"Kate I'm really sorry…." Ana began with a sigh as she sat in her seat in the waiting lounge of the executive lounge in the airport, pinching the bridge of her nose in frustration. It was a cold November afternoon and Ana just wanted to go home and her sister's moaning was not improving Ana's mood in the slightest.
"Anastasia Rose Steele, you promised!" Kate huffed to her younger sister on the phone. It was her grand opening of her new bakery later today and Ana had promised Kate she would be there, but it seemed it was no longer the case. "You promised you'd be here!"
"I know Kate and I'm sorry but what do you want me to do? I'm stuck in a fucking airport with no planes planning on flying anywhere any time soon. I didn't ask for it to fucking snow." She hissed through the phone with the shake of her head. She loved her sister, she did but at times she really didn't understand. Half the time people thought that Ana was the elder sibling not the other way around. How was she supposed to get home when she was currently in New York where it was currently in the middle of a blizzard? It was impossible right now, but Kate didn't see it that way. "Look we still have a few hours before your opening, hopefully the blizzard will stop and the planes will be flying once more."
Kate sighed at her through the phone. "Ana, you're over five hours away, plus the time difference…." She whispered, her voice flattening slightly.
Ana sighed. "I know…but I really can't do anything okay? If anything changes, I'll let you know but mom and dad are going to be there. And you know. Tweedle Dee and tweedle dumb." She grumbled with a roll of her eyes.
Kate giggled at her sister's comment. "That's our step dad and step brother you are talking about."
"I don't give a shit; I swear my IQ drops every time I have a conversation with them."
"He makes mom happy."
"It's not our step dad that is the problem, it's our darling step brother that I don't like."
Kate let out a chuckle at her younger sister. "You don't like anyone. You'll be single forever if you keep up with that attitude."
"Sorry mom." Ana mocked with the roll of her eyes.
"You're all work and no play!"
"I know, I know." Ana sighed. "But when I am back in Portland, we will celebrate your bakery opening properly."
"I'll hold you to that. Let me know if anything changes, I'm going to have to go I have some things to sort out."
"I will I promise." Hanging up the phone Ana let a sigh pass her lips as she rested her head back slightly, staring up at the ceiling before she then looked down to her phone as it went off once more. Rolling her eyes, she answered the phone. "What Benjamin?" She asked, pinching the bridge of her nose again before her eyes widened at the information being relayed to her. "What? Who the fuck changed it? He booked MONTHS ago! He's a top client! If anything he is fucking priority!" She snapped through the phone. "You tell Becky to sort this shit out and when I get back, I want a meeting with her to see who the fuck up was." Hanging up the phone she then took a deep breath.
"Sounds like you're having fun." Came a voice a few seats down.
Looking to the gentleman a few seats down, Ana raised an eyebrow. "Let's just say I'm surrounded by fucking idiots. Excuse my colourful language." She grumbled with a shake of her head before she looked to the handsome stranger, her eyes travelling up and down his physique. He was dressed impeccably in a suit and looked breathtakingly delicious. Normally she didn't take any notice of men around her, but she couldn't help but check him out, he was gorgeous.
Closing his laptop, he smiled as he looked to her, his grey eyes penetrating her blue ones. "I know that feeling. Own boss?" He asked looking to her. He couldn't take his eyes off her. Since the moment he spotted her as she came in the waiting lounge, he was instantly drawn to her, her beauty drew him in and she had a body to die for. She was dressed in a simple navy dress that hugged her curves in all the right places, her high heeled shoes made her legs look long and he could just picture them around his waist as he ploughed into her. "And don't sweat it about the language, I'm pretty sure mine is no better."
Ana nodded. "Yeah and my assistant's assistant is an actual moron. Why she hired him I have no idea."
"Does he flirt with you?" He asked casually.
Ana smirked as she looked to him. "He's too scared too. I gave him a 'death glare' as my employees call it when he first started and I think he actually shit himself." She mused looking to him.
He chuckled as he turned to face her more a little. "You sound like a scary boss."
"Oh I am." She mused before she looked to him. "I take it you are your own boss?"
He nodded. "I am. Sadly though my assistant's assistant does nothing but try and flirt with me. And I'm kinda known for being ruthless and well…a prick so kinda don't get why she's trying when she knows I have zero interest in her."
