plans, he'd have to wait years until the two Bijū reform!
'When I find the ones responsible for this, I will make them regret crossing me!' Obito mentally swore, angered at these delays.
And to make matters worse, someone had also swiped Nagato's eyes while he was dealing with Konan, along with even managing to save the woman as well. Leaving Obito with no way to summon the Gedō Mazō. Meaning whoever this faction is, they'll know the limit of his Kamui, just adding insult to injury that he'll have to worry about that, as well.
The only good that's come of this, was the fact that Kumo and Iwa have lost the majority of their forces in the attacks, which would help weaken the Shinobi Alliance. Making it easier for him to crush them when the time came. Even better, was that they also lost their commander, with the death of the Yondaime Raikage.
But even with that, Obito was still more furious over the setbacks to his plans, rather than a few benefits.
While Obito was fuming over the setbacks, Satsuki soon arrived.
Since joining the Akatsuki, Satsuki's begun wearing a new attire consisting of a short red kimono with black edgings and the Uchiha Clan symbol on the back, a black obi with her sword tucked in the back, black spandex shorts, solid black fingerless gloves, and black mid-thigh high leggings and black sandal.
"So, are you going to tell us what the plan is to deal with what's happened? Or do you prefer to spend your brooding, uninterrupted?" Satsuki asked, crossing her arms under her bust, with Obito narrowing his eyes at his fellow Uchiha.
"You'd do well to watch that tongue, before I remove it!" Retorted Obito, with Satsuki remaining unfazed at the threat and merely shrugged.
"And you'd do well to remember that Taka and I are only allied with the Akatsuki, so I can destroy Konoha. After that, I could careless what you and what's left of this group do." Satsuki said, keeping up the pretense that all she wanted was to destroy Konoha.
What's better is that she's technically not lying, just not including she wants to destroy the rest of the Shinobi System, as well.
Obito narrowed his eyes at the girl, before turning towards Kabuto, upon hearing the Medic-Nin chuckling as he entered the room.
"My, my, and here I thought that throwing a temper tantrum like a child, would be beneath someone like the great "Madara Uchiha". Perhaps I should be reconsidering who I'm making an alliance with, and instead look elsewhere." Kabuto taunted.
"You'll die before you can even think of Reverse Summoning yourself to Ryūchi Cave, if you thought about betraying me again." Obito warned, with Kabuto, like Satsuki, brushing off the threats from someone who continued hiding behind a name that isn't his.
"Of course, of course. I just thought you'd like to know I've revived the real Madara and can unleash him at any time." Said Kabuto, omitting the previous difficulties he had in summoning the ancient Uchiha, especially since he had been his original ticket into the alliance with Obito.
Thankfully, Kabuto was able to find another way to get Obito to accept his alliance. A special ace, that no one would ever see coming, and the Medic-Nin was eager for the chance to unleash that monster of a man on the Shinobi Alliance.
"So, with all these setbacks, are you going to allow me to finally revive Jiraiya and Shisui now?" Kabuto asked, having planned to revive them, but was denied the chance.
Obito scowled behind his mask, not wanting to have Kabuto revive those two, knowing the threat they could pose to his already shambled plans. Jiraiya, with his skill in Fūinjutsu, could find a way to break the contract between Kabuto and the rest of the revived Ninja. Making it so they would have to fight an army of immortal and unkillable Ninja. While Shisui would be revived with his eyes intact, once again having access to Kotoamatsukami, which was the last thing Obito wanted Kabuto to have access to.
But right now, he didn't really have a choice, and needed all the help he can get.
"Fine, but if you even think of using Shisui against me, there is nowhere you can hide, that will save you from my wrath." Obito warned, with Kabuto smirking as he bowed his head, before leaving to go find two unfortunate souls to use as sacrifices.
'I'll enjoy seeing you both die.' Satsuki thought, hiding the anger she felt at Shisui's body being desecrated and his soul being dragged back to the living world, not wanting anymore of her clansmen to be forced to fight for these two.
She was already herself back from killing them, when Satsuki learned that Kabuto had revived her parents and Itachi, for the Edo Tensei Army. Though for now, she still had to play the part of an insane, revenge-driven girl that only cared about destroying Konoha. Knowing soon, she can reveal her true allegiances.
But first, she will have to inform Naruto of this recent development
*Kiri*
Meanwhile in Kiri, Mei had just entered the Mizukage's office, where Ao stood waiting for her.
"Mei-sama, good you're back. A message has just come from the Hokage, Tsuchikage, and Kazekage, all of them requesting another Kage Summit to be held to discuss this new group behind the attacks and decide on a new commander." Ao said, with Mei nodding absentmindedly.
"Thank you Ao, you're dismissed." Said Mei, Ao pausing and narrowing his visible eye at Mei.
"Of…course, Mei-sama." Ao said, suddenly feeling something was off at his leader, given the fact she always has him around to hear his advice, especially now of all times.
But the most noticeable thing, was that she didn't immediately threaten to kill him for something he didn't say.
Remembering what happened with Yagura, Ao realized something wasn't right with Mei, before activating his Byakugan to see if it was really her, or an imposter. Along with any changes in her Chakra, to see she was under the influence of a Genjutsu.
