Authors Disclaimer: I do not own Sonic the Hedgehog. Hey everyone sorry for any late updates or posting. Things lately has been bit rough and hard staying focus with writing or getting writing done. That, it been kind of difficult to get any updates going or new chapters posted.

Anyway before anyone asks, my exposure to the Sonic The Hedgehog comics is abysmal! Lol, I only dabble once in awhile with the comics and that its been very hard for me to find them or even read them, whenever I get the chance to spotting them or discover them while out shopping lol. I have watched the SaTam cartoon so my knowledge of the characters are mostly from that show and what I remember their personalities are.

This is however somewhat an AU, as I want to try something new and give this story a shot. Where I am going to try and write a story, that doesn't have any of the Sega Characters aka Game characters making any appearance, alongside with Sonic and Eggman. I want to see how far I can take this and give something a shot that will work for me.

Also, this will be rated M. Not for lemons or things like that, but more of a safety net on my end. In case I might accidentally have characters cuss out of the blue, or go bit too much into the injuries or scenes the characters might run into or experience, so there's the reason why this is M rated lol.

All the while, I am also writing this story out as I am thinking and planning on making a fan game into the future...or least get me motivated to get started working on Blender 3d and get working on making my own character models and such, for when I start get into either game making or animation. So yeah, still waiting on the right time to posting other stories and chapters.

So without further adieu, I hope you all enjoy and have fun! Also I couldn't figure out where to put this, so I am putting in the Comic verse, since this is technically based off from the Comics and Cartoon of the Freedom Fighters.

Adventure on Mobius: Curse of the Seven Artifacts

Chapter 1: A team is born.

In a secluded location hiding within a large and dense forest. Lies a facility complex building that is surrounded by ten-foot tall solid metal gates, that surrounds the building behind said gates. Searchlights and video surveillance cameras were placed around the foundation, turning and rotating in a right-to-left motion. In order to pick up any and oncoming intruders or visitors that might visit the complex. Sounds of metal could be heard stomping about within the walls, metal like mechs and hover mechs were scanning the perimeter, ready to attack or kick out anyone from the large home.

Within one of the shrubs outside and a couple feet away from the closed gates of the facility. Was a young person wearing a large brown hoodie like cloak, hiding their features and face from prying eyes. Their azure color eyes watch patiently at the two metallic like mechs outside of the gate, judging and thinking possible ways of sneaking in without being caught. Studying how they behave and scanning the area, had the person kneel behind the shrub and moved their cloak aside. Grabbing through their waist bag and shuffling through their tools of what can be used to distract them, and smiled when they found what they're looking for.

A rounded object that when tossed. Will start creating a loud and obnoxious noise to distract anyone to go and investigate what's causing it. Standing up from the shrub they were hiding behind- chucked the device far they could throw it to the north-east of the entryway. Heard the device bouncing in the distance and immediately starts to cause a commotion! Alerting the two tall looking mechs, to face in the direction with their sensors in the middle of their heads turning yellow. Began walking towards where the sounds were being heard, while the hooded figure made a dash towards the entrance and leapt up towards the top of the bar gates. Flipping over once they got to the top and landed back down, letting out a low grunt when they landed and rolled towards some nearby boxes and crates.

Humming to themselves and looked out into the open and decorated front yard. Noticing the weird holographic looking flowers that were staticing on and off. One being shown on each side of the sidewalk leading towards the large house, forming a fork in the middle to the east and west of the front yard. Leading towards what looked to be a marbled-flower decorative fountain piece to the west. While the east leads to a tall white statue design after whoever lives here and looking to be presenting something in their hands. Making the hooded figure to lean gently out from her hiding spot to get a good look at what the statue is holding, but quickly duck behind the crates when surveillance bots began flying around the front yard.

They decided it would be too risky for them to examine everything in the yard. They have to get inside the building before they get caught, see for themselves if the rumors are true. So, waiting for the right moment to make a b-line towards the porch of the large home, the cloaked figure took one step out from their hiding spot, resting their hand against the large crate and then began doing some short hops in place. Finding the timing when the bots were looking towards the middle of the yard- made a dash right towards the porch of the house. Jumping over the small steps and swinging their legs around the rail bars and immediately rolled under one of the picnic tables- pulling on the table cloth to hide themselves when the security bots whip their attention to the porch.

The cloaked figure heard the bots hovering over towards their spot- watching the wooden floorboards glow red for a couple of seconds. They held their breath long they could so they wouldn't get noticed, hearing the whirring of machinery get close. Soon after beeps and clicks could be heard from them and hovered away from the porch and resumed their scans. The hooded figure let out a low breath of air, crawled out from the picnic table carefully and crouched their way over towards one of the windows. They reached into their supply bag once more and grabbing onto what looked like a device size of a pen, as they then stuck their tongue out and activated what looked to be a laser against the window- cutting out a moderate size-hole for their arms to push through and let the glass hit the floor on the inside.

Then arch their arm to reach for the locks of the window and quickly pull the arm out and open the window! They quickly crawled right in and kept low to the ground- succeeding in getting into the building and now in the foyer of the large building. The cloaked figure then stood up, began walking about and examining the foyer of the building. Twisting and turning their body in different directions in order to get a good idea of the layout. Coming to a stop in the middle of the large room- they pushed aside their cloak and grabbed onto a handheld device that was on their left hip and opened it up.

"Alright I'm in, where to now?" The voice was femenmine when they spoke and looked towards the handheld device. Watching the computer screen blinking and beeping silently, going through whatever files the cloaked female wanted them to find. "Is it giving off any energy readings that we can pinpoint?" She asked the computer device, looking away from it for a brief moment and scanning the foyer. Two separate staircases leading up to a balcony and second floor of the mansion. Having potted plants on the bottom and top of the railings of the stairs, leading up towards a more lavish second floor. Tapestry hanging up on the second floor walls with the insignia of the person living here or family. With gold each side of the main black looking banner- a fancy chandelier hanging off from the top of the foyer and large looking plant life hangs from the ceiling.

"Energy source located," came a female voice through the computer device. Having the girl lift the handheld and smiled. "The east hallway is where the artifact we're looking for is located. I scanned the blueprints of the facility before we left the castle. It seems to be emitting down below what seems to be a vault or treasure room." The voice mused out curiously. "Their security might be really high down there. You sure want to proceed?"

The female cloaked figure sighed softly and nods, "yes I'm sure. We need to confirm if these artifacts are indeed real or not. Whoever discovers this one could very much be in danger, if the legends and rumor are to go anything by?" She said and began walking carefully towards the east hall. "If they had this for a long time, we might be too late and the artifact might have already corrupted them." Then snorts as she stops towards the archway that leads to the hallway.

"I mean it probably already has considering how much security this place has? Let alone the person living here, don't usually have their security drones and security mechs walking about at the same time during the night." She then hurried around the corner and rushed over towards a tall column-pillar and knelt down behind it. Lifting the handheld device up and smiled, "you have to admit that is strange behavior wouldn't you agree?" She said, then standing up and rushing her way down the halls.

"Yes- it is true his behavior has been weird these couple months? He was very kind too, the changes hadn't been noticed till a couple weeks later. When he began being paranoid and quite self-conscious about himself. When he is not like that all the time…" The computer explained back towards the cloaked female, who came to a walking stop in front of what looked to be an elevator. Clicking her tongue in annoyance as she didn't want to accidentally push it and alert the house owner. Raising a hand to her mouth and rubs it lightly with the tip of her finger.

