Spinel: Steven.

Connie: What are you doing here?
Amethyst: Did the diamonds drive you crazy?
Garnet uses her future vision
Spinel: No I...
Garnet: She's here because she wants to learn about fusion.
Spinel: How did you know that?
Garnet: Future vision.
Steven: You want us to help you learn about fusion?
Spinel: Yes.
Pearl: We'll be glad to help.
Connie: Yeah.
Steven: We can do this at Little Homeworld.
They warp to Little Homeworld
Peridot: Spinel's back.
Steven: She wants us to help her with fusion.
Amethyst: Lapis you might want to set this one out.
Garnet: We know you're not comfortable about the f word.
Lapis: No it's fine.
Pearl: Alright Spinel. Fusion is when 2 or more gems take the form of a new gem.
Garnet unfuses
Ruby: Take us for example. A Ruby.
Sapphire: And a Sapphire.
Ruby: Takes the form of Garnet.
Steven: I fused with a lot of people. Including Connie and my dad.
Connie: And I'm not even a gem.
Spinel: How is that possible?
Steven: Cause I'm half human. Let's show Spinel Stevonnie.
Connie: With pleasure.
Steven and Connie dance and forms Stevonnie
Spinel: Whoa.
Stevonnie unfuses as the Pearl and Amethyst form Opal
Opal: As you can see not all gems need a dance to fuse. But when a gem becomes stable, it causes the fusion to fall apart.
Opal unfuses
Spinel: I think I'm ready?
Peridot: You are.
Steven: Who are you going to pick to fuse?
Spinel: I pick Steven.
Steven: Why me?
Spinel: You're the one that showed me all the great stuff and how I shouldn't be mad.
Garnet: You really helped her a lot.
Lapis: He's helped all of us.
Steven: Are you ready?
Spinel: Aye aye captain.
Amethyst: I can't hear you.
Pearl: Amethyst don't. That theme song is annoying.
Steven: Let's do this.
Steven and Spinel begin to dance. Steven twirls Spinel around as their gems begin to glow, they start fusing
A new gem appears as the light fades
Connie: Whoa?
Garnet: Amazing.
Pearl: Oh my.
Taaffeite (Spinel): Wow we look good.
Amethyst: How does it feel? Steven? Spinel? Stevel?
Taaffeite: Call me Taaffeite.
Peridot: Taaffeite you look amazing.
Lapis: I never saw a gem like that.
Pearl: They look go great together.
Taaffeite unfuses
Steven: So how do you feel?
Spinel: I feel amazing. Fusion is so much fun.
Amethyst: Just don't get too carried away with it.
Spinel: I won't. Thanks for showing me all about fusion, Steven.
Steven: You're welcome.
