[One Punch Man: A Devil's Need for Speed- Season 1, Episode 1: The Introduction Of The Fastest Man Alive/Dealing With A Pest]

It was a beautiful day in City-A as we see citizens going about in their usual daily activities until suddenly an explosion occurred at the center of the city, causing a huge crater to appear as an earthquake rang out and destroyed nearby buildings as a large purple creature stood in the middle crater, and looks at the chaos that he made with a sinister grin on his face. The tall being is a large, purple, hairless humanoid with two rounded antennae on his head, red eyes, and a bare muscular body. His name is Vaccine Man.

Vaccine Man then grunted as a pink aura covered his body, and he took off into the air at supersonic speeds as he hovered in the air. The citizens of City-A could only watch in horror as Vaccine Man created three glowing orbs around him, and threw it towards the rest of the city as more explosions and mayhem occurred. Meanwhile, elsewhere, we cue to the Hero Association Headquarters, where we see an alarm blaring across the building as we zoom into a room and see a bunch of people responding to the alarm as they were monitoring the situation.

"It's closing in!" One of the Hero Association workers shouted while watching a video feed of Vaccine Man floating down to the ground as the monster slowly made his way further into City-A.

"Who's available?" Another HA worker asked as a female HA worker spoke up.

"We have word that Lightning Max and Smile Man are on their way." She says as we cut back into the city, and see Vaccine Man easily defeating the A-Class heroes as he continued raining death and destruction into the city.

"As you can see, loud explosions are going off behind me!" A reporter says while standing in the middle of Vaccine Man's rampage as millions of civilians ran past him and his news crew as more explosions occurred. "The damage left by the monster is at an unprecedented scale. The hero Association is currently analyzing the threat level to-" He says before getting interrupted by a red lightning bolt that runs past him and his crew as it produced a large gust of wind that blew everyone to the ground. The news reporter recovered quickly as he stood up and looked around in confusion as he scratched his head and turned to his news crew. "What just happened?" He asked as they shrugged. Meanwhile, elsewhere, we see a bruised and scared little girl slowly walking across the ruins of City-A as she looks around the destroyed area and trembled in fear as she begins crying.

"Daddy! Mommy!" The poor traumatized little girl cried out as she begins sobbing and suddenly, Vaccine Man appeared as he spotted the little crying girl, and walked over to her as he extended his hand. It may have seemed like he was trying to help her, but it turned out to be a ruse as his hand suddenly grew three times its size, and he popped out his claws as they glinted across the sunlight. Vaccine Man grinned maliciously as he was about to crush the little girl in his grip, but then, a red blur appeared as it grabbed the girl and sped her to safety as Vaccine Man blinks in surprise.

"What was that?" He asked himself as we cue back to the blur, and see it speeding across the ruins of City-A as it spotted a nearby evacuation shelter, and ran towards the building. The red blur stopped near the entrance as it placed the little girl down on the floor, and she sniffled as she looked up and saw a brown-haired man smiling down at her as he bends down, and wiped away her tears.

The man is 23-years-old with shoulder-length spikey brown hair, brown eyes, a lean muscular build, and freckles. His outfit consists of a skintight pale red friction-proof bodysuit with yellow accents around his chest/arms/legs, a golden symbol of a tornado planted on his chest, a metal helmet with wings on them, and a pair of pale red boots with gold-line patterns and a golden symbol of tornadoes on the side of each boot. His name is Riku Fujikawa, but he was also known as the Devil Wind, the fastest man alive.

"Are you okay, little lady? You look quite bruised up there." Devil Wind says while looking over her worriedly as she smiled slightly and nodded.

"Yeah, I'm fine." She says as Riku smiled and nodded as he stood up.

"That's great. So, why were you walking out there all alone?" He asked as the little girl frowns and looks down.

"I got separated from my Mommy and Daddy during the attack. I-I don't know where they are." The little girl says as she broke down crying again, prompting Riku to zip over to her as he wiped away her tears.

"Hey, hey, there's no need to cry. I promise you that I will find your parents soon." Devil Wind says reassuringly as the little girl sniffled, but nodded as he smiled. "Good, so what's your name?"

"R-Ria."

"Well, it's nice to meet you, Ria, my name is Devil Wind. Anyway, do you have a picture of your parents by any chance?" He asked as Ria nodded, and pulled out her phone as she showed him a picture of her parents. "Okay, I will find them in a flash. Be right back." Devil Wind says before running into the evacuation building as Ria blinked in surprise at his speed, and yelped as he runs back while carrying a man and a woman in his arms. "Hey, this won't happen to be your daughter, right?" Devil Wind asked casually while pointing at Ria as the man gasped, and the woman teared up.

"Ria!" The adults shouted in surprise/happiness as Ria gasped and teared up as she ran over to them.

"Mommy! Daddy!" She yelled as she hugged her parents, and they cried as Devil Wind watched on with a smile on his face.

"Oh, my precious baby! I thought I would never see you again!" Ria's mother shouted while hugging her daughter tightly as Ria's father turned to Riku and smiled at him gratefully.

"Thank you, young man, for finding out daughter. We got separated during the attack, and I was so afraid that something happened to her." He says as Devil Wind smiled, and tipped his hat.

"It was nothing, sir. I'm just happy to help. Anyway, I have a monster to deal with, stay safe." Devil Wind says before zooming off as the gust of wind blew their hairs back, but they didn't mind as Ria waved at him goodbye, and the parents hugged her again.

"Where did she go?" Vaccine Man asked while looking around for the small human for a bit as he shrugged and was about to fly off. But then, Vaccine Man heard running steps behind him as he turned around, and saw a red blur running towards him as the blur appeared in front of him, revealing to be Devil Wind in a crouched superhero pose as Vaccine Man raised an eyebrow at him curiously. "You're a fast one." Vaccine Man complimented, slightly surprised by the human's speed as Devil Wind looked up at him with a glare. "Who are you?"

"Just a guy that likes to run." Devil Wind says coolly as he stood up and begins stretching as Vaccine Man eyed him oddly. "My name is Devil Wind, and I heard that your the monster responsible for this destruction." He says while gesturing the destroyed area around them as Vaccine Man glared back at him, and crossed his arms.

"Yeah, and what of it?" He asked as Devil Wind stopped stretching and chuckled slowly as shadows covered his eyes.

"Well, that's going to be a problem. At first, I was going to joke around with you, but after all of this, I think I'm just going to kill you straight on." Devil Wind says with a dark tone as Vaccine Man laughed.

"You? Kill me? Don't make me laugh, human. You may be faster than the average pest here, but your speed is no match for the power of mother nature! I am Vaccine Man, and I was created by Mother Earth to dispose of you disgusting monkeys from further polluting her precious ecosystem and-"

"Oh, God, your one of those monsters, are you?" Devil Wind asked with an annoyed look as Vaccine Man blinks in surprise.

"What?" He asked dumbly as Riku scoffed and crossed his arms.

"You're one of those kinds of monster that go on and on about how humans are destroying the Earth or whatever, and I'm getting pretty sick of fighting monsters like you." He says with a bored look as Vaccine man growled and marched over to him angrily.

"How dare you speak like that when you humans had-"

"And, why do you all think that we're all responsible for the slow destruction of our planet. Sure some humans are polluting and harming the planet, but what about the hundreds of people that you killed? Do you think they had anything to do with this?"

"Well-"

"No, you just blindly blame all humans for something that only a few people did."

"But-"

"Also, your plan is to help Mother Nature, right? Well, from what I have seen so far, all your doing is just killing random people. How is that going to help the Earth exactly? Pollution's not going to go away magically if you kill all of humanity."