"Exactly, which is why I need to figure out if what he discovered is the cause of it or not." The female then snapped her finger and moved over towards the control outlet of the elevator. "Nicole- think you could hack into this elevator and silence the bell?" The cloaked female asked, grabbing a jack-in port from the top of the handheld and stretching it over towards the port of the elevator.

"Affirmative, this will only take a few seconds and…" After Nicole said that and a couple lights flashing about on the handheld device. She replied immediately back. "Success. It is safe to push the button now Sally. I also made sure to disable the security feed within the elevator as well." Nicole said. Having the cloaked female; who is named Sally. Smiled at the computer and nodded her head, thanking her as she went pushing the button and entered the elevator.

Once they arrived at the basement floor where the artifact they are searching for resides. Sally goes ahead and looks over her tools bag, seeing if she has enough for her escape once they find the artifact. Especially if things were to suddenly go bad for her and Nicole- keeping track of how many EMP discs she has on hand. She sighed inwardly, seeing she only had two left on hand, silently reminding herself to go and make a visit to the 'Rotor- Parts and Services' once she and Nicole got done with this mission. "I will have to make sure to restock when we get back." Then shook her head and shrug, "hopefully they won't give me a hard time about not paying them full price at the time." She said openly to no one, knowing Nicole is listening.

"Well- you did kind of chew their heads off when they asked for your reasoning of buying the device." Nicole stated. "And the bad explanation you gave them was poor choice of words too. I mean," The computer A.I couldn't help but laugh lightly. "Be lucky they believed your story when you said, the castle of Mobotropolis needed to reverse engineer the EMP. So none of our techs will get ruined in case of an invasion." Then gave a bit of sass at the end. Taking note of Sally's eyes having an annoyed expression. "I mean what kind of person will go and try invading Mobotropolis." The A.I stated through the portable computer.

Having Sally roll her head to the left opening and closing her mouth mockingly with her A.I friends tone. "One who might have something against our kingdom," Sally said with a bit of an annoyed tone of voice. Stopping near one of the corners of the basement halls, peeking around the corner seeing if there are any robots around. Seeing there were none and even raised a curious brow, of why this area doesn't seem to have much security? Heck, it wasn't much of a heavy secure basement floor for someone paranoid as the owner. "Nicole...how recent was this basement vault built?" Sally asked while stepping out into the open.

Looking at the metallic walls and flooring, looking to be quite newly built and cleaned from the look of things. Ceiling lighting stretching out in rows of two, reflecting off the walls and giving it an illuminating glow to said hall- that stretches out towards a larger room down the hall. Spotting the moderate size wall vault at the end. Sally made her way down the halls, being mindful and careful of any kind of traps. Unaware that after she passed the threshold towards the wall vault open area, the girl's foot stepped onto a silent alarm lazer at the entryway.

Alerting the house owner of there being an intruder who is constantly tapping their foot against the floor, watching the video feed of this intruder stalking about in their home. "S-S-So, t-t-they w-w-were r-r-r-right! They-they- a-a-are after my trea-trea-treasure!" The stuttering and nervous voice spoke to themselves. Moving their hand over toward their left armrest and flipping open a case, then pressing a button. "T-t-t-take c-c-care o-o-o-of the intru-intru-intruder!" The voice said through a speak and mic, ordering its security bots towards the basement.

Back with Sally and her computer A.I Nicole, the young female mobian began hacking into the security computer console for the safe. Hoping to crack it open and see if the owner of the home facility does in fact have one of the artifacts of legend. Hearing Nicole finishing up her research as her beeps came to a stop, "apparently the safe room basement was built just a couple weeks ago. So, there wasn't much built for this part of the facility. There are plans however for extensions, we're in luck that we decided to raid the place before the extensions."

"Yeah," Sally giggled to herself while she continued fixing and messing with the wires on the wall security console. "This console is being a pain...how many passwords can one person have?" Muttered Sally bit frustration then shielded herself when sparks began flying off from the wires. "Ack…" she squeaked and then huffed. "For crying out loud," then went back to the wires and began fiddling with it to reactivate the password segment of the lock. Fixing it up once more and then went back to the password panel and began typing away. Then smiled when she finally got in with a shout of, "Success!" though quickly covered her mouth out of embarrassment but laughed either way.

She heard the turning and creaks of the safe locks opening up and unlocking themselves. Sally went and grabbed onto the handle bar of the safe and turned it- opening it up and revealing the prize she and Nicole had been after for a good while. "Is...is this it?" Sally hummed out after blinking her eyes and stared at the object. "It's...a ring?" Sally hummed out and examined the artifact. It was indeed a ring, ancient looking with the carvings and brown texture it has. Having written symbols and ancient text of the 'Ancients' who held onto these powerful artifacts.

"Nicole?" Sally went and lifted the handheld computer.

"Scanning," Nicole suddenly announced and had scan lines beginning to move up and down on the ring artifact. Getting energy readings that were low and nothing abnormal; but is spiking once in a while and even showing signs of it being the artifact they're looking for. "It is indeed the artifact we're looking for. There are no strong energy readings emitting from it, but something tells me it is dormant right now. If we take it right now we can prevent any corruption that might happen to the home and person."

"Yes, but the question is how do we prevent it from corrupting us or the kingdom." Sally muttered softly, getting her A,I to let out a soft oh agreeing with the princess on this one. "Does the energy seep through the metal material here?" Sally asked while tilting her body around, checking the place out and seeing if that's why this basement was made? Hearing her computer making noises as Nicole scans the material. "Anything?" Sally asked while lifting the computer.

"That is a negative, however the casing it's inside right now though. Is preventing the energy from seeping out. If we take it with the canister, we can safely secure it and take it back with us." Nicole said. Watching Sally nod her head and begin unclipping her bag from her waist, placing it down on the floor and then stands up. Stretching on over towards the encased artifact- ready to extract it from here. Though before she could even grab it, her head immediately turned and looked over her shoulders with a snap- eyes widening greatly at the sound of the elevators opening up!

"No way...they couldn't notice us right?!" Sally exclaimed and faced back to the encased ring artifact. Biting her lower lip and heard another elevator bell going off- causing her to fully turn around and exclaimed, "shoot! Nicole, was there another elevator in the blueprints?!" The princess hurriedly asked as Nicole responded back…

"NO! There is nothing in the blueprints about there being a second elevator!" Exclaimed the computer A.I. "I am sorry Sally, I should've done a thorough search, it might be a private elevator!" Exclaimed the worry A.I as mechanical steps could be heard marching towards their direction and no doubt, starting to overrun the halls and being filled with security drones and robots!

"Sally there is a staircase on the first door to your right! Head there and make your escape." Nicole tone then went apologetic. "I am sorry, it seems like the operation was a failure." Stated the computer A.I. Though perked up when she saw Sally shaking her head with a kind smile and looking at the computer handheld.

"Not a failure at all- we were originally going to extract it. However, WE were more interested if the artifact existed or not." Sally informed as she ran over towards the halls, then made a right towards the door Nicole informed her. Heading on inside and closing it immediately, as she then made her way up the stairs. Making sure her blue boots won't be getting caught on anything including her cloak. "And seeing that Ring artifact in person? Then that means the other six exists as well in this world." Sally continued saying as she made her way back to the main floor of the house. Finding the doorway leading to the main floor and hallway that leads to the foyer.