Ana chuckled a little. "Really? My employees call me the 'She devil'."
"You have to be in my line of work otherwise people walk all over you."
"I can agree with you there. What's your business?"
"Mergers and acquisitions. I'm based in Seattle. You?"
Ana smiled. "Hotel owner. I'm based in Portland but have a few hotels all over." Getting to her feet she moved closer and smiled holding her hand out. "Anastasia Steele, but please, call me Ana."
"Christian Grey." He introduced shaking her hand, his eyes travelling her body once more now that she was right in front of him. "You have a hotel here in New York?"
"Not yet but I'm looking for the right space. Nothing is screaming out at me yet."
"Can I make a suggestion?" He asked looking to her.
Ana nodded. "Of course."
"I have an apartment in a building that looks onto Central Park…no matter what time of year, you cannot fault the view of Central Park. It would look beautiful now with all the snow, once the blizzard has calmed down of course."
Ana listened to him carefully before nodding. "You could have a point; I did look at a building in Times Square but it's just so busy."
"Then Central Park is your best bet." He told her with a soft smile before he looked around briefly before looking to her. "You know, it doesn't look like we are going to be out of here anytime soon…we could go back to my place and I could show you?" He suggested looking to her. "I have a guest bedroom you are welcome to stay in, save you hanging around here waiting for the blizzard to settle…"
Ana raised an eyebrow as she looked to him. "But you don't even know me. And I don't know you. You could be a serial killer for all I know. And I could be a serial killer." She teased with a smirk. She had heard of Christian Grey but never really saw pictures of him. She didn't have time to read celebrity gossip. She was shocked at how good looking he actually was.
Christian smirked to her. "Funny enough…it's a chance that I am willing to take. Question is…are you?" He asked looking to her.
Ana smirked back to him. "Lead the way Mr Grey." She mused as she got to her feet. Was she crazy going with a complete stranger? Probably but she was young and alone, who said she couldn't have a little fun as well as sort some business at the same time. She had been trying to find the perfect spot in New York for a while and each location she tries just ends up being a disappointment.
Getting up, Christian signalled for Taylor to follow before moving next to Ana. "Ana this is Jason Taylor, my personal security." He introduced. "Taylor this is Anastasia Steele. She's going to be coming back to the apartment with us. It's clear we are not going anywhere anytime soon and there's no use in staying around here waiting."
Taylor nodded to Ana. "Miss Steele."
Ana smiled. "Ana's fine." She told him before smirking to Christian. "Must be someone pretty important if you got muscle following you everywhere you go."
"He keeps the crazy chicks at bay." He teased with a wink before he looked around slightly. "Do you have any luggage?" He asked.
"Just this carry on." Ana told him showing him her bag.
"Allow me Miss Steele." Taylor cut in taken the bag off her.
"Thank you. And it's Ana." She told him with a chuckle before she looked to Christian. "Come on then hot shot. I need to see this view."
"Follow me." He instructed as he began to head out of the airport and to the car waiting outside. As Taylor opened the door for Ana, Christian slid in the back, pulling his phone out his pocket and sending a few texts to people now that he wasn't going to be Seattle anytime soon.
"Thank you." Ana smiled to Taylor as he opened the door for her and climbed into the back next to Christian. Seeing Christian on his phone she groaned slightly.
"Everything alright?" Christian asked as he looked up from his phone and looked to her.
"You've just reminded me I'm going to have to ring my sister again…" She looked to him. "It's her grand opening of her new bakery today, I promised I'd be there but it's not going to happen with this blizzard. She's already given me grief and told me to try and make it and now I know I'm definitely not going to make it…well let's just say I hope you have some painkillers at your place because I will have one hell of a headache by the end of the phone call."
Christian smiled to her. "Well I'm sure I have plenty stocked up in the apartment somewhere."
Ana smiled to him before she looked to Taylor and then back to Christian. "Is it safe for him to be driving in this weather?" She whispered to him.
Christian couldn't help but smile to her. "He's a former marine, he's capable of doing pretty much anything." He told her with a smile.
Ana nodded before she relaxed back in the car as Taylor began driving.
"So, do you just have the one sister?" He asked curiously to her.
Ana looked to him and nodded. "Yeah just Kate and I, though we do have a step brother but he's just…well an absolute fucking idiot." She commented with a roll of her eyes. "How about you?"