"I-"

"You're plan is dumb."

"SHUT UP!" Vaccine Man shouted with his voice becoming slightly demonic as a pink aura covered his body. Devil Wind eyes widen from the sudden burst of energy but otherwise remained unfazed as Vaccine Man glared at him. "WHO ARE YOU TO JUDGE MOTHER'S NATURE PLAN PATHETIC GERM!?" Vaccine Man shouted as he roared and charged at Devil Wind as he begins throwing multiple fast punches, all of which Riku dodged with ease as he danced around his punches with a smirk.

"Ha, ha! You're too slow!" Devil Wind taunted as Vaccine Man growled.

"Stand still, you little pest!" Vaccine Man yelled as he lifted his arm in the air and grunted as his fist grew ten times its size. Devil Wind tilted his head amusedly as Vaccine Man brought down his giant fist on top of him, and another shockwave rang out that shook the ground violently before dying down as Vaccine Man smirked. "Hmph, that will teach him not to mess with-"

"That was close. You almost caught me off guard." Devil Wind says mockingly while standing beside him with his hands behind his head casually as Vaccine Man jumped back in surprise from his sudden appearance.

"How did you-"

"Big fist, slow punch." Devil Wind answered with a smirk as Vaccine Man blinks before growling as he tried to swipe at the speedy hero, only to hit air as Riku dodged his attack, and begins zipping around the Dragon Ball Z-like monster as he created a red cyclone.

"Devil Wind: Special Move Series...Devil Storm!" Riku shouted as Vaccine Man stared at cyclone unimpressively and scoffed.

"Foolish, human! Do you really think you can defeat me with a cyclone? I was created by Mother Earth herself! I could survive all of her natural forces with ease! So, you better think of something else to do before I-" Vaccine Man says before grunting as he felt something kick him in his back, and he turns around, only to grunt again as he felt someone kick his back again. "Oh, using dirty tactics, I see? I thought you were supposed to be a hero?" Vaccine Man asked mockingly as he narrowed his eyes and looked around as he saw a red blur coming out of the tornado as he runs towards him. "FOUND YOU!" Vaccine Man shouted as he created a glowing sphere in his hand and fired a beam that destroyed the blur.

"Ha, ha, ha! I told you, no matter how fast you are, you will never defeat-Ugh!" He gloated before grunting in pain as another red blur appeared and struck his stomach as he ran away. "What the?! How did you survive!?" Vaccine Man asked as Devil Wind zoomed out of the tornado with his body sparkling with red electricity as five versions of himself split from his body, and charged towards Vaccine Man as they began swarming him with lightning-fast punches and kicks. Vaccine Man grunted as he covered his head and went down to his knees as Devil Wind and his clones continued attacking him until-

"Enough!" Vaccine Man roared out with his eyes glowing red as he sends out a pink shockwave that easily dispelled the tornado and killed all of Devil Wind's clones as the original was knocked into the air and crashed against the ground.

"Ow." Devil Wind says with a groan while rubbing his head as Vaccine Man loomed over him with a menacing aura.

"How dare you hurt a perfect being like me?! I will show you your place by burning you and your pathetic species to the ground!" Vaccine Man shouted while holding out his hands as he created a giant energy sphere above his head, and was about to bring it down onto the city, but stopped as Devil Wind raised his hand.

"Before you destroy us all, I just have one thing to say." Devil Wind says as Vaccine Man groaned but nodded.

"Fine, what are your final words?" He asked with his normal voice as Devil Wind smirked and pointed down.

"Well, I only have one favor for you. Whatever you do, do not take one more step." He says as Vaccine Man raised an eyebrow in disbelief.

"Are you serious!? Why the hell wouldn't I-" Vaccine Man says as he took one step forwards and froze as he saw a giant trench formed around him, and the earth beneath him crumpled as he looked up at the speedy hero with a glare. "I hate you." Vaccine Man says bluntly before screaming as he fell down the trench, and dropped his giant energy sphere as it went off inside the trench and a big explosion occurred underground as Devil Wind smirked, and dusts off his hands.

"Ah, the old tornado trench trick. It never fails." Riku says before turning around as he was about to run off but stopped as the ground shook, and Vaccine Man suddenly smashed out of the ground as he let out a huge roar and begins growing in size. Devil Wind watched in shock as Vaccine Man grew up to 60 feet, and his skin grew darker as his skin/teeth grew longer, and he grew small spikes all around his body.

"YOU PATHETIC HUMAN! DID YOU REALLY THINK THAT YOU COULD'VE TAKEN ME OUT THAT EASILY?! WHATEVER YOU THROW AT ME, I WILL BRUSH IT OFF BECAUSE I WAS CREATED BY MOTHER EARTH TO TAKE OUT EVERY SINGLE ON OF YOU DISEASE CAUSING BACTERIA!" Vaccine Man shouted angrily with his eyes glowing hot red as Devil Wind narrowed his eyes, and his face grew serious as he crouched down, getting ready to sprint as red lightning danced around his body. "AND NO ONE, ESPECIALLY SOME SPEEDY TWERP, WILL STOP ME FROM COMPLETING MOTHER EARTH'S MISSION AND ERADICATING EVERY SINGLE ONE OF YOU FROM THE FACE OF THE EARTH!" He shouted furiously as he then rushed over to Devil Wind and raised his giant arms to smash the little hero as Riku eyes widen in surprise at his burst of speed. "NOW, DIE!" Vaccine Man shouted as Devil Wind glared at him and was about to charge at the angry monster, but then a yellow blur appeared as it grabbed Riku by his shoulders and pulled him back as the blur held out his fist and aimed at the monsters head.

SMACK!

Devil Wind covers his head as a giant shockwave rang out, and cleared out the smoke produced by Vaccine Man's attack as Riku shakily opened his eyes, and his jaw dropped in shock as he saw the remains of Vaccine's body falling from the sky, and his giant decapitated head crashed down on the ground near them with a loud thud as Riku slowly blinks.

"What...the fuck?" He asked in disbelief as he shakily turned to his savior, and blinks in surprise at his...average appearance.

His savior is a 25-year-old man with a bald head, brown eyes, and a thin but well-built physique. His outfit consisted of a yellow one-piece jumpsuit with a short zipper at the collar, a pair of forearm-length red gloves, a white cape, a black belt with a round golden buckle at the center, and red boots that nearly reach his knees. But what caught Riku's attention was the extremely bored look on his face. His name is Saitama.

After Vaccine Man's entrails stopped raining down from the sky, Saitama slowly looks at his smoking fist, and instead of feeling happy over his victory like Riku expected, Saitama bored expression disappeared as he slowly grew angry and fell to his knees in misery as Riku raised an eyebrow at this.

"Not again...all it took was one punch...DAAAAAAAAAAAAAAMMMMMMMMMMM IIIIIIIIIIIIITTTTTTTTTT!" Saitama shouted to the heavens as Devil Wind covered his ears and watched in disbelief as the man cried for a bit before regaining his composure as he stood up. "Oh, well, time to go home," Saitama says while walking past the stupefied Devil Wind as he didn't even acknowledge his existence and continued walking.

"Hey, wait!" Devil Wind says as he was about to run after the walking Saitama when suddenly he saw several Hero Association helicopters flying through the air as he cursed and stood up as he ran off before they could see him.

"Huh? What was that?" Saitama says as he turns around, only to see nothing as he shrugged and continued walking.

After losing the HA helicopters, Devil Wind had arrived at City-B as he ran towards a small abandoned apartment placed in the outskirts of the city and walked downstairs as he reached the basement. Taking off his helmet, Riku placed his hand on the wall as it glowed blue and glitched for a bit before disappearing to reveal an elevator as he walked in and pressed a button as the elevator went down.