"Now we know it exists, we can better prepare ourselves when we come back. Learn what we can use to contain it and have it not corrupt us or the kingdom. Then learn how to purify it, and we're golden!" Sally informed as she exited out of the door and began running towards the foyer of the house. However and looking behind her while not paying attention- two large security robots came dropping down in front of the entryway to the foyer!

"SALLY WATCH OUT!" Nicole screamed and watched the princess whip her attention forward and slide across the carpeted floor, to then immediately cartwheel away from the first security bot- that tried to grab her. While then crouching close to the floor evading the forward punch from the second robot! Sally then backflipped away from the both of their arms and stumbled back, then turned around while rushing back down the hall. "There is a kitchen area down at the hall, make a left!" Nicole instructed.

However that idea was quickly dashed as electric rings fired from the kitchen and at the girl. Who twisted her body dodging the first paralyzing ring and did a short hope evading the second ring, "Dang It!" Sally huffed out and turned around while ducking down from a couple of paralyze bullets being fired at her and destroying the wall on her left and some of the windows. Forcing the girl to run down the opposite hallway from the kitchen, hearing more and more robots coming and even security drones flying down the hallway she is taking.

"Nicole! I need an escape here!" Sally exclaimed while she heard more of those bullets being fired at her, whizzing by her head and body- cutting through her cloak and damaging it as she comes to a stop at a door, slamming it open to dodge and block some of the bullets and electrified rings that were being fired at her. Closing her eyes for a brief moment then opened one eye when she heard Nicole shouting.

"Down this room there is a library, outside one of the windows has a balcony you can take to get out. You will have to be careful as there is a cliff outside-" Nicole tries to finish but yelps in fright when she watches Sally get blasted into the room either way- with one of the robots activating their boosts and ramming the door Sally is hiding behind. Followed by an electrified fist punches the side of Sally's head, causing the cloak to catch on fire!

Having the girl shake her head and then let out a frightful squeak! Grabbing the side of her cloak and throwing it off her body, fully revealing the mobian chipmunk out in the open! Her long red hair-that curves bit outward at the end reaches down to her back. Wearing a blue open vest-like jacket, with a black-sleeveless black top underneath. Along with black shorts as the girl spins around and faces towards the doorway. Swiping her right arm downward and activating her energy wrist-blade ready for a fight!

"Seems like I have no choice, I will have to fight my way towards the library!" Sally exclaimed while rolling her shoulders and gritting her teeth. Watching the robot that struck her activating its boosters again and charges at the girl! Who retaliated by running forward and dives straight at the robot, stretching her arm outward and swinging the blade forward! Slicing the robot's midriff and separating it from their legs with a loud clang! Followed by the upper body blowing up from the damage leaving a scorch mark where it fell while the legs just fell face first.

"Seems like slicing the midriff is where the core of these security drones are at. Sally, you can make it to the room if you aim for their stomach areas!" Nicole advises, having the princess nod her head with a smile and begins running towards the large dining area to the next room! Leaping up onto the dining table, running across it and doing short hops to slice and cut through some of the flying security drones that were coming right at her! Charging up their paralyzing rings, only to explode on contact or being sliced apart by Sally's energy blade.

The girl then bent down to scoop up a plate and then chucked it towards the security robot that entered the room from the end of the dining room. Stumbling from the impact and then let out loud beeps when Sally, jumps above it and slashes straight down the middle of the bot- rolling forward when she landed on the floor and quickly slices left-to-right to the next security robot who didn't see it coming! As the girl proceeds forward and hears the two robots exploding behind her, causing her hair to whip forward and sling over her shoulder blade. Trying to catch her breath the girl looked left and right of the hallway, quickly ducking when two separate paralyzing rings fired at her!

With the rings wrapping and slinging on the drones that flinched and flailed in midair from each other, as the girl stood up and let out a low breath of air. "Alright which way," Sally tried to ask but whipped her head when she heard the doors on each end of the halls breaking and snapping into splinters! "Shoot no time, I need to make an alternate route!" Exclaimed the girl and just ran towards the next room ahead of her- not wanting to waste time and slices the door open! Entering what looks to be a guest room, with some beds and chairs inside with two large windows leading out onto balconies!

Sally cursed herself for rushing towards a room that had no way for her to escape. The female chipmunk immediately rushed over towards the balcony windows and pushed them open. She then steps out towards the balcony and looks over the railings, placing her hands on the edges and grimace at the drop. The door blasted into splinters when the drones and robots reached the room and began entering inside the bedroom. Sally spun around and stared at the many security robots entering the room, charging up electricity in their hands and began spinning them- followed by the drones hovering over the robots as they began charging up their own electric nets.

Sally began to weigh her option of her next action. Pressing herself up against the balcony edges she stared at the many robots slowly creeping up at her. Ready to take her in and bring her to whoever owns this house. Her blue eyes darted left and right at the robots, while then turning her head over her shoulder and looking at how far the fall might be. "Probability to surviving this jump Sally, is twenty to eighty percent-|"

Nicole then got interrupted when Sally leapt onto the balcony edge and let out a low breath of air, "I will take those chances it's better not to be caught or possibly get corrupted!" And jumps off the balcony and into the dense forest down below! Disappearing from sight and from the robots, who approaches the edges and looks down towards the dark dense forest where the intruder jumps off towards. Having the house owner who is watching all of this play out through his security videos and live video feed of his mechs, lifted a hand towards his chin and began stroking it. Then clicks a button to show a live feed of the basement vault where the Ring artifact is being held, to then click the button again to rewind some of the video feed.

Pausing the video when the intruder revealed themselves after their cloak caught on fire. Showing the girl to the house owner, "S-S-S-Sally A-A-A-Acorn. Princess o-o-of Mobotropolis." The house owner said openly and having quite a sinister looking grin on his face and chuckled lightly, "So, s-she is-is-is after my trea-trea-treasure huh? Then let's see-see you-you try again dear." He laughed as the video feed went back to the balcony. Looking down towards the forest that Sally possibly took her own life by jumping to the hard ground below.

Sally Acorn; Princess of Mobotropolis. Daughter of Nigel Acorn, a young woman of age seventeen has quite the taste and knack for wanting to go on adventuring and discovering things that haven't been explored or found out. Among her peers and being quite the kind and loving princess, Sally doesn't usually see herself as a princess- wanting to have others treat her as if she is just another mobian. The young girl is also quite fond of tinkering and learning how to use technology, even inventing some of her own tech. Despite how crude they are made or not exactly proficient like those of Rotor's Parts and Service Department.

With her trusted handheld computer and A.I friend, Nicole. The two are able to help and work with those outside of her kingdom and solve their problems, to even research and turn rumors into either believable or false. Rather they are completely exaggerated or part of a folklore, the duo will go out and prove it to be false or true. Of course their constant running out of the castle and going on adventures, has Nigel become a bit worried for his daughter's safety.