"I have an older brother called Elliot and a younger sister called Mia. They're both like a bottle of pop." He shook his head.
"Are you not a bottle of pop?" She teased looking to him.
Christian laughed. "No not really. Elliot calls me stuffy and Mia says I need to take some chill pills."
Ana couldn't help but giggle at Christian's comments. "Kate says I'm too mean. Says I'm going to be alone forever because I never like anyone and I'm just a bitch."
Christian smirked as he looked to her. "No boyfriend then?" He asked looking to her.
"Nope." She chimed. "I don't have time for romance. I'm a busy lady and well like I said, I'm kind of a bitch."
Christian nodded. "Funny enough…I'm a busy man…maybe we could help each other out?"
"Mr Grey are you proposing what I think you are?" She asked looking to him with a raised an eyebrow.
"Depends what you think I am proposing." He wriggled his eyebrows at her.
"I'm a lady Mr Grey. Don't forget that. Certainly don't get down and dirty with people I do not know." She mused wriggling her eyebrows right back at him.
"We shall see." He whispered with a smirk as he looked out the window. As they headed to the apartment building, he then looked back to her. "Are you hungry?" He asked as they finally pulled into the garage.
Ana shook her head. "No, I'm okay, thanks." She smiled. "Could kill for a glass of wine though."
"Good thing I have a fridge full of wine then. Anything in particular?"
"Cold white or rose will do me."
"Good choice." He smiled to her before climbing out of the car.
Climbing out of the car Ana moved her handbag over her shoulder before following Christian to the elevator. Stepping inside she stood next to him, the atmosphere suddenly changing dramatically. She suddenly felt hot and bothered, standing next to Christian she could feel this pull to him. This spark. It made her feel out of sorts.
Christian was desperate to pin Ana to the wall and have his way with her. There was something about her that was drawing him to her and this really was a first for him. He didn't do romance and he didn't expect romance from her but there was no denying that there was something between them. The elevator was filled with this lust filled atmosphere. He actually felt sorry for Taylor being stuck in here because Christian was sure he could sense it as well and he knew Ana could. She was fidgeting too much next to him. "You alright?" He asked, his voice oozing amusement as he looked down to her.
"I'm fine." Ana quickly told him. "It's just warm in here. Elevators make me nervous." She told him with a shrug.
"Elevators make you nervous?" He asked looking to her.
"I got stuck in one once for over four hours when I was younger. I was by myself and it freaked me right out, the call button didn't work and the signal on my phone was shit."
"You own hotels…"
"And I always take the stairs." She told him looking to him. "Or I always make sure that if I do have to go to the top floors, someone is in the elevator with me and call buttons are checked weekly to make sure they are intact and working correctly."
"Sounds like you take your elevators very seriously."
"I do." She chimed looking to him.
Christian smirked to her before he stepped out of the elevator as it reached his floor.
"Penthouse floor?" She asked following him out.
Christian nodded as he headed to the door furthest away from the elevator. "I like to be up high looking down at the world. Also means I have the entire floor to myself and I don't have to listen to noisy neighbours. You got to have a special code to get up here and it's changed often. At my place in Seattle, my staff have their own private quarters as the building is so big but here, he stays next door but there is an adjoining door in case of emergencies." He explained softly to her before heading into his place. "Taylor can you take Miss Steele's bag to the spare bedroom please?"
"Yes sir." He replied heading to the bedroom.
Stepping into the apartment, Ana looked around, her mouth dropping slightly. This place was beautiful. Spotting the ceiling to floor windows she headed over to them, looking out to the view. "Wow…you were right. This view is incredible…"
"Told you." Christian mused as he headed over to the kitchen area and pulled out two wine glasses and a bottle of chilled wine from the fridge and poured them each a glass of wine.
"Sir." Came Taylor's voice as he appeared.
Christian looked to him and smiled. "That is all Taylor. Please can you keep an eye on any updates of the airports and when we are able to leave. More than likely it won't be until tomorrow morning now but just keep an eye. Andrea will reschedule any of my meetings and Ros is covering for me until I return." He told him with a soft smile. "Feel free to order any takeout for yourself that is willing to deliver in this weather."
Taylor smiled. "I think if I eat another takeout Gail will have me by the throat. She can smell that stuff a mile away." He chuckled before smiling. "You know the drill. Call if you need anything." He told him before leaving the apartment and heading into his own.