After a few seconds of hearing lame elevator music, the elevator stopped as the doors flew open to reveal to an enormous underground cave that has a room with a large monitor hanging on the ceiling, four bedrooms, a kitchen, two bathrooms, a lab, a medical bay, a gym, and a living room with a couple of couches and a giant TV. Riku grinned as he zoomed across the cave before arriving at the lab as he saw a woman in a wheelchair sitting by a desk, and seems to be concentrating on something as he grinned and walked over to her.

The teenage girl is 18-years-old with shoulder-length curly black hair, green eyes, and a small scar on her left eye. Her outfit consisted of a purple jacket with a white shirt underneath, dark blue jeans, and black shoes. Her name is Yua Fujikawa, Riku's adopted sister and partner in crime.

"Hey, Yua, what are you doing?" Riku asked as Yua jumped in surprise from his sudden appearance and turned to him as he saw that she was holding a purple gauntlet. "What's that?"

"What? Oh, this? This is nothing to worry about." Yua says while tossing the gauntlet away as he raised an eyebrow at her suspiciously, and she smiled at him nervously. "Anyway, how did it go with the monster in City-A?" She asked, trying to change the subject, and it seems to work as Riku walked over to her and sat down in a chair as he sighed.

"Well, it's kind of a long story."

[One long explanation later]

"So, you're telling me that a guy with a bald head showed up and killed the monster that you were fighting with one punch?" She asked as Riku nodded. "That sounds crazy," Yua says bluntly as Riku raised an eyebrow at her.

"As crazy as me inheriting a pair of magic boots that gives me super speed and literally makes me the fastest man alive?"

"...Touché." Yua says grumbly as Riku smirked and ran off as he returned with a couple of power bars in his hands as he begins eating them. "But still, a guy who can kill a monster with one punch sounds kind of far fetched." She says while turning to him as Riku sighed and took another bite out of his power bars.

"Look, I'm telling you, sis, I saw the whole thing. He showed up out of nowhere, threw one punch, and the next thing I knew, monsters guts were raining down from the sky." He says as Yua's face scrunched up in disgust.

"Thanks for that lovely image, big brother, I definitely won't have nightmares," Yua says as Riku gave her a look, and she sighs as she looked away. "Look, even if what you're saying is real, how did that guy kill a monster with just one punch? And, who is he, by the way? I feel like a guy with that kind of strength would've caught someone's attention." She says as Riku shrugged.

"Don't know, I tried to talk to him, but I had to bail when the Hero Association showed up."

"I still don't know why you are so hesitant about joining the Hero Association. You could do a lot more good with them than without them." Yua says as Riku rolled his eyes and crossed his arms.

"I don't need their help, Yua. I'm doing pretty good on my own so far."

"Oh, come on! With your speed and experience, I'm pretty sure that you will make it in S-Class with no problem." Yua says matter-of-factly as Riku smiles amusedly, and rubs her hair.

"Thanks for the compliment, sis, but it won't change my mind," Riku says as Yua pouted, and the young speedster frowned as he gave her a serious look. "Look, Yua, you know why I won't join the Hero Association. I don't approve of their methods." He says before walking away as his adopted sister rolled her eyes.

"If by methods, you mean fame and glory, right?" She asked as Riku stopped walking, and sighs as he turned to her.

"I don't do this for fame and money, sis. I'm just a guy that likes to run and help people, nothing more and nothing less." He says as Yua rolled her eyes and smiled slightly.

"Yeah, yeah, I know, it's just that it would be nice to see people finally giving you the recognition that you deserve after five years of crime-fighting. And, hey, maybe I could get some recognization as well." Yua says hopefully as Riku raised an eyebrow at her, and she gave him an offended look. "What? I deserve some praise, as well. Who was the one that created your suit, built the lair, and help you locate the bad guys?" She asked sassily as Riku smiled amusedly and walked over to her as he ruffles her hair.

"I know, I'm just messing you, but I'm still not joining the Hero Association though," Riku says as she pouted and was about to complain again until the alarms went off as the duo immediately reacted, and Riku grabs his sister as he then zooms her over to the Main Room and she quickly wheeled over to a desk filled with computers placed directly under the large monitor.

"What do we got?" He asked seriously while putting on his helmet as Yua checked the alert on the computer, and cocked an eyebrow at what she reads.

"Well, this is a new one. We got an alert of a giant naked man rampaging across City-D."

"...A giant naked man?" Devil Wind asked in disbelief as she nodded. "Huh, I never got to fight a giant before. Let's see how it plays out. Wish me luck!" Devil Wind says before zooming out of the lair as the gust of wind blew Yua's wheelchair back a few feet, but she didn't mind as she looked on with worry.

"Be safe, brother." She says before turning back to the monitor to view the situation.

Back with Devil Wind, we see him arriving at City-D, where he saw thousands of screaming people running to safety as Riku frowns and zipped further into the city as he stopped in the middle of the city and looked up as his jaw dropped at what he sees. Towering over him was an 885-foot being that resembles a human without skin as he had red eyes, a white bone-like armor covering his enormous muscles, most of his skeleton and muscle tissue were visible including his tendons, and he had two giant tubes protruding from his chest and running over his shoulders to his back. His name is Marugori.

"Yua, are you seeing this?" Devil Wind asked while activating his earpiece as multiple people ran past him, giving him strange looks, but otherwise continued running as they had better things to worry about than a weirdo in red tights.

"Yeah, I do, and he's freaking huge!"

"Understatement of the century, sis. How do I beat him?"

"That's...going to be difficult, he's too big for any of your attacks to take effect on him. Hmmm, maybe if you run up to his head, and go through his ear, you can generate a lightning storm inside his head, and blow up his brain." Yua suggested as Riku's face paled, and he gags.

"Yeah, no. I had seen enough monster guts for one day."

"Then what are you going to do?" She asked as Riku bit his lip in thought and paced around for a bit until an idea popped into his head as he gasped.

"That's it! Okay, Yua, I think I have a plan. I'm going to try and reason with it."

"You're going to do what!?"

"What? It worked before."

"But, Riku-"

"Look, sis, we're out of options, and the only way to prevent this monster from killing any more people is for me to try to calm it down." He says as he heard his sister sighs heavily.

"Fine, but just be careful." She says as Devil Wind smirked.

"When I'm ever not?"

"Well-"

"You know what, don't answer that." Devil Wind says as he shuts off his earpiece, and looked up at the monster as he took a deep breath, and zoomed off.

"This is incredible, little brother!" A young man says while standing on Marugori's shoulder as he looked down at the destruction his brother caused with a sadistic look on his face. The young man is a slim 34-year-old man with brown eyes, pale skin, and thin black hair that is parted in the middle and drapes along the sides of his face. His outfit consisted of a long white lab coat, a black shirt, black pants, and black shoes. His name is Fukegao, Marugori's older brother and brains of the operation.

"I never thought it would work so well," Fukegao says to himself while staring at the empty vial in his hands with a grin on his face. Earlier that day, he had created a serum marked 'the ultimate steroid', that when injected, allows a person to become stronger than ever imaginable. And he decided to test it on his little brother, and so far, the serum was a success...you know besides the whole growing thing and his skin turning inside out, but otherwise, the operation was a success.

"Yes, it's more than I ever imagined, big brother," Marugori says as he then stared at his hand, and clenched it tightly as he smirked mentally. "My goal was to become the strongest man in the world. That was my dream. But in this world where superhuman and monstrous beings exist, my goals have turned into a fool's dream." He thought to himself before turning to his smirking brother as he smiled. "But thanks to big bro, I had finally achieved my dream and became the strongest man in the world!" He thought to himself happily as Fukegao laughed manically.

