2Quirks, A power that 99% of people have, the other 1% is people who had to have their quirks removed, being deemed too dangerous to their own, or others lives. Midoriya Izuku Fits with the latter, After being born lightning struck the hospital and a large hammer reminiscent of old comics appeared in the newborn's hand, Quirk :Reborn Thunder God, Thor: Izuku Midoriya.
The lightning strike destroyed all electrical systems in the hospital, causing over 50 people to die. Police were called as well as the Quirk Legal board, Having declared the Quirk item to be dangerous, it was put into a Quirk containment box and stored.
Since the child was still only a newborn it couldnt be charged with murder on 50 counts. The issue had to be dismissed even with the angry families on the police's back, legally they couldn't tell anyone of the cause either, the infant was still a minor.
As the child grew, Everyone despised him, bullied him, He had an unknown quirk, which to children was the same as being Quirkless. Izuku knew nothing of the reasoning, he just wanted to help people and be a hero, just like All Might! Everyone knew about All Might, he was Symbol of peace, the strongest hero and the single most important person in Japan. Just being in a city crime rates went down, When a person looks at him, they feel at peace and safe. That's what Izuku wanted, to have people feel safe when he was around, to be able to protect everyone. Yet everyone pitied him and put him down, his mother knew something but she wouldn't ever tell him.
Izuku, Age 14 Quirk: Unknown Legally, they couldn't mark him as quirkless without revealing the cause, so all they could do was hide the situation.
(Izuku POV)
"Hey Deku, Whatcha hidin in that book there, eh?" Bakugo asked, menacingly "I-Im not hiding anything, kacchan, just writing about that new hero from this morning, her name was Mt-la"
He was cut off "I dont give a shit what her name was, just give me the book"
Bakugo smirked as he took it from my hands "Hero Analysis for the future?" he said while laughing "The most future you have is wiping the floors." he blasted the book and threw it out the window "I mean seriously, YOU!? A hero? Not on my life"
He finished
"Bakugo" my voice was cold "Do you know what happens when you die?" I asked in the same cold voice. Bakugo, suddenly unnerved by my tone, took a step back and almost fell out of the window
"Huh? Is that a threat? If anyone is gonna die its gonna be your stupid ass when I throw you out of this window" Bakugo threatened
Frowning, I say "Its not a threat, just a question, do you know?"
"Of course not, no one knows what happens when you die, isn't that common sense or do you not have that either, like a quirk?" Smirking bakugo stepped up with firecrackers in his hands.
"If you don't know everything, stop acting like it." I said with finality, walking out of the building hearing a screaming bakugou go the wrong direction
(Regular POV)
Walking home from school, avoiding bakugo at all costs, Izuku gets to the bridge before instantly being picked up and suffocated by a Villain made of slime "Don't worry, I'm just going to take over your body, stop struggling, It will only hurt for a minute. You're a real 'Hero' to me kid" at those words Izuku stopped struggling, before getting blasted to the side by a shockwave, and slipping into unconsciousness.
(Izuku POV)
Feeling a slap on the face, I open my eyes and see All Might, the symbol of peace standing before me. After slapping myself for just sitting there while All Might looks at me worriedly I stand up and brush off all the dust. "All Might, would you mind signing my-" I get cut off as the hero in question takes the book from my hand and starts flipping through the pages, before stopping on one and signing his name onto it, he hands the book back and looks at me curiously
"Those were some mighty fine notes you have there, Do you plan on becoming a hero?" He asks innocently "Well, I want to but I don't know what my quirk is" I say with a tone of defeat "Nonsense, anyone can be a hero, a quirk is but a tool. I'm sure you can find a way even without a quirk, but good luck finding out what it is." All Might says before leaping off into the distance
(Regular POV)
Continuing his walk home, Izuku walked onto the scene of the next crime of the sludge villain
"I can't believe All Might captured most of my body. Well, at least now I get to steal the body of this kid with a nice quirk, You heroes better stay back! I can kill this kid in in instant." The sludge villain threatened
[AT ANOTHER LOCATION]
A large building starts shaking, and a hammer from 14 years ago breaks out of it's quirk containment box, releasing all of the quirks powers, breaks through the building, straight up leaving a huge hole in the Quirk Legal Board containment building, luckily no one was in it.
Looking onto the scene who else but Bakugo is in the sludge, Running before even thinking he calls forth every ounce of strength and feels a tug in the back of his mind, pulling as hard as he can on the mental link, Lightning hits Izuku and in his hand is mjolnir, Weapon of the Norse mythological God Thor. Without questioning it, he threw it behind the sludge and called it back again, using it as a large boomerang.
Still shocked by the lightning, (Zing) The sludge villain couldn't defend himself against the large hammer, making a hole in his back and pushed the explosive boy to the side, finally free of the sludge
Hammer returning, Izuku grabs it like a chef would a knife, complete trust in the tool "I guess that's what my quirk is, huh? A hammer? I can get used to this" Izuku thought.

YO, alright I'm making another story, people seemed to like the last one but I stopped having motivation for it, I came up with a bunch of ideas and this one just kinda clicked. This is the start of Thors Reincarnation and I want some opinions
Thor naturally has super strength and speed, with a bunch of other abilities (I think it was like 15 different abilities) so I'm not sure if I should just have the hammer and give OFA, Which eventually leads to Super strength and speed. Or just give him all of his general abilities (considering flight is a power of his, it's following pretty close to Nana, so idk). regardless I would love to read the feedback. The OFA option is alot less op, but I mean hey, people like OP izuku stories