"Do you mind if I just make a quick call to my sister?" Ana asked looking to him as she managed to drag herself away from the view.
"Sure, you can use my room if you like. Second door on your right."
"Thank you." Ana smiled to him, grabbing her cell phone she then headed to Christian's room so she could have a little privacy, she knew Kate was holding on hope that Ana would make it but she knew she wouldn't be taking it well when Ana confirmed she wouldn't be coming, period.
Watching her go Christian smiled to himself before he then grabbed some bowls and some nibbles for them. His New York house keeper, Emma, had left thinking that Christian was returning to Seattle, but due to Gail's insistence that he know where basic things were in the kitchen he did learn where Emma had kept simple things for him in case he did get hungry or he arrived home late from work and she had already finished for the night.
Heading over to his sofa's he popped the bowls onto the coffee table before going back over to get the wine. He could hear Ana talking but not quite what she was saying. Sitting down on the sofa he kicked off his shoes and socks and rid himself of his suit jacket before grabbing his glass of wine and taking a welcoming sip. Being stuck at the airport most of the afternoon had not been ideal so he was glad he was finally in his own environment where he could relax.
"Sorry about that." Smiled Ana as she came out of the bedroom and over to Christian.
"How did your sister take it?" He asked as he picked up her glass of wine and handed it to her.
"Better than I thought to be honest. She saw how bad the blizzard was on the news so she understood why I couldn't get home. I promised her we'd celebrate when I get home, but she sounds happy and the bakery is pretty much ready to open. She's worked hard so she deserves this." She smiled taking the glass off him. "Thank you." Sitting down next to him she took a sip and sighed happily. "Oh, that's good." She chuckled.
Christian smiled as he listened to her. "Sounds like you're close."
"We are." Ana told him with a smile.
"Is there much of an age difference between you?" He asked taking a sip of his wine.
Ana laughed. "Eighteen months." She told him looking to him. "Kate will be twenty-five in March, I just turned twenty-three in September. How about you and your siblings?" She asked looking to him as she took a sip of her wine.
"Wow twenty-three and a hotel owner? Impressive." He smiled to her. "Elliot was twenty-eight last month, Mia was twenty-two in August and I'm going to be twenty-six in June."
"Are you guys close?"
He gave a little nod. "Yeah I'd say. We had a few bumpy roads in the past but we are behind it now, we're stronger as a family." He looked to her. "Everything hasn't always been plain sailing and despite being Seattle's most famous CEO…I'm glad it's something that didn't get out."
Ana raised an eyebrow. "Sounds like heavy stuff…"
"It is." He smiled to her. "But let's not get into that. It's all in the past now." Taking a sip of his wine he took a handful of nuts and popped them into his mouth. "So, what made you go into the hotel business?" he asked after eating the nuts.
"Well at first it was only a Saturday job while I was in school. I was on reception or helped out in the kitchens and with the cleaners and the more I was there the more interested I got into the business side of things so I thought why not and I talked to the that hotel manager and asked them for advice. She was a lovely lady and she took me under her wing from the moment I told her I wanted to go into the hotel business. She taught me everything I needed to know and I've never looked back."
"She doesn't mind that you're technically rivals now?" He asked with a chuckle.
Ana's smile faded slightly. "She died a couple of years ago. Breast cancer. Her brother took over the hotel and turned it into a sham so I did what she always told me to do and I followed my dreams and gut instinct and opened my first hotel just before my twentieth birthday. At first it was a rough couple of months at first, but now I own one of the most of successful hotels in Portland."
"Do you have hotels anywhere else?" He asked curiously to her.
"Los Angeles, San Francisco and Salt Lake City, I want to expand to over the east of the country now." She happily told him. "What about you? How did your company start?"
"I've always been good with numbers, it's sort of come naturally to me. I did go to Harvard but dropped out, much to the dismay of my parents, but I've always known I've wanted to work in mergers and acquisitions so I talked to my grandfather. Like myself he was very good with numbers. I told what I was imagining and let's say the rest is history. When my parents refused to help me start up my company because I dropped out of Harvard, my grandfather stepped in, much to their annoyance." He chuckled and smiled to her. "I was a millionaire by the time I was twenty-one."