"This is marvelous, little brother! With your brawn and my brain, conquering the Earth will be a snap! We will become kings of the planet!" Fukegao shouted as he then looks down at City-D, and grins darkly as he turned to his brother's giant head, not noticing a familiar red blur running up Marugori's body as he made his way to the giant's shoulders. "Now, as a warning to the monkeys below, show them your real power, and destroy City-D!" He yelled with an evil laugh as Marugori grinned and nodded as he reared back his giant hand.

"STOP!" Devil Wind shouted just as Marugori was about to throw his punch as he zipped onto the giant's left shoulder and panted slightly as Fukagao turned to him in shock.

"Eh!? There's someone on your shoulder!" Fukagao shouted while pointing at him as Devil Wind caught his breath and stood up straight as he smiled at the duo.

"Hey, hi, my name is Devil Wind. You know the crimson speedster, the fastest man alive?" Riku asked as Fukegao gave him a blank look, and Marugori stayed silent. "Right, good talk. Anyway, I ran all the way up here to see if I can convince you guys to stop your little rampage across the city and stand down." Devil Wind says as Fukagao raised an eyebrow at him in disbelief while Marugori remained unresponsive.

"Are you serious? Do you honestly think that we will stop our attack just because you ask us?"

"...Will it help if I say, please?" Devil Wind asked hopefully as Fukagao stared at him, deadpanned.

"No."

"Oh..." Devil Wind says with a pout as Fukagao shakes his head, and stood up straight as he grinned sinisterly.

"So, you're probably wondering what we are doing?" He asked as Riku raised an eyebrow.

"Uh, well not really, it's pretty obvious what your-"

"Well, you see, my brother here is obsessed with becoming the strongest man in the world, but with the world, we live in its impossible for an average man to blah, blah, blah..." Fukagao says before trailing off as Devil Wind got lost in his thoughts.

"Oh, great, another crazy scientist bent on world domination. I hate fighting these guys, they think they're so smart and shit. It pisses me off every time I have to confront these guys." Devil Wind thought to himself before snapping out of his thoughts as Fukagao finishes his monologue.

"...so by combining the greatest of minds with the greatest of bodies, we will conquer this world and become King's of the Earth! And there's nothing you can do about it!" Fukagao says before laughing as Devil Wind glared at him.

"Yeaaaaah, that's not going to work. Your brother may be big, but size isn't everything, buddy! I defeated foes bigger than me before in the past, and I can do it again!" Devil Wind shouted determinedly while taking a fighting stance as Fukagao narrowed his eyes at him. "So, you better tell your brother to stand down or else things are going to get ugly."

"Yeah, and put some pants on." A familiar bored voice says, spooking the heck out of Devil Wind as he turned around and was surprised to see Saitama standing behind him with a blank look on his face as he crossed his arms and looked up at Marugori. "They're children around." He scolded as Devil Wind stared at him for a few seconds before gasping as he recognized who he is.

"It's you!" Devil Wind yelled while pointing at him as Saitama raised an eyebrow at him.

"Do I know you?" He asked as Devil Wind stared at him in disbelief.

"Are you serious? How do you not remember me? We met each other when Vaccine Man was attacking City-A earlier!"

"Hmmm...nope. I don't remember you." Saitama says while picking his nose as Devil Wind stared at him, deadpanned.

"...Is this guy for real?" Yua asked with an annoyed tone while listening on their conversation through Devil Wind's earpiece as the speedy hero was about to speak up, but shuts up as he saw Fukagao trembling in anger, and looked up at his little brother with a glare.

"Marugori! Kill the scrawny twerp and the bald guy standing on your shoulder!"

"Hey! I'm not scrawny!/Don't call me bald!" Devil Wind and Saitama yelled in irritation as Marugori raised his hand and swatted his right shoulder.

"..."

"..."

"..."

"..."

"...Should someone tell him that he swatted the wrong shoulder?" Devil Wind asked Saitama as Marugori heard him, and looked down at his hand as he saw the bloody remains of his brother.

"...BIIIIIIIIIIGGGGGGGGG BROOOOOOOOOOOO!" Marugori roared out in anguish as both Devil Wind and Saitama covered their ears from the loud yell as Marugori begins crying. "HOW DID THIS HAPPENED!? I JUST WANTED TO BE STRONG! ALL I WANTED TO DO WAS TO BECOME THE STRONGEST MAN IN THE WORLD, AND NOW THAT I AM, I KILLED MY OWN BROTHER!" Marugori cried out in agony while sobbing as Devil Wind frowned sympathetically.

"Aw, now I feel bad for him. He didn't mean to kill his brother." He says although Saitama wasn't listening to him as he was staring at the crying monster with a dumb smile on his face. Noticing him smiling, Marugori felt his blood boil in anger as he growled, and grabbed them in a firm grip. "Agh! Okay, not feeling bad for him anymore!" Riku shouted while grunting in extreme pain as he felt his bones almost break from the monster's grip while Saitama continued smiling stupidly at the furious monster.

"I DON'T KNOW WHO YOU ARE, BUT IT'S YOUR FAULT THAT MY BROTHER IS DEAD! YOU'RE GONNA PAY!" Marugori screamed in anger as he threw the boys to a nearby building as Saitama reacted quickly and grabbed onto Devil Wind's body as he made sure to take the full brunt of the attack, and the boys crashed against the building as it exploded. Leaving behind a huge crater as Devil Wind groaned and rolled off of Saitama's body as he crashed on the ground and cursed in pain as he rubs his shoulder.

"Riku! Are you alright!?" Yua asked alarmed as Riku panted, but mustered enough strength to reach over to his earpiece as he turned it on.

"Yeah, I'm alright. I think I dislocated my arm, though, but luckily the bald guy managed to save me in time before I got flattened against a building." He says before turning to Saitama, who was still lying on the ground with a bored expression as Devil Wind smiled at him. "Thanks for saving me, man." He says as Saitama shrugs.

"Yeah, whatever. Oh, and don't call me bald." He says with an annoyed tone as Riku nodded.

"Gotcha, so what's your na-Oh, shit!" Devil Wind says before screaming as he saw Marugori leaping into the air, and Devil Wind quickly ran to safety as the giant monster dropped down on Saitama. Creating a huge shockwave that Riku could barely avoid as he ran to the outskirts of City-D, and saw Marugori standing up as he glared down at the unhurt Saitama.

"I AM THE STRONGEST! BEHOLD OUR BROTHERLY POWER!" Marugori shouted as he begins raining down lightning-fast punches at Saitama.

Devil Wind could only watch in horror as the monster continued delivering his devastating assault before finishing it off with one last humongous punch that caused a massive explosion to occur as it could be seen from hundreds of miles away. Once the dust settled, Devil Wind eyes widen in shock as he saw an enormous gaping hole in the ground, right where Saitama used to be as Riku gasped and grits his teeth in anger as he looked up at the panting giant with a glare as his eyes glowed red.

"That bastard! He's going to pay for this!" Devil Wind shouted with his voice sounding a tad demonic as he glanced at his dislocated arm, and snapped it back to place as he then took a running stance, and his body vibrated rapidly as he glared up at the monster hatefully.

"I am the strongest," Marugori says tiredly as he glanced at his hand and saw his brother's bloody remains as he froze and teared up. "...So what? It feels empty." He says melancholy as Devil Wind rolled his eyes at the monster's sadness and was about to blitz towards him. When suddenly, he spotted a shift in the ground as he narrowed his eyes, and gasped in shock as he saw an unharmed Saitama standing up from the rubble and looked up at the monster with a rare sympathetic look.