"Sally dear please stop this nonsense," The king said while entering his daughter's room. Watching the girl looking to be gathering things and placing them into a waist pouch. "I know you enjoy those stories as a young child, but going after fictional tales like the Artifacts. It's just madness!" Informed the king while throwing his arms apart, adjusting his red and blue shirt and shoulder pads. Adjusting his auburn red hair, watching the girl ignoring him and his warnings as she opens up her wardrobe closet. "Sally, do you honestly believe these artifacts exist!? Why start searching for them now...and in a week, where your correlation is about to start to take position for rights to make royal duties." Sighed the father as he walked over to one of her drawers and lifted up a picture frame. Smiling softly when he saw it is a photo of Sally and the mother, with the young excited girl digging up a fossil from a dig site with her mom.

"Dad, you and I know that those fairy tales can and will come true. You may have not noticed it but Nicole and I have discovered some odd energy readings lately." Sally started saying while placing some clothes into her travel bag, only important clothes though. Then began tying up the travel bag, "We have a hunch that it might be one of those relics. So, we're going to head out and check on it." The girl then turned to her father and smiled. Combing her hand through her hair, "don't worry! We won't be long. The trip is literally about five hours from here. Enough time for us to return back to mobotropolis and get to the correlation day." The princess then sighs and shakes her head.

Crossing her arms, "though I wish I don't have too. I will lose a lot of freedom if I do attend the correlation." Then scrunge her face up and stuck her tongue out. "Especially having to hear that Pig adviser nasty comments or remarks about me and this kingdom." Which had Nigel laughing loudly and boastfully, he sat down on the bed and patted the spot next to him for Sally to sit down. Which the girl does so and sits down next to her father.

"I know, I know, I too would like it you have freedom too- but you're growing up dear. You're becoming a fine young woman at that. If you don't take up the responsibility for your kingdom, who will?" The man rubs the girls back and hears her sighing. "Sometimes...fate decides what we do, we have no control over it. Especially when you're royalty, I am sorry dear but that is how it is." He then kisses her forehead and rubs her head, ruffling her hair and having the teenager laughing lightly. Swiping her hand to her hair, adjusting it back to place.

"Just promise me that you will at least consider it...and know it wrong to say." The dad stops at the entryway of her bedroom. Turning his head at her and having a bit of a serious look and tone, "but stop this traveling and leaving the castle...at least, inform me that you will be leaving instead of heading out on your own. I-" Then smiled when Sally interrupted him and threw herself down on the bed remarking.

"You love me and only look out for my safety and well being- I know father, I know. I will let you know next time I am leaving." Sally remarked and watched her father leaving not before informing her how to make sure to be ready for dinner. Having the girl listen for the door to close and his footsteps walking away from her room. The girl's blue eyes darted at the door, then leap off her bed and walked over towards her desk. Where Nicole's computer is being charged and waiting for Sally to pick her up.

The handheld turned on when Sally flipped it open, watching the lights and colors flashing about on the buttons. Followed by the female voice of the A.I "good afternoon Sally. Where are we heading this time around, have you made progress on those rumors?" Asked the computer that had Sally smiling. Glad that her A.I friend understands where her thoughts are going too- seeing how they spent most of the night. Tracing and tracking where those energy readings are coming from. "Your father is right though, he does care for your safety and well being. If something were to happen during one of these outings, he will be devastated."

"Which is why we're going to be extra careful this time around. Considering what we're after right now?" Sally then walks over to her closet and grabs a brown cloak, to then walking over towards her desk again and grabs her utility belt. Wrapping around her waist and then grabbing her bag, "I know will tell him where I will go, but this is serious business. Sorry father- but Nicole and I need to figure out if the artifacts are real or not." Sally openly said and headed towards her window and sneaked out from the balcony, lifting her leg onto the edge before stopping and turning her head towards the bedroom. Smiling softly at the door and whispering out, "next time I promise to inform you." And leaps off the balcony to the castle rooftops.

The girl groaned and moaned lightly, waking up from the memory slash dream she just had. Having the girl slowly twitch and rock her body lightly, feeling what felt like a mattress? Too even feeling what will be blankets on top of her as well. Sally fluttered her eyes open and then shut them tightly when she felt bright sun rays beaming through a window. Blinding the girl for a brief moment as she began sitting up and rubbing the tiredness away. She then softly opened her eyes and allowed them to get adjusted and saw she was inside a bedroom!

Or more like a medical room, spotting multiple beds in rows of fours apart one another. With white see through curtains blowing gently from the soft breeze, hearing rustling and bristling of trees coming outside. The white room looks to be nicely decorated and well taken cared of, with vases and flower pots on tables and hutches. Curtain wheels in between the beds, to give some privacy to the patients that even reaches to the front of the bed. Some monitors are placed next to the beds but aren't plugged in. Having Sally to look towards her right to see if she's hooked up to one, but notice she wasn't. Indicating whoever took care of her found her conditions to be safe and not lethal, thus having the female chipmunk to hold her head and winces lightly. "What happened to me then if I have this terrible headache?"

A memory flashes through her head of the girl jumping off from a balcony and towards a forest down below. Causing the girl to shake her head and comb through her hair and moving her hand to the back of her head. Then retracted it when she felt a stinging bump on the back of her head, but nothing too serious. As she then placed her hand back down onto her lap and sighed, looking around the room for a bit and decided that she won't get answers if she stayed in bed. "Wait, Nicole!" Sally suddenly shouted and leapt out of the bed, catching herself on the side of the bed when she felt dizzy. Adjusting her vertigo a bit and shaking her head, while then looking down towards the smoothed out white tile flooring, spotting her blue boots next to the bed and putting them on.

After doing that and recovering from her loss balance. The young female mobian went ahead and walked out to the patience ward, grabbing her open vest jacket from a coat hanger and began heading towards the door. Through the main office building and out the front door, getting blinded by the sun hitting her eyes. Forcing Sally to shield her eyes and winced one closed, then lifted her head up and removed her arm. Letting out a low "whoa," at the sights before her and the village she was in.

The many different kinds of mobians walking about, of all different kinds of species and sizes. Looking to be smiling and enjoying the nice crisp Spring air that is blowing through the village. Spotting what looked to be wooden poles that behaved like street lamps, with the bulb hanging off from a sturdy strong look palm tree-leaf. The rocky and soft looking grass and rocks paved out the streets, allowing nature to carve and form paths leading to shops, restaurants and even facilities of the village. With dirt walkways leading up to secure looking hut houses and some moderate size brick houses. Where Sally can see Mobian's greeting one another, waving to each other or happily accepting their mail. Children, running and chasing one another playing tag or following the leader.

Some were even at what looked to be in the distance, playing and swimming at a large lake further down the west side of the hospital building. With a playground to the right of where Sally was, hearing their laughter and giddy tones brought a smile to the young female. Who proceed to take a couple steps down the porch and stop near the gate entrance of the hospital. Combing a hand through her auburn color hair and shifting her blue eyes around the area, smiling nervously when a couple of mobians who walked by waved and greeted her. With Sally returning the gesture with her own wave, then brought the hand across her chest and placed her right elbow on top of the open hand, rubbing a finger against her chin.

"My stars, here we were told you probably won't be waking up till tomorrow afternoon. Guess Rosie was off the mark by a landslide!" A chipper female voice from Sally's right, causing the girl to turn in the direction and spot what seems to be a female golden fur rabbit...with metal legs? "I'd reckon myself that you would probably wake up less than two hours, with that bump on your head being the only injury you had." Giggle the rabbit as she got closer to Sally and raised a finger towards the girl's head.