"Show off." Ana smirked at his last comment before smiling. "Sounds like you and your grandfather are close."
"We are. He's a great man. I admire my parents, but the admiration I have for that man…it's on another level." He told her with a smile as he finished off his wine.
Ana looked to him and smiled before she finished off her wine.
"Can I get you another?" He asked gesturing to her wine glass.
"Sure." Ana smiled passing him her empty glass.
Taking her glass, he got to his feet and headed to the kitchen to refill their wines.
Watching him go, Ana's eyes then fell on the piano. Taking off her shoes she got to her feet and headed over to the piano and ran her fingers over the smooth wood. "You play?" She called out admiring it.
"I do. I have been playing since I was six." Christian smiled as he appeared beside her and passed Ana her wine.
Taking the glass, Ana's heart practically skipped as her hand brushed against his, the electric spark between them intensifying by the second. Taking a large sip of her wine, she leant against the piano.
As her hand brushed against his, Christian could feel that spark once more. He had no idea what this woman was doing to him. Taking a large gulp of his wine he placed his glass on top of the piano, he stood in front of her, moving his hands either side of her as he rested his hands on the piano, effectively boxing her in. "You feel it too." He stated as he looked to her.
Swallowing hard, Ana looked to him. He was so close to her. Tempting her. "I do." She whispered to him.
"I'd really like to fuck you on this piano." He whispered as he moved his lips closer to hers. "In fact, I'd really like to fuck you on every surface in this apartment."
Ana could feel her panties instantly dampen at his words. How could he turn her on with just the words? Moving her wine onto the piano, Ana looked to Christian, stepping slightly closer to him. She didn't know if it was the alcohol or the desire for him that was making her bold and brave. "Then fuck me…" She whispered to him.
As soon as she said those words, Christian slammed his lips to Ana's, his hands moving instantly to her ass as he gave it a squeeze, pulling her body tightly to his.
A moan passing her lips, Ana moved her hands into his hair as he gripped it tightly.
Picking Ana up, Christian pressed her up against the piano and grinded into her, letting her feel his erection. He wanted her so badly and he wanted her now. Wanting their first time together to last long as possible, Christian picked Ana up and headed towards his bedroom. Heading inside he kicked the door shut before heading over to the bed, gently throwing Ana onto it before climbing on top of her, his lips moving to her neck.
Biting down on her lip as he began kissing her neck, Ana looked up to him, her eyes glazed over with lust as she looked to him. "You're wearing too many clothes…" She whispered as she moved her hands to his shirt and quickly began to undo the buttons.
"So are you." He commented before he moved to the edge of the bed, pulling Ana up onto her feet he slid her zipper down before pushing the dress off her body. "God you are so perfect." He whispered to her, gently nipping at her neck.
Swallowing a moan as he bit her neck, Ana quickly pushed Christian's shirt off of his shoulders, her hands moving to feel his skin against her hands. His body was unreal. Moving her hands to his trousers she quickly unbuckled his belt before pushing them down along with his boxers, looking down to his hard erection she bit her lip before looking up to him, her hand wrapping around him.
Hissing as he felt her hand around him, his eyes darkened with lust as he looked down to her before looking at her hand around his erection. "If you keep doing that then this is going to be over a lot sooner than we both want." He whispered before he quickly captured her lips with his as he then moved his lips to her neck, taking her hand off his hard cock before he un-shamefully ripped off her panties, his hands cupping her as he slowly slid two fingers inside her, his thumb playing with her clit. "Oh baby you are so wet for me, so fucking tight." He groaned against her neck. He loved how turned on she was right now.
Biting down on her lip feeling Christian's fingers enter her, Ana moved her hands to his hair and held onto it as she moved her hips against his fingers wanting more. Needing more. "Christian…" She whispered looking to him, trying to control her breathing, but he was making this impossible. She needed him right now. She didn't want to be teased.
As she called his name, he looked to her and smirked as he moved his fingers faster as he pressed his forehead to hers and looked to her. "Yes?" He whispered as he hovered his lips to her once more. He wanted to hear her beg.
"I need more…" She whispered to him, her eyes locking onto his. "Please…" She begged gripping onto his hair tighter as she swallowed back a moan.