"I know, right?" Saitama asked, bringing Marugori attention as the bald hero crouched down, and then leap towards the giant monster at fast speeds. "Having overwhelming strength is..." Saitama started as he zeroed in on Marugori's face, and delivered an uppercut so hard that it ripped the monster's head from his body, and send it flying to space. "...pretty boring," Saitama says blankly as gravity took a hold on him, and he begins falling.

"HOLY SHIT! THAT WAS AMAZING! DID YOU SEE THAT YUA!?" Devil Wind asked in shock as he stopped vibrating and activated the comms as he stared up at the spectacle in awe.

"Y-Yeah, I saw it too through the drones that I sent earlier." Yua responded shakily, no doubt just as shocked as her brother by the bald man's surprising strength as she cleared her throat, and regain her composure. "But that aside, we now have another problem." She says calmly as Devil Wind raised an eyebrow.

"What's the problem?"

"Oh, nothing too big...EXCEPT FOR THE FACT THAT THE GIANT'S LIFELESS BODY IS ABOUT TO FALL ON TOP OF CITY-B!" Yua shouted panickily as Riku's eyes widen, and he turned around to see Marugori's dead body slowly tipping towards City-B as his jaw drop in horror. "HURRY UP AND SAVE US BEFORE WE GET FLATTEN!" Yua shouted frightfully as Devil Wind shakes his head and narrowed his eyes in determination as he took a running stance.

"I'm on it!" Devil Wind shouted as he took off and reached City-B in mere seconds as a large shadow covered his body, and he looks up to see Marugori's body falling closer to the city.

Riku then closed his eyes in concentration as time slowed down, and red electricity bounced off his body as he opened his eyes and they glowed a fierce red as he ran off, and begins running around the city at supersonic speeds as he slowly formed a giant tornado under the giant's body, and miraculously managed to catch the giant lifeless corps as it was floating off the ground. The citizens of City-B could only watch in awe as a mysterious force prevented the giant monster from crashing against the city, and a civilian caught a red blur covered in lightning zipping across the outskirts of the city, forming the tornado as the civilian puts two and two, and begins cheering for the mysterious hero as others did the same.

"Oh, oops. Maybe I should've thought that out more." Saitama says with a sweatdrop as he landed on the ground and saw Marugori's headless body falling towards City-B, only for a giant vortex to appear as it caught the monster's body and kept it levitating above the city as Saitama raised an eyebrow. "Huh, weird. The weatherman didn't say anything about a tornado appearing in City-B...oh, well, my lucky break, I guess." Saitama says with a shrug as he crouched down and leaped towards the floating monster's dead body at the speed of a tornado as he left behind a shockwave in his wake.

"Holy crap, Riku, you're doing it! Your vortex is keeping the monster's body at bay! Brilliant idea, big brother!"

"Thanks for the compliment, sis, but I can't keep running forever! We have to come up with an idea to push the giant's body away from the city!"

"Hmmm, okay, I have an idea, what if you-wait, high-speed object approaching!"

"What?"

"Look up!" Yua shouted as Devil Wind looked up, and gasped as he saw Saitama flying towards the giant's body as he approached his back and reared back his leg.

"Normal Move Series...Normal Kick." Saitama says blankly as he threw a kick at the monsters back, and send it flying to space.

"Alright, that was awesome!" Devil Wind cheered, but then gasped as he saw that Saitama's kick sends out a shockwave that easily dispelled his vortex, and sends him flying through the air as he crashed through a building, and landed in an alleyway as he collided against a dumpster and fell down.

"Riku! Riku, are you okay!?" Yua asked worriedly as a bloodied/bruised Devil Wind sat up from the ground, and panted heavily.

"Y-Yeah, I'm here. I have a lot of broken bones and a few broken ribs, but otherwise, I'm alive." Riku says while laughing shakily as Yua sighed in relief.

"That's good. I will send in the drones to pick you up."

"Much appreciated, sis." Devil Wind says as he shuts off his earpiece, and breathed heavily as he looked up at the sky and saw the disappearing form of Saitama as Devil Wind smiled weakly. "I got to meet this guy, and thank him soon," Riku says before closing his eyes as he waited for his sister's drones to show up.

"The monster was killed." Bearded Worker says while attending a board meeting with the rest of the HA employees as he showed them a video of Marugori rampaging across City-D before getting killed by a mysterious figure as Bearded Worker paused the TV and turned to his colleagues as they stared at the screen curiously.

"Who killed it?"

"We were unsure at first, but after sending a few scouters, we found out that it was King who killed the giant." Bearded Worker says as he pulled out a remote and pressed a button as the video on the TV was replaced with an image of King standing nearby the monster with a freaked-out expression on his face, although they couldn't see it due to his back being turned to the camera.

"So, you called in a meeting just to tell us that King killed another monster?" A bored employee asked dully as Bearded Worker shakes his head.

"No, I organized this meeting because the Streak was spotted on the battlefield." He says as Bored Employee raised an eyebrow while everybody grew tense as Bearded Worker replaced the video on the TV with another video of a red lightning bolt running up Marugori's body.

"Earlier today, our satellite had spotted the Streak confronting the monster but failed." Bearded Worker says as he pressed a button on his remote, and showed a video of Marugori grabbing Devil Wind as he then throws him to a building. "Luckily, King was there to kill the monster." He says while showing another video of 'King' flying towards the giant monster as he threw a punch that decapitates the monsters Marugori's head from his body and sends it flying to space.

"So, Streak tried to fight against the monster, and failed, huh? I guess he's not as powerful as we thought he would be." Another worker says smugly as other HA workers mumbled among themselves in agreement, and Bearded Worker sighed.

"I would've agreed with you if he didn't do this next." Bearded Worker says as he puts up a new video on the monitor, and everybody felt their jaws dropped to the floor as they saw the monsters headless body falling towards City-B. But what really surprised them was the sight of Devil Wind running around the city at fast speeds as he created a giant tornado that caught the giant's body, and then showed 'King' leaping up towards the monster's dead body as he kicked it to space and the video was cut off.

"As you can see, the Streak is far more powerful than we all thought, so we must find him at once."

"You know, you would have a better chance of catching this pathetic speedster if you just send me in." A young female voice rang out as Bearded Worker's face paled and turned around to see a familiar green-haired woman floating behind him with a sly smirk on her face as he gasped and stood up.

The woman is a petite 26-year-old woman with emerald green eyes, an adolescent face, and green hair that curls up on the ends. Her outfit consists of a form-fitting black dress with long sleeves, four high-cut leg slits that show off her legs, and low-heeled black shoes. Her name is Tatsumaki, but she was also known as the S-Class Rank 2 Hero, Tornado of Terror.

"Tornado, what are you doing here?" Bearded Worker asked nervously as the sly smirk was wiped off from her face, and was replaced with a scowl as she placed her hands on her hips.

"What? Am I not allowed to come here?" Tatsumaki asked as Bearded Worker sweated nervously, and raise his hands in surrender.

"N-No, of course, you are! It's just weird to see you here." He says as she crosses her arms and looks away.

"Yeah, well, I was bored, so I decided to fly here to see if you idiots have any monster for me to kill," Tatsumaki says before spotting the video of Devil Wind creating the tornado on the monitor as she flew over to it, and studied the video through narrow eyes. "He's fast, so what? I don't see why you all are so fixated on him when we already have Flashy Flash in our group."