"Bump?" Sally repeated and hisses when she reached a hand to the back of her head. Feeling the 'bump' the rabbit mentioned. Earning a soft giggle from the rabbit, who happily hops over the fence and approaches Sally, giving a happy two finger greeting. "Wait, injury…? That is the only injury I had?" Sally asked while turning completely to face the rabbit girl. Who nodded back with a firm nod and rested one hand against her right hip.

"Indeed, when Rosie and I were gathering water for the hospital at the riverbend. We spotted you yander quite far within the river. Almost getting pulled out into the ocean." As the rabbit flashes towards the scene in her head, where she and the woman Rosie she spoke of- a somewhat old woodchuck female, lifted their heads and looked down the riverbend where they spotted Sally. "At first we thought you were lost or passed out from traveling so far into the forest. But upon looking you over, we didn't notice any kind of problems or injuries on you- minus the bump." The two females gently pulled the washed up Sally on the ground and rolled her onto her back.

"However, you were gripping a device so tightly, that we'd didn't wanted to separate ya'll from the device." The rabbit continued while playing out how she picked up the handheld computer and examined it. "Although it did look damaged as it wouldn't turn on, figuring it got a bit of water log. Though managed to hear some voice coming out from it. A female voice, saying to worry about you and just have the device dried." The rabbit then finished the tale and smiled towards the slightly confused Sally, but saw her smiling when the concern in her eyes disappeared.

"Which meant it was on and that the lights aren't working well on the device." Giggled the rabbit as she waved her hand. "No worries however, I handed it over to one of our best mechanics-" then lifted up her right leg and tapped the metallic limb. "Same person who helped me out with my robotic legs here." Then placed the foot down before widening her eyes, "Aw shoot, there I go again not introducing myself and just blabbering away like a rattle-snake protecting its den." Giggle the girl who then stretched her right robotic hand out. "Name's Bunnie, Bunnie Rabbot-" then snicker after Sally carefully accepts her hand and shook, laughing when Bunnie continued. "My last name was rabbit, but eh I changed it to Rabbot. Considering it has a bit of a nicer tone and fits me well. What's yours stranger?" Bunnie asked.

Sally, who took the time to look over the friendly mobian couldn't help but smile throughout this whole interaction and introduction. Feeling as if the two of them were already best of friends and acquaintances, that it felt oddly refreshing and good to meet someone like her. The golden fur rabbit definitely radiates confidence and friendliness to her, wearing what looked to be a comfortable and fitting pink leotard that does a good job showing off the rabbits athletic semi-build, one ear flopping forward while the other stays upward.

The girl mentioned about her metallic limbs and seeing how they're one regular arm. Had Sally wondering if the girl got into a terrible accident, that had the girl losing them or lost feelings into said limbs. Sally pulled her hand back after shaking and smiled, "My name is Sally Acorn, and that handheld, you and Rosie picked up? That's my personal handheld computer named, Nicole." Sally informed Bunnie, who blinked her eyes and then smiled when Sally lifted a hand to her mouth. "She basically helps keep me focus and keep track most of my activities, or schedules we do during our outings." Then crosses her arms lightly and hummed.

"And from the sound of things, she was more worried about my safety than her own. But…" then placed a finger on her forehead and hummed. Having Bunnie softening her look wondering if Sally remembers anything, that will have her and Nicole washed up in the river? "I can't exactly remember what happened to us. Head still feels a bit fuzzy." She then rests her hands down to her sides and shakes her head. "I will worry about it later, think you could…" Sally began asking softly and laughed when Bunnie proudly pounds her chest.

"Sure thing Sal!" Bunnie exclaimed, having Sally hum out at the sudden shorten of her name. Having Bunnie leaned forward with a bright smile on her face. "That's my nickname too ya! I always give those who are my friends a nickname." Then winked with a snicker. "So don't think over it too much, that's how I kind of roll around here." She stood upright and clapped her hands. "ALSO, it gives me a good reason to show you around Knothole village too!"

Sally laughed loudly, surprised she could even laugh this hard for meeting someone for the first time. "We just met, yet you are already calling me a friend." Giggle Sally, having Bunnie to rub the back of her head sheepishly. "I appreciate it actually- I don't really have that many friends where I live, so it feels nice!" Sally said and was not sure what she said, but it just brought a brighter smile from the rabbit who hopped up and down. Then quickly stops with a sheepish smile, clearing her throat and nudging her head.

"Cool then shall we get going? I have Nicole with my other friend, who loves tinkering and inventing things. I have no doubt he is having an enjoyable time with Nicole, if he has her operating again." Laughed the rabbit and began heading out of the front yard of the hospital. Too begin the tour of Knothole village for Sally, who from the look of things is quite excited to know the place and people within the village. Especially smiling whenever Bunnie speaks or talks to her about some of the neighbors around the general area. Guiding her around the general residence area they're in right now.

The General hospital in which Bunnie and Rosie the woodchuck brought her too in order to heal and recover whatever injuries she got. Saying how even though their technology isn't exactly up to standards like other villages or cities. The natural nature remedies do get the job done, by using the berries, herbs and some of the honey and honeydews in the surrounding forests helps greatly for everyone. Especially homemade remedies that can even cure the common cold- which Bunnie retorted how it only works depending how much the person rests their bodies to get said remedy to work.

Bunnie then guided Sally towards the western part of town, where most if not all the business and shopping are at. Where everyone comes and does their usual chores, shopping, exercising at the gyms and other activities. Even some book stores and clothing shops, too even some super markets and mini-marts, along with some restaurants and fast food chains can be found here. Having Sally understand that if she is ever hungry or is needing to do some shopping, she should come here and get whatever supplies she needs.

While warning her however that it can be quite crowded in the central plaza of the shopping and business district. Makes it quite hard to traverse or needing to go somewhere in general, being sure to keep a good hold with Sally's hand. So they won't get separated and make their way towards the large fountain that's in the center of the plaza. Laughing together when they squeezed their way through the crowd with Bunnie hanging off her knees, while Sally was hanging her upper body backwards. Both letting out loud breath of air and snicker, with Bunnie standing upright and flicking her ear softly.

"Much I will show you the rest of the town, I don't think the play areas and entertainment district will fancy your interest." Bunnie laughed and saw Sally thinking it through, then nod her head in agreement. She's worried about Nicole, no doubt Bunnie thought; the chipmunk mobian is worried about her A.I partner and friend. "Right well then um-" Bunnie hummed out and stood on her foot tips, in order to see and spot the store or shop they're looking for- or at least the garage her friend is currently at. "His workshop should be around her somewhere…" then grunted after giving up trying to look through the crowds.

"HEY!" Bunnie suddenly screamed, scaring Sally out of her wits, when she flinched and shielded herself from the sudden shout. Causing a couple of the crowds and mobians, to stop from what they're doing and looking towards the source of the shout. With Bunnie smiling brightly at said crowd, "does anyone know where I can find Rotor's parts and services garage? I need to meet him and greet my friend!" She said and watched a couple of the mobians groaning playfully, with some having some annoyance while some laughed at the girl's antics.