Hearing her Christian smirked and brushed his lips against hers ever so softly. "Well how can I resist when you said please…let me grab a condom…"
"I'm on the shot…" She moaned against his lips. "And I'm clean…I want to feel you…"
"Thank fuck. I'm clean too." He promised as he kept kissing her softly, he laid Ana down on the bed before he climbed on top of her before he slowly pushed himself inside her, groaning out as buried himself deep inside her.
A loud moan passing her lips as she felt Christian finally enter her, Ana wrapped her legs tightly around him as she kept her lips to his, slowly moving against him pulling him in deeper. He was so big and filled her so much.
His hands moving to her hips, he held onto them firmly as he began to thrust inside her, giving her hard, deep thrusts knowing it drove her crazy and made her want even more. He tried to keep at a steady pace, but the more she moaned and moved against him made him really wanted to go for it. But he wanted it to last as well. His head moving to her neck he peppered her neck with kisses, his body pressed to hers. Slowing his movements down ever so slightly he looked to her pressing his forehead to hers before smirking as she pouted to him. "Something wrong?" He whispered breathlessly to her as he kissed her pout.
"Don't stop…" She begged clinging onto him tightly.
"I'm not." He promised to her as he took her hands in his and interlocked their fingers before pinning her hands to the bed. "Making it last…" He whispered to her as he gazed down to her. He could tell it was killing her him going slow and it was killing him to, but he knew if he carried on going fast, he would cum way too soon for his liking.
Holding onto Christian's hands tightly, Ana kept her legs tightly around as she moved against him, he might have slowed down his movements but Ana was moving rapidly against him. She was moments away from her orgasm.
Biting down on his lip as she kept moving fast against him Christian looked down to her finally giving her what she need as he stopped for a few seconds before he smirked as he thrusted hard and fast into her, giving her the friction that she was craving so much from him.
"Oh yes!" She moaned as she moved her arms around Christian and dragged her nails down his back, her hips moving frantically against his. "Oh god Christian." She moaned as she pressed her forehead to Christian's, her hands gripping onto him tightly, moaning his name. "Fuck, yes!" As Christian gave one hard deep thrust into her Ana moaned his name loudly as she finally climaxed, dragging her nails down his arms as she kept her movements up with his so he could too let go with her.
And he did. Not long after Ana orgasmed he followed her, thrusting as hard and fast as he could, moaning her name as he exploded inside her, his breath in a pant as he slowed down his movements to a stop before he looked to her breathlessly and kissed her forehead before pulling out of her and flopping down beside her, trying to catch his breath back.
"Wow…" Ana breathed as she looked up to the ceiling before she looked to Christian and smirked. "You sure know how to give a good first impression Mr Grey."
Christian smirked down to her. "I do try."
Ana bit her lip before she smirked and rolled onto Christian, straddling him she hovered her lips to his she slowly grinded down on him, feeling his erection twitch against her. "We've got a long night ahead of us…think you can keep up?"
"Oh, I know I can." He whispered to her as he captured her lips with his, his hands moving up her thighs, his cock hardening quickly as she kept grinding down onto him. As soon as he was hard enough, he moved his hand down and grasped his cock, slowly rubbing himself against Ana's wet pussy before he slipped himself inside her, smirking at the moan that left Ana's lips. Hearing her moan was so sexy.
"Fuck, you're so deep." Ana moaned as she sat up properly and rolled her hips, grinding down on him, her head falling back.
Sitting up, Christian unclasped Ana's bra and slid it down her arms and tossed it aside before he moved his mouth around her nipple and sucked on it, his one arm banding around her waist as he pushed his hips up, wanting to feel deep as possible inside her. Switching nipples, he gave her ass a spank before training kisses back up her neck. "Fuck you feel so good." He groaned as he cupped her face and crushed his lips to hers, savouring every second with her. He really didn't want this to end anytime soon.
Ana nearly came right there and then when Christian sucked on her nipple, kissing him back she pushed him back down on the bed so he was laying down once more, her hands running down his chest, her hands feeling every inch of his skin, her lips moving to his neck. "Let's make this a night neither of us will ever forget." She whispered before she really started to ride him, bouncing down on him, making sure every inch of his cock was deep inside her. Right now, all that mattered was them two and they were going to savour every moment together. She had never been attracted to anyone like she had been to him and also, she knew this couldn't last, she was more than happy to pretend that for the next couple of hours it was only them that mattered. They were going to make this a night to remember.