"Tornado, it's not just his speed that impresses us, it's his hero work." Bearded Worker says while turning to the monitor as he pulled out a remote and pressed another button as he showed Tatsumaki all sorts of videos of Devil Wind performing heroic feats over the years.

"You see, Tornado, the Streak has been quite active over the last five years. At first, he only resorted to petty crimes, and saving people from burning buildings, rescuing cats from trees, etc. But over time, he grew more confident and began fighting against monsters, crime organizations, and terrorists." He says as Tatsumaki reviewed the footage with a scoff.

"So, you're interested in him because he manages to kill a few monsters and stop a few crimelords?" She asked skeptically as Bearded Worker shakes his head.

"Yes and no, we are impressed with his powers and how quickly he solves crimes, but what we're really interested in is his reputation." Bearded Worker says as Tatsumaki raised an eyebrow, but didn't say anything as he continued. "Of course, he's not as famous as Amai Mask or you for that matter, but he gained quite a bit of love from the public. Most notably due to his charisma and impressive powers...also the fact that he's nice to the public, unlike other heroes." He says while not discreetly glancing over at Tatsumaki, who frowns as she glared at him.

"Oh, so you're that I'm not nice?" She asked lowly with her eyes and body glowing green as nearby objects started shaking, and everyone panicked as Female Worker walked over to the pissed off Esper casually, and smiled at her calmly.

"Of course not, Tornado. We're just refereeing to the other heroes, who act rather apathetic when confronting civilians." She says with a cheery smile as Tatsumaki narrowed her eyes, but calmed down as her glow died down, and the objects stopped shaking as she turned to Bearded Worker.

"So, what are you planning to do with the speedster?" She asks as Bearded Worker sighed in relief and composed himself as he looked up at the floating woman with a serious look.

"Long story short, we want him to join our organization. We think him joining the Hero Association will help boost up our reputation and, hopefully, gain more public support." He says as Tatsumaki raised an eyebrow, but nodded understandably as he continued talking. "Over the past year, we had tried to recruit him into the Hero Association, but we haven't had much luck as he usually runs off after defeating a monster or whenever we show up."

"So, he's a loner, huh? Then how are you going to find him?" Tatsumaki asked as Female Worker cleared her through, gaining their attention as she steps up and pulls out her tablet.

"I had a couple of our scientists study the Streak's usual running pattern, and they had concluded that he mostly operates on cities like City-B, City-R, City-C, City-D, and City-A. They had also noticed that he sometimes operates on faraway cities like City-J, City-L, or even City-V." Female Worker says while pressing a couple of things on her tablet as she held it out in front of her, and the device projected a large holographic map of the world as all of the cities that she mentioned were all pinged with red dots.

"After finding out his patrol pattern, we had all of the C-Class heroes from each of those cities keep an eye out for the Streak, and one of them reported seeing the Streak running back and forth from City-B multiple times. And what's interesting about it is that's the city where he's most commonly seen. Coincidence? I think not." She says with a smirk as Bearded Worker.

"But then we ran into another problem as we don't exactly know which part of the city he lives in, and we can't send out any A-Class and B-Class heroes on the risk of having the Streak spot them and ran away."

"So, from what I'm hearing, you need someone fast enough to catch him, but discrete enough to get the drop on him?" Tatsumaki asked as he nodded, and the petite woman smirked as she placed her arms on her hips. "Fine, then I will go catch him for you," Tatsumaki says as Bearded Worker flinched, and sweated nervously as he smiled at her weakly.

"Uh, Tornado, not to upset you or anything, but you aren't exactly known for...subtlety." He says with a nervous laugh as Tatsumaki stared at him offendedly.

"What? You don't think that I can be discreet, and sneak up on someone?" She says before zooming to his face as Bearded Worker jumped back in surprise. "Or is it that you don't think I'm not fast enough to catch him? Is that it?" Tatsumaki asked with her eyes glowing in irritation as she glared at him, and Bearded Worker trembled in fear. "He may be fast on his feet, but I'm leagues faster than that weakling as well as more powerful, so the next time he shows up, call me and will bring him in." She says before huffing as the Esper flew out of the room. Bearded Worker fell back on his chair as he sighs tiredly, and Female Worker patted his back comfortably.

The next day, we see Yua looking over her now healed and unconscious brother worriedly as he was resting on a bed with his costume off as he was only wearing a pair of black pants, and his boots. After a few seconds of silence, Riku groans as he slowly opens his eyes and saw his relief sister looking over him as he smiled.

"Hey, sis," Riku asked while sitting up as he rubs his shoulder. "How long was I out?"

"Overnight," Yua says as Riku carefully stood up from his bed, and walked over to a nearby mirror as he inspected himself. "Most of your serious injuries were healed thanks to your healing factor, but I had to patch you up a bit." She says as Riku nodded and walks over to a closet as he rummages through it and pulls out a black shirt as he puts it on.

"Thanks for the help, sis," Riku says as Yua smiled and nodded as they made their way out of the Med Bay. "So, what did I miss while I was knocked out?" He asked while entering the Main Room with Yua as the tech girl shrugs.

"Oh, nothing much, just some few petty crimes here and there, but I did get a news alert of a deadly mosquito outbreak happening in City-Z."

"What?"

"See for yourself," Yua says while pointing at the monitor, which showed a news report of a deadly swarm of mosquitos heading towards City-Z.

"What could be the cause of the massive mosquito outbreak this year?" A male news reporter asks as he was sitting on a table with his female co-star and a man wearing a suit. "We ask Mr. Kafetch, a mosquito expert who was written several books on the subject."

"Thank you for having me. Well, let me come right to the point. These mosquitos belong to an entirely new species. Therefore, I know nothing about them." Mr. Kafetch says bluntly as the news reporter had a thick mark on his forehead.

"Then, why are you here!? Get out!" He yelled as a sheepish Mr. Kafetch ran away, and the female news reporter smiled nervously at the camera as she nudges her co-host, who realized he was still on camera as he composed himself and coughed. "Ah, excuse me. Now, let's-"

"Ah, sorry to interrupt you, Charles, but I just got word of more sightings of the swarm of mosquitos in City-Z. Mummified remains of attacked farm animals have also been found, and I must warn you that photos may be too graphic for young viewers to see." The Female reporter says as multiple images of mummified animals appeared on the screen, causing Riku and Yua to wince in disgust. "If you encounter a swarm of mosquitos flee immediately." She says as Riku turned off the monitor and turned to Yua as she recognized the look on his face and frowned.

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yes."

"No."

"Yeeeeessss."

"Noooooooo," Yua stressed as Riku sighed, and bends down as he gave his sister a serious look.

"I can't ignore this, Yua. I need to run to City-Z to make sure everyone has been evacuated." Riku says before standing up as he made his way over to a large display case placed at the end of the room that held a mannequin, who wore his hero outfit, inside.

"Riku, you just recovered from a fight with two Dragon-Level threats. I think you need to rest." Yua says worriedly as Riku opened the display case and sighed as he turned to Yua.

"I will rest, Yua, after I make sure that everyone has been safely evacuated from the city. Wish me luck!" Riku says as he grabs his clothes, and zooms out of the lair as Yua sighed, and shakes her head as she wheeled over to the computers. 30 minutes later, we see a blonde thief robbing a jewelry store in City-Z as he walked out with a bag filled with stolen goods with a smirk on his face as he laughed.

"Ha, ha! Thanks to that warning earlier, everybody ran off in a hurry and forgot to lock their stores." He says with a grin before laughing as he tossed his bag on his truck. "Idiots! Mosquito bites can't kill anyone! And, who cares about losing a little blood if I have all of this." The thief says while eyeing his bag filled with jewelry with a greedy look on his face as he then grabbed an empty bag and went back to the store, not noticing a swarm of mosquitos heading towards him as he continued stealing more jewels and diamonds.