This however surprised Sally greatly when Bunnie said the person's name! Let alone the same company who helped her out, making infiltration tools and gadgets for her adventures. Heck, they were even the ones who helped make Nicole for her father- that was a present to Sally herself. Knowing that Bunnie knows the person, let alone knowing their shop is here at Knothole! Eased Sally of all worries about those fixing her up, wouldn't know what to do- since it is Rotor's parts and services, then she has no worries about them messing up Nicole's repairs.

A bear looking mobian went and told the two girl's that Rotor's parts and services garage is just on the opposite side of the fountain. Having Bunnie and Sally to twist their bodies in the direction, then back to the mobian thanking them and head towards the other end of the fountain and walk in the direction towards the building. With Bunnie still informing and detailing other shops and buildings, continuing to still give the tour for the girl as they made their way towards Rotor's.

While walking their way towards the garage Sally, who couldn't help but constantly look over towards Bunnie. Staring at the robotic limbs that replaced most of her body, softening her look at how much pain the rabbit must've been when it happened. She didn't want to intrude on the girl and ask about how she got them, but seemed like the rabbit picked up on her staring and softly smiled while asking Sally, "You want to know how I got these right?"

Which caused Sally to widen her eyes and then look away sheepishly, rubbing her arm and softening her look. "I don't want to intrude or be rude by asking you, how you got your prosthetic limbs Bunnie. It would feel like I will be stepping my boundaries." Sally said and lifted her head at Bunnie, who happily giggled while shaking her shoulders and then shook her head.

"Nah~ it's alright to ask Sal, I am actually quite used to explaining people anyway." Informed the rabbit, who turned her head and lifted up her one arm. "How I got these limbs isn't pretty though- are you sure you want to know?" Bunnie asked while eye smiling, when Sally thought it over and winces at the thought of the more brutal explanation. Asking the girl if she can keep out the bloody details, "heh course! No bloody details," Bunnie said and cleared her throat and faced forward once more.

"Anyway how I got my robotic arm and legs, is from a construction accident." Bunnie said and shifted her purple eyes at the chipmunk mobian who tilted her head. "Yup, construction accident you see- my family works as construction workers. Been so for a good long while, I tend to come and help them out whenever I can or am available." Bunnie informed Sally, as they made a turn around a corner of the streets and began moving towards the business district and housing district of Konoha.

She moved her robotic arm and rotating her wrist. "Anyway, we were carrying some wooden beams and steel pipes at the top of the nearby mountain woods." Which she paused her walking, having Sally to pause too and turn around when Bunnie pointed towards the distance where a large facility like home could be seen in the distance. "That house in particular." Bunnie said. This had Sally squinting her eyes and stared at the building, followed by rushing images through her head and nearly causing a headache...as if she knew that building?

"The owner who ordered a construction at the mountain, named Darreck Wolverine." Bunnie said as more images rushed through Sally's head. Forcing the chipmunk female to hold her head lightly and alerted Bunnie, who whipped her head worriedly towards her and softened her look when Sally laughed and waved off her concern. Letting her know she's alright, "you sure Sal? I-I don't want you having a headache on me and…"

"Actually it's good," Sally assured Bunnie. "Just some memories are coming back to me right now- which is good, cause I can figure out what I was doing last night. Anyway go on." Sally giggled at the end, having Bunnie to stare for a bit and then laughed loudly. Earning a bigger smile from Sally when the rabbit calmed down and shook her head.

"Well then maybe my story will help you then." Bunnie joked and began walking once more with Sally as they were nearing their destination and location. "Anyway, while my pa and I were carrying those tools. I lost my footing below my father- on one of the ladders and landed hard on my back on the ground." Then shuddered and shook her nerves out of her body with a stuttering laugh. "Well let's just say since I was below my father on the ladder? We were holding the wooden beams and steel pipes. That they fell right out of my dad;s shoulders and well…"

Bunnie went and whistled while raising her robotic arm into the air, having all five fingers pointing down to her open palm and slowly moved it onto said palm and did a bashing noise and separating her hands from the other. Making Sally to wince and even scrunge up her face at the imagery of what happened to the girl. "Yeah, wasn't pretty and boy...did I scream that could put even the screaming banshee to shame for how much pain I was in." Bunnie said softly while rubbing the back of her head.

"I'm surprised you didn't black out…" Sally said and watched Bunnie shrugged with a hum. "Though it sounds like you're quite used...you are weird." Sally laughed in good fun. "But...good kind of weird." Then hummed when placing a hand on her chin and rubs it. "Though now the question is, how long did it take for the prosthetics to come?" She asked, amazed her family could even pay for such things for their daughter?

"Oh," Bunnie smiled and raised her ears straight up and stopped in front of the garage they were heading towards. "Darreck actually paid in advance for my prosthetic and had Rotor and his family to go and design it for me." Then thumbs behind her at the garage as machinery could be heard from the garage. "I didn't understand what happened and I was mostly passed out during the procedure." Then goes lifting up her right leg, laughing as she had it wiggling about earning some chuckles from Sally. "But boy, was it problematic to walk around with these on me. Can't tell you how many things I bumped and accidentally kicked when I walked."

Bunnie then placed her foot back down and beamed happily, ":HOWEVER! One of the greatest perks, after I got used to my new limbs. Rotor made sure that when it connects to my nervous system", then quickly leaned close to Sally and had the girl shudder when she said. "By the way, make sure you're not awake when they are attached to your nerves. Hurts like rampaging bulldozers crushing a building." Then leans back. "Anyway, Rotor made sure that they also improved my physic when working and helping my family." Smiled the rabbit and even an eye smiled when Sally curiously tilted her head.

"How so?" Sally asks and watches Bunnie raise one finger up to the girl. She then walked on over towards what looked to be a large boulder nearby, looking to be used a lot and even worned out- making Sally ponder if Bunnie practiced her new limbs on this rock after the procedure? Sally then jumps back in shock and has her mouth gaping at the sight of Bunnie, bending down with both hands and grabs underneath the boulder and lifts it up!

Even having it go over her head and rests only her robotic arm on the boulder and faces Sally. Smiling brightly and happily bounces it up and down against her palm, "ta-da!" She exclaimed and laughed at the expression Sally has on her face right now, just staring in awe at Bunnie's impressive strength, even laughing when the rabbit goofily flexes her other arm. "See, strong huh, granted Rotor has told me that I do have a limit with these robotic parts. I can't exceed over twenty times my weight, or else the machinery inside my legs and arm will start breaking and self-destructing itself from the pressure...or something along those lines." She off handed said, while placing the boulder back down.

"Too much science talk for my taste, but I got the gist. So," Bunnie then stood upright and dusted her hands, "in a way. I can't lift anything that's beyond my body height." She informed and happily placed her hands on her hips and asked, "any other questions?" She asked with a snicker as Sally, returned to her senses and rubs the back of her neck, moving her hair a bit.

"Nope, I think I have a good idea now." Sally said and then faced towards the garage when she heard someone shouting from inside the garage as machinery stopped making noises.

"Bunnie is that you?" Called the voice from within sounding like a male voice. Having the pink leotard rabbit, to spin around and lift both hands to each side of her mouth replying back.

"YUP! I brought our visitor too Rotor- is it okay to come on in?" Bunnie asked and stood upright and smiled.

"Sure! In fact you two are right on time, I managed to repair and fix up most of the handheld computer our visitor uses. I want her to help me out with anything else that will need fixing." Informed the mobian now named Rotor.