Though the moment Ao activated his Byakugan, a Storage Seal on Mei activated as Naruto, in his Menma attire, appeared with a Chidori already ready in his hand.
"Chidori Sharp Spear!" Naruto said, thrusting his hand forward, the Chidori shooting off his hand like a spear and impaling Ao right through the heart, before he could react, killing the Kiri Jōnin.
Naruto then jumped around the room, as six Kiri Anbu jumped out and revealed themselves, only to meet their ends as well, when the Jinchūriki changed the Chidori Sharp Spear into a Chidori Sharp Sword and cut them all down.
Looking around, Naruto nodded in satisfaction at seeing the dead Ninja, before dispelling the Chidori and retrieving Ao's body, which he sealed it away in a Storage Scroll. The whiskered ravenette then looking at Mei and motioned her to stand by the window.
"Brace yourself." Said Naruto, as he began throwing numerous kunai with Explosive Tags attached to them around the room in locations to ensure maximum destruction.
Once he was done, Naruto rushed over to Mei and made a handsign, as he was resealed in the Storage Seal on her. With Mei jumping out the window, just as the Explosive Tags went off, the explosion throwing her further back and crashing into a building.
Not a moment later, several Kiri Ninja jumped around Mei with weapons drawn.
"Mizukage-sama! What happened, are you alright?!" One of the Ninja asked, as Mei stood up.
"No, someone was actually able to sneak into my village and nearly succeeded in killing me! They already killed Ao and my Anbu guards." Said Mei, frowning at the "assassination" attempt, before looking at the Ninja.
"I want all Kiri Ninja recalled back to the village now! And teams of Anbu, Jōnin, and Chūnin scouting out the village for wherever the assassin is, since they're likely still here! I want whoever the assassin is found and interrogated to know who sent them, whether it's the Akatsuki, this new mystery faction, or anyone who's trying to take advantage of our current state and the cold war we're in. Move!" Mei ordered.
"Hai Mizukage-sama!" Said the Ninja, before rushing off to fulfill her orders.
None of them noticing the Sharingan briefly appear in Mei's eyes, before vanishing.
*Timeskip-Three Days*
It took three days before all the Kiri Ninja returned to the village, with Mei announcing what happened and that for the time being, the village was under lockdown, until they could find the assassin. Along with whoever aided them in entering the village. With all the Ninja's being focused on locating the assassin and protecting the Mizukage in case there might be another attempt on her life.
While that was happening, Naruto had unsealed himself from Mei and disguised himself as a Kiri Anbu, entered the village's Sealing Matrix, which run all forms of seals and barriers in the village. So he could make his own adjustments to it.
This was something that all villages had, given how Konoha was modelled after Uzushio, and all the other villages were modelled after Konoha. A prime example of this, is the barrier around Konoha, which was the result of the Sealing Matrix provided by the Uzumaki Clan, based off their own barrier. It was also why Konoha's barrier was much more advanced than the other villages' barriers, thanks to their ties to the Uzumaki Clan.
Along with having Mito Uzumaki, his own mother, and his father, who was considered to be on par with the Uzumaki Clan in terms of Fūinjutsu. All three of whom would be able to make their own improvements to the Seal Matrix, making sure that the barrier and the other seals in the Matrix was always more advanced than the other villages. Being the most advanced after Uzushio's destruction.
And now, with all of Kiri's forces back in the village, Naruto could make his own adjustments to the Sealing Matrix. Knowing that it doesn't just effect Kirigakure's barrier and the village itself, with the various seals imprinted into it. But it can also effect the people that live in Kirigakure, as well.
'Even with Madara giving him all the tools he needed, Obito still thought too small.' Naruto thought, knowing Obito had been more focused on simply weakening the Hidden Villages, that he didn't even consider the possibility of placing them under his control.
Given how long he controlled Yagura, and was basically the Yondaime Mizukage, he would have known where the Sealing Matrix was and could have altered it, just like Naruto was doing. Instead, he only cared about weakening Kiri, which would have only been a short-term thing.
But Naruto wasn't complaining, as it left it open for him to add a new seal to the Sealing Matrix, one that'll put all of Kirigakure under his control. From the main forces, the various Ninja branches, all the way down to even the Genin, Academy students, and civilians. All of them being under his complete control.
'Meaning I don't need this anymore.' Naruto thought, while making a handsign, breaking the Genjutsu he had placed on Mei, knowing she'll also be affected by the new seal and remain under his control, as well.
And the best part was, the seal makes it, so they don't act like they're under his control either, not even reacting if he were to walk around the village in broad daylight, they'd continue acting completely normal. This way, it'd remove any suspicions of any sudden change in their personalities.
'And now to give Mei, her new orders.' Naruto thought, before shunshining back to Mei's office to give her, her new orders.
Once that was done, Naruto exited the village to reunite with his comrades and begin the next steps in further developing his growing army.
So, what did you think, good. Yeah it's pretty short, but as you can see a lot of things have changed, namely Kabuto having revived a lot more Ninja, including Fugaku and Mikoto, along with having gotten a different trump card in order to get Obito to accept an alliance with him, and now being able to revive Jiraiya and Shisui as well. We also see Naruto now taking control of all of Kiri, further damaging the Shinobi Alliance by taking away one of the villages, and now moving on to continue growing his army.