"Okay, its that the last of them?" Devil Wind asked through his earpiece while zooming a mother and her daughter towards an evacuation shelter placed on the outskirts of City-Z as he stopped running and gestured them to run as they followed his commands and ran to the shelter.

"No, there's a couple of more people you need to save."

"Then, it's time for me to kick it up a notch." Devil Wind says as he was about to run back into the city again but then stopped as his sister spoke up.

"Wait, I'm getting an alert of a jewelry store being robbed." She says as Devil Wind rolled his eyes.

"Yua, there's no time to stop a jewelry thief when City-Z is going on a pandemic."

"But that's the thing, Riku, someone is currently robbing a jewelry store from City-Z. Specifically the one in 4th street." Yua says as Devil Wind raised an eyebrow in disbelief.

"Are you serious? Who's stupid enough to rob a store during a pandemic? Ugh, whatever. I will stop the idiot and take him to safety before the mosquitos show up." Devil Wind says with an annoyed groan as he runs off and enters the city as he zooms across the streets before arriving at the jewelry store as he saw a black truck and ran towards it as he peeks inside. Seeing that the vehicle is full of multiple bags filled with jewelry as Devil Wind frowned and looked through the window of the store as he saw a distracted thief filling up his bag. Shaking his head, Riku looks down at the bags as an idea popped into his head and he smirked as his eyes glowed red.

"That's the last of it." The blonde thief says while throwing a pearl necklace into his bag as he smirked, and grabbed the bag as he was about to leave when suddenly, a red blur ran into the store as it ran around the room before leaving as the thief blinked, and gasped as he saw all of the jewelry that he stole was placed back into their rightful spots. "What the!? How did-ugh!" The blonde thief says as the red blur returned and appeared in front of him as he punched his gut, causing him to grunt in pain as he was sent flying out of the store and crashed against the pavement as he clutched his bruised stomach painfully.

"So, you thought it was a good idea to rob a jewelry store during a pandemic? I don't know whether your stupid or have a death wish." Devil Wind says while zooming on top of the thief's truck as the blonde-haired man turned to him with a glare, and gasped as he realized who he was.

"Hey, I know you, you're that speedy hero from the news, right?" He asked while shakily standing up as Devil Wind nodded.

"Yep, my name is Devil Wind. Anyway, you mind telling me what gave you the bright idea to commit a crime when there's a mosquito outbreak going on?" Devil Wind asked while sitting down on his truck casually as the thief scoffed.

"Oh, give me a break! As if a few mosquitos bites could kill me!" He says as Devil Wind raised an eyebrow at him.

"You do realize those few mosquitos sucked the blood out of fully grown cows, right? Odds are they will be able to suck the blood out of you in a snap." Devil Wind says as the thief scoffs.

"Yeah, ri-" He says before getting cut off as a black mist flew past them and produced a gust of wind that blew Devil Wind and the thief's hat off as the mist flew into the sky.

"What was that? The wind?" The blonde thief asked as Devil Wind narrows his eyes at the fleeing mist, and his eyes widen as he slowly stood up.

"That's not the wind." Devil Wind says gravely as the thief raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"What do you mean by-AAHH!" The thief says before screaming in pain as the black mist flew back, revealing it to be a swarm of mosquitos as they swirled around the blonde's body and begins sucking his blood.

"Oh, shit!" Devil Wind cursed as he jumped off the truck, and landed on the ground in a crouch as he held out his arms, and begins spinning them around rapidly as he produced two giant tornados that blew the mosquitos away. Riku then stopped spinning his arms as he zips towards the traumatized thief, and looked him over as he sighs in relief.

"Oh, good, your not dead." Devil Wind says as he noticed that while the man had lost a lot of blood, he was thankfully still alive as Riku helped him up to his feet, and glared at him. "Still think that mosquito bites can't kill you?" He asked as the thief rapidly shakes his head. "Good, now get on your truck and get as far away as you can." Devil Wind says as the thief nodded and bolted towards his truck as he turned it on and drove off.

With the thief now gone, Devil Wind turns around to face the swarm of mosquitos, only to blink shock as hundreds of mosquitos flew up to the sky and merge together to form a ball that glowed red for a bit before dying down as the mosquitos dispersed to reveal a female human/mosquito hybrid inside, who was moaning in pleasure as her insect-like abdomen, that was attached to her back, was pulsating red.

The hybrid female is a mix between a human/mosquito as the bottom side of her head had distinctly human with long white hair and red eyes while the topside of her head resembled a mosquito as she has a second pair of compound eyes, two sets of antennae, and a shortened proboscis. Being partly insect her body is largely an exoskeleton as all of her limbs were extended and ended in twin hooks, her biceps/shins were covered in ling bristles and striped akin to a hornet's, she had two large wings, a rather voluptuous figure, her lower legs were digitigrade with extra forelegs, and despite having a lower humanoid body, she still carried a banded abdomen from the small of her back. Her name is Mosquito Girl.

"Come on, you guys. That wasn't nearly enough to satisfy me~" Mosquito Girl says to her mosquito slaves disappointedly as her abdomen stopped pulsing as she waved her hand lazily. "Go get some more for-Ow!" Mosquito Girl says before yelping in pain as a rock hits her head and she rubs her head as the hybrid turned around and saw Devil Wind waving at her.

"Yoo-hoo, hey! You're responsible for all of the mosquito infestation, right?" Devil Wind says before his eyes widen at the sight of her as he blushed. "Huh, I don't know whether to be turned on or disgusted." Riku thought mentally as Mosquito Girl gave him a bored look.

"Huh? Who is this twerp?" Mosquito Girl says before shrugging as she turns around and snaps her fingers. "Drain him dry." She ordered bluntly as her mosquitos slaves complied with her wishes and flew over to Devil Wind.

"Whoa!" Devil Wind says as he reacted quickly and backflipped away from the swarm of insects as he spotted his hat and grinned as he grabbed it just as the mosquitos reached him as they swarmed around him like a tornado.

"That was easy. Well, off to another-"

"Devil Wind: Special Move Series...Vibrational Feedback!" Devil Wind shouted as he vibrated his hands at high speeds, and slammed it against his helmet as it produced a loud shockwave that blew all of the mosquitos away, and broke all nearby windows as Mosquito Girl turned around and gasped at how easy the young speedster disposed of her minions as Devil Wind puts on his hat, and smirked.

"Ha! I told you that move will come in handy someday." Devil Wind says to his sister while activating his earpiece as he heard her sigh heavily.

"Yeah, yeah, whatever," Yua says as Riku rolled his eyes and turned off his earpiece as Mosquito Girl composed herself, and grins sadistically at her adversary.

"So, you defeated my little ones, quite impressive. But can you fight a real mosquito..." Mosquito Girl trailed off as she disappeared and reappeared behind him as she raised her giant clawed hand. "LIKE ME!" Mosquito Girl shouted with a sinister smirk as she brought down her hand to slash Devil Wind's torso, only to strike his afterimage as Mosquito Girl raised an eyebrow in confusion.

"Eh?" Mosquito Girl says as a red blur zooms by and slashes her stomach as she screamed in pain and held her stomach as Devil Wind appeared with his hand vibrating rapidly as Mosquito Girl glared at him. "Why you little-" Mosquito Girl says before her eyes widen as she looks down and gasped as she saw that she lost one of her arms. "What the!? Where's my arm!?" She yelled in outrage as Devil Wind whistled, getting her attention as he pulled out her ripped arm from his back.