"Okay," Bunnie then smiled at Sally, who returned the smile and nods as they began heading inside the garage. Making sure to bend and lean away from the hanging tools, chains and some support ropes- with both girls lifting their hands over said chains and brushing them aside. Sally, taking the time to look around and check out all the objects inside the building alongside seeing other workers. Working on what seems to be either personal projects, inventions- while others were working on repairs and fixing up some personal things people brought for repairs.

Machinery of different kinds can be seen inside the garage, with the building being bigger on the inside than it does on the outside. Smelting works on the west side of the walls, some drills and buzzsaws a bit further down from the smelting works, to woodworks and work benches in the middle of the building that are for woodcutting and woodcarving. With the east foremost walls looked to be where robotic and metallic works can be seen and created.

While the back of the building is where more of the office works and rooms for private projects seems to be worked on. Sally then blinked her eyes when they reached one of the rooms, with Bunnie happily opening up the two way window door and exclaimed, "Hi Rotor, how are you doing!" Bunnie asked.

As both girls watched what looked to be a purple color walrus lifting and moving some devices around from above him. Sparking electricity and sparks in front of him, wearing a yellow baseball cap- with a green looking tool belt goes from his shoulder and around his waistline. The mobian lifted his head and grabbed onto a pair of goggles from his eyes and placed them on his forehead, too then spun his seat around and gave a happy wave and smile to the girls with his tusks reaching below his chin.

"Hey Bunnie, doing alright and just got done fixing this device." The mobian named Rotor said, while then turning towards Sally who smiled. "And you must be our visitor-": Then turns halfway and slides away from his desk, showing the handheld computer. "I did everything I can to repair this device of yours. However, I can't seem to get it to turn on." He informed, while drumming his fingers on the desk. While laughing softly, "So was hoping if you know what's going on with it?" Which he hopes the female mobian knows why it isn't turning on.

Sally nodded softly and approached the desk and grabbed onto the computer. "I do actually," Sally then looked at Rotor with a grin. "See, there is an A.I inside here named Nicole. My personal assistant and friend, who helps me out greatly with activities and research." Sally said and opened up the computer, pressing onto the power button and saw 'rebooting' appeared. "I had Nicole put a command in case the handheld ever gets damaged or waterlogged. Too go into emergency shut down mode, and go rebooting herself in case any files got corrupted or damaged- so right now. She is doing just that, once she reboots everything will be in working order." Sally finished explaining while placing the computer down and facing Rotor.

Watching the walrus nod his head, "I see, that is quite impressive and smart." Rotor remarked and grinned, "I know Bunnie probably told you about me. But the name Rotor, Rotor Walrus- and this is my family workshop." Rotor greeted himself and reached a hand forward. Which Sally happily accepted and shook hands. Giggling and laughing lightly as she knows about his family.

"I actually have heard about you and your family, my name is Sally. Sally Acorn." Sally introduced herself and then jumped back in fright when Rotor let out a surprised gasp, that even had Bunnie jumping out of her skin. While flailing her hands about when she began playing or fiddling with a wrench, watching it go flying across the room and landing right into the smelter, having her freak out and begin moving and shifting her head. She quickly spun around and leaned against the edge of the work bench, smiling nervously if she got caught...then tilted her head when Rotor had quite a smile on his face.

"Sally Acorn?! Sally Acorn, my gosh you are like a celebrity with my family. Especially with all the tools and gadgets you order from us, we got a bit worried. When we didn't hear from you last night." Rotor stated and stood up, "but who knew that you're the one we helped and rescued! Were you successful last night with your objective?" He asked curiously while rubbing his chin- asking that last part slowly, when he took notice of Sally's confused expression.

The princess stared confusingly for a bit and then hummed while crossing her arms. "Objective?" She repeated as her tone was not sure if she heard right. Making Rotor to stare for a bit and then stroke his chin with his claw, shifting his eyes over at Bunnie. Silently asking through eye contact if something was up? Having the female Rabbit to look back and then tilt her head ajar, then widen her eyes with a oh!

"Right, Sal here has quite a bump on the back of her head. Her memory of whatever she was doing last night is fuzzy. So, that could be one of the reasons why she is confused about what you mean." Bunnie said. She then adjusted herself and leaned on her right hip, "by the way what do you mean objective last night and...Sally girl here ordered a lot of tools from you?" Bunnie asked, wanting to be sure she got this right.

Rotor nodded as well will tell, it might also help jog Sally's memory of what she was doing last night. Which Sally is hoping he could help her get some memories back if he tells her what she was doing. The walrus mobian happily nodded and will be happy to help out, see if he can jog her memory. He leaned back on his chair and went over what he could recall about Sally, talking to him on the phone… "Oh wait, I remember you asking me to record our message, in case something happens to you." He smiled and slid his sliding chair over the phone receiver.

"I did?" Sally asked and watched the walrus nod his head. Which Sally grinned, "then that is a good thing we did. Or else you might have trouble remembering." The chipmunk girl giggled out and walked over to the recorded message box. With Bunnie doing the same thing and approached as well, speaking up her two cents on the matter.

"She asked you to record your message...I didn't think you even have something to record messages." The female rabbit pondered openly watching the walrus digging through a drawer and opened it up. "Is that even legal?" Bunnie asked one more time, wanting to be sure if it was allowed or not? Too keep a message log of your customers' requests.

"No worries Bunnie, it is allowed especially if some of our workers have a bit of a short term memory. Or easily forgets the customer order." Rotor explained as he pulled out the device and placed it on the desk. Followed by grabbing a tape recorder that had blue ink written out 'Sally's order' on the recorder and then inserting it on the tape recorder. All three of them then waited and listened through what was being said.

"Hi, are these Rotor's parts and services?" Came Sally's voice having the girl and Bunnie nod seeing that it was indeed her voice and listened through the conversation.

"Yes siree, what can I do for ya today Sally? Did that project of yours come up in your results?" Came Rotor's voice.

"It did actually! Thanks for asking, it seems like the artifacts that I was looking up. Does exist- in fact it's nearby your general location!"

"Artifacts?" Bunnie and Sally repeated at the same time, with the two looking towards one another with the rabbit mobian fiddling with her half-downed ear. "What kind of Artifacts were you looking for?" Then let out a squeak and a giggle when Sally shushed her, figuring the message would clear things up for them and smile when Bunnie responded back with a nod.

"Really!? Huh, that could explain the weird energy fluxes we've been having as of lately. Any idea where it might be?" Asked Rotor in the message.

"Someone named Darreck Wolverine, seems to have the artifact during one of his expeditions to one of the Abandoned mine shafts near Hilltop zone mountains. Might be one of the cursed artifacts we did research on. However-"

The present Sally then grabs onto her head as memory begins rushing through her head. Alerting the two of her sudden behavior with Rotor stopping Bunnie, letting her know that this is good as it means the girl is recalling what she was doing last night. Sally grunted and groaned lightly as indeed she was remembering. Recalling what she and Nicole were doing at Darreck's home facility and what they were after.

"That's not good, and considering the energy faux that's been happening in town. Might mean the artifact is slowly activating and starting to disperse its corruption. How long do you think we have before it awakens?" Rotor asked Sally in the message. Hearing the girl humming in response in said message.

While the present one shook her head and widened her eyes, "THAT'S RIGHT!" She suddenly yelled and scared the two mobians next to her. "Nicole and I barely escaped when we accidentally tripped a silent alarm within his home." Sally then opened a hand, "we managed to find the basement safe vaults he built underground and got a first glance at said Artifact!"

"Basement safe vaults? Why would anyone build something like that under their home." Bunnie openly said while rubbing her chin, "before that!" Then clapped her hands happily, "glad yer got your memories back Sal! Do you remember what this artifact looks like, and why is it important that we get it from Darreck?"

Before Sally could answer or reply to Bunnie and Rotor about what the object looks like. They all heard what sounded like another female voice speaking up and responding to the question right away. "The Artifact Sally and I, are after is ring shape- it is a cursed Artifact that has dormant like powers that can corrupt and warp a person's mind and behavior, if exposed to it for too long." It was Nicole!

"Nicole! Looks like the repairs were indeed a success, anything out of the normal?" Sally asked while rushing over towards the handheld computer. With Bunnie walking up behind Sally and Rotor, sliding his chair over too all smiling when they watched the computer lights flashing.

"Yes, Rotor did an amazing job fixing me up and even helped improve some of my functions." Nicole informed, having Rotor rub the back of his head sheepishly and then got a serious look in his eyes when Nicole continued. "As for what this curse Ring dormant power is? It causes those who are near it or in hold of, to become very paranoid. Making their paranoia go through the roof the longer they are exposed, unable to trust anyone and anybody around them. Even their close relatives or friends or even business partners."

"Oof, that is bad- I reckon from the sound of things. Darreck has been exposed to corruption for a long time." Bunnie stated while thumbing behind her. "That could explain the sudden renovations he ordered my family business to be doing." Then look towards the right as realization hits, "also explains the sudden increase of metal beams and iron works for his house." Then snaps her finger. "It also explains the need for that basement safe vault too- gosh how come I didn't see the changes." Bunnie huffed and crossed her arms.

Rotor then opened up his customer receipts and looked through Darrecks orders. "If I knew any better and probably warned you ahead of time Sally. Of him ordering security drones and robots, I would have prepared you better for the extraction mission too." Rotor said as he pulled the paper out and saw how much the wolverine mobian ordered. "This should've been the nail on the head, of his paranoia getting really worse." Then hands over the receipt to Sally.

Who took it and looked through it and then shook her head, "actually Rotor. What you gave me helped out greatly. Considering Nicole and I managed to get into the building and found the Artifact location, I say that is good enough tools to get the job done." The princess then hummed lightly, "but after what happened last night and almost getting captured by his robots? I have no doubt he would be doubling his security even more and probably move the Ring artifact to another part of his home."

Bunnie then smiles, "Well then looks like yer going to need all the help ya can get!" announced the female rabbit. Alerting Sally in her direction, "Sally girl ya'll in luck, as I happened to know he did in fact increased his security and requested even more remodeling! After all-" Then goofily rubs her knuckles against her chest offering a wide smile. "Yer looking at the daughter of the construction brogues Rabbot family!"

"Oh no, no, no", Sally repeated while waving her hands jazz like fashion. "I can't have you come with me and risk you getting hurt-" Though got interrupted when Rotor also piqued in and hops off his chair, having the princess whip her attention to him watching the boy pound against his open hand.

"Sounds like a great idea Bunnie!" Then faced Sally, "I can also go and make tools for the two of you, to make the journey that much safer! As well with Bunnie offering the recent blueprint of the recent remodeling being made to the house. I can radio call you through Nicole and guide the two of you in the right direction. Of where the cursed Artifact will be at!"

Which had Bunnie nodding her head rapidly, "and with my enhanced strength from my robotic limbs. Sally girl won't have to worry about infiltrating at a snail's pace or risk getting caught and having to hide whenever trying to break into something!" Exclaimed the girl, as both parties are overwhelming the princess. Who is trying to get a word in or two, hoping to get the two mobians to reconsider what they are doing or what they're getting into. Which Nicole then spoke up shocking Sally of her response-

"There is safety in numbers Sally, and they're help is greatly needed." Informed the A.I. "We went there with old blueprints of the house and nearly got lost a couple of times. While even risking getting caught a couple of times, when we were inside. So why not? Plus, Bunnie helping you fight against any drones or robots will make things a lot easier. Instead of having to face over a dozen of them by yourself."

Which had Sally letting out a couple of curious breaths before crossing her arms and raising one hand to her chin. Shifting her eyes towards the corner, then facing Bunnie and Rotor who looked like they're willing to help her out and face any dangers. "Well, are you sure? I don't want you guys to get into trouble with me, or cause any problems to your families. If they get wind of what we're up too-" Sally said and smiled softly when Bunnie happily waved the danger off.

"Sal- you know how many times I put myself in danger while helping my family through construction?" Said the rabbit while lifting up her leg with a goofy expression. "I mean come on, my parents still treat me like a child because of these. Never forgiving themselves after the accident; I think I can handle the danger." Then leans playfully close to the Chipmunk female. "Plus, I think my father rather sees me do other activities than construction. Despite~ if what we are going to do now is dangerous." And winks while snickering after pulling away.

"That goes double for me, after all-" Rotor then playfully stretched out his wrap around tool belt. "I have loads of fun making and inventing things for ya Sally. It helps my creative process for orders as well, even helping me get a better understanding of what it is when people call our shop." He then winks. "And also, if someone calls and orders something very suspicious' I'll be able to inform you, Bunnie and Nicole of a possible lead to another Artifact."

"Well Sally...what do you say?" Nicole this time asked and had the princess look at the computer and then back to the two mobians. Who looked way too eager to help the girl out and execute this plan of hers, to extract the cursed artifact from Darreck. The girl let out a smiling half-chuckle sigh, shaking her head seeing how she was out voted on this and couldn't help but be impressed with these two courage.

"Alright, alright- seeing how even Nicole has been won over. I don't see what could hurt!" Sally said and laughed when Bunnie excitedly fist pumped the air. "However, before we do go and do this and I know, I will make a mistake if I say this right now." then looks sideways. "As well avoid any troubles or accidentally breaking your guys trust...well Bunnie's trust." She giggled, figuring Rotor knew that Sally is a princess and was about to reveal it to said Rabbit. Only to bend the lifted finger downward, when the rabbits ears shot straight up and blew some raspberries.

"Aw come on Sal' give me some credit. I knew you were a princess, I didn't make a big deal out of it. Because I figured you get that a lot back at home." Bunnie announced, surprising the chipmunk girl greatly and then burst out laughing while holding her stomach when Bunnie spun a finger. "I mean come on, everyone knows who Sally Acorn is. Daughter of Nigel Acorn- not hard to connect the dots."But I do appreciate y'all looking out for my feelings in case someone else tells me, before you do. SO! What's the plan to get this artifact!" Squealed the excited rabbit.

Seeing how she doesn't have to worry about Bunnie feelings being hurt, from someone revealing her identity as a Princess that might hurt their friendship and trust. Sally went ahead and accepted the two into her mission, seeing she also has no choice. Began to go and relay what they will be doing and how exactly they're going to extract the artifact. Especially not getting affected or corrupted from the energy it is leaking out from said Ring. Little do they know that Darreck is already biding his time and waiting for the princess to come back.

Already planning a trap for her, as their first extraction mission is about to begin!