"Hey, you look like you need a hand." Devil Wind says jokingly while throwing her arm on the ground as Mosquito Girl glared at him furiously.

"Oh, you think your so funny, huh? Well, let's see how funny you would be if I-"

"Target acquired."

"What?" Mosquito Girl says confusedly before feeling a rise in heat in the atmosphere as she reacted quickly and had her mosquitos shield her from a large fireball that was thrown at her as her minions protected her from the attack, but were unfortunately burned to death. Mosquito growled angrily as she turned to her new enemy while Devil Wind tilted his head curiously as they saw a teenage cyborg standing a few feet away from them with his hand pointing towards Mosquito Girl as it was smoking.

The teenage cyborg is 19-years-old with spiky blonde hair, his eyes have black scleras with yellow irises, his face/ears are made out of artificial skin material that resembled that out of a human, bulky robotic arms, and pierced ears. His wardrobe consisted of a sleeveless white tank top with blue jeans and brown shoes. His name is Genos.

"I see that you can control mosquitos, quite an impressive party trick," Genos says coolly as Mosquito Girl glared at him while Devil Wind raised an eyebrow at his sudden appearance.

"Who's this kid? Is he from the Hero Association?" Riku asked while activating his earpiece as he heard his sister hum thoughtfully.

"Don't know, let me check real quick...hmmm, facial recognition can't seem to locate him through the Hero Association database."

"Then he must be a vigilante." Devil Wind says while staring at Genos curiously as he decided to hang back to see how the scene will play out.

"You must be controlling the mosquitos via some sort of signal. That would explain their mysterious behavior." Genos says while pointing at a swarm of mosquitos that appeared behind Mosquito Girl. "So if I were to get rid of you, the leader, would the swarm disperse too?" Genos asked rhetorically, already knowing the answer as Mosquito Girl narrows her eyes at him.

"Huh, he seems to be very observant and quite smart." Devil Wind says, impressed with the cyborg's observation skills as Mosquito Girl turned to her swarm and then pointed at the cybernetic hero.

"Suck him dry, boys!" Mosquito Girl ordered as her slaves complied with their mistress wishes and swarmed around the cyborg, who didn't even flinch as he raised his hand.

"Special Move Series...Incinerate!" Genos shouted as he produced a wave of fire that incinerated all of the mosquitos around him.

"Whoa! Now that is some firepower!" Devil Wind says with a smirk, liking the new guy more and more as Genos glared at his hybrid enemy coldly.

"I'm here to eliminate you, so stay still," Genos says as Mosquito Girl gasped in fear before composing herself as she giggled manically.

"You? Eliminate me? Well, go ahead and-"

"Heads up!" Devil Wind shouted, interrupting Mosquito Girl as he zooms towards the hybrid, and threw a speed punch at her back, causing her to grunt in surprise as she was sent flying towards Genos, who reacted quickly as he leaps up and punches her stomach while igniting another fireball attack as she screamed in pain and she was sent flying to the sky as Genos landed on the ground and Devil Wind zips in front of him.

"Oh, dude, that was an awesome combo attack! Up-high!" Devil Wind says while raising his hand as Genos stared at him blankly, and Riku awkwardly lowers his hand. "Oh, so your not a high-five guy. Maybe a fist bump?" He suggested while raising his hand again as Genos swatted it away and glared at him as he raised his hand and aimed at his face.

"Who are you?" Genos asked as Devil Wind was about to speak up, but stopped as he and Genos spotted a really pissed off Mosquito Girl flying towards them with a murdering glint in her eyes.

"Hey, how about we introduce ourselves after we stop the murderous mosquito lady from killing us?" Devil Wind asked as Genos stayed silent for a few moments before lowering his arm as he nodded.

"Agreed." He says as Devil Wind smiled.

"Cool, I will hit her in the back, and you hit her from the front." Devil Wind says before zooming off as Genos gasped at his speed, but didn't have time to be in awe as he saw an angry Mosquito Lady flying towards him, and opened fire on her. The hybrid female easily avoided his fireballs as she closed in on him and was about to impale his arm with her horn when suddenly Devil Wind appeared behind her with red electricity traveling across his body as he raised his lightning covered fist and punched her back.

"Devil Wind: Special Move Series...Taser Punch!" Devil Wind shouted as he sends out 5,000 volts of electricity through her body.

"AAAAAHHHH!" Mosquito Girl screamed in extreme pain as Genos used this opportunity to charge up another fireball and aimed towards the screaming Mosquito Girl.

"Move!" Genos shouted to Devil Wind, who nodded as he jumps off the wailing hybrid, and Genos fired his arm canon as he sends out a giant fireball that impacted Mosquito Girl, and sends her flying to the sky as Devil Wind zips over to Genos.

"Let's attack her from opposite sides," Genos ordered as Devil Wind smirked and nodded as they took off running with Genos being considerably slower than Devil Wind as the boys ran up their individual buildings and then used them as springboards to leap towards a heavily injured and nearly unconscious Mosquito Girl.

The boys threw a punch at Mosquito Girl's head as she tried to block them, but failed as Devil Wind simply phased through her hand by vibrating his hand to become intangible while Genos simply punched her armless side as they punched her through her jaw. Mosquito Girl grunts in pain from the dual punches as the boys landed on her back and Devil Wind crippled one of her wings, while Genos wordlessly grabbed her legs as he pulled with all of his might and ripped out her limbs from her body.

"AAAAHHHH!" Mosquito Girl screamed as she then gritted her teeth in pain and swung her arm around wildly as she managed to hit the boys and send them flying to the ground as they bounced across the pavement with enough force to crush a car, but bounced back quickly as Genos raised his arm.

"Special Move Series...Incinerate!" Genos shouted as he shot another large fireball at Mosquito Girl, who panicked as she summoned another swarm to protect her from the blast and weakly flew away in terror as she tried everything in her power to not fall to the ground. "Impossible, you cannot escape from me," Genos says as Devil Wind appears beside him and crossed his arms.

"I think you meant us."

"Right," Genos says plainly before running off as Devil Wind rolled his eyes.

"Well, this guy isn't as much fun as I thought he would be."

"Yeah, but you and he do work perfectly with each other, Yua says through his earpiece as Devil Wind nodded.

"Yeah, I guess your right."

"And he's kind of cute. You think you can ask him his number for me?" Yua asked half-serious/half-playfully as Riku rolled her eyes.

"Maybe after we defeat the blood-sucking monster." Devil Wind says before turning off his earpiece as he runs after Genos at normal speed.

"Who the hell are those guys!? They're monsters!" Mosquito Girl yelled while flying above the clouds as it took everything from her to not drop dead and be at the mercy of the dangerous heroes. "They're going to get me if I don't do something!" The female hybrid screamed panickily as she looks around the city and licks her lips as an idea popped into her head. "The townspeople may be all gone, but the animals stayed, and their blood is plenty enough for me! Come here, little ones! Empty all of your stored up juices into me!" Mosquito Girl shouted to the heavens as millions of mosquitos appeared from the forest and swarmed around her.

"Whoa, that's a lot of mosquitos." Devil Wind says while staring at the giant ball of mosquitos nervously as he turned to Genos. "You think you have enough firepower to incinerate them?" He asked as Genos nodded.

"I do, while I lower down her defenses, you take her out," Genos says seriously as Devil Wind nodded while vibrating his hand rapidly as Genos charged up his gun and aimed at the giant ball of mosquitos as he narrows his eyes.

"Okay, on the count of three. One..."

"Two..."

"Three-"

"GET BACK HERE, DAMMIT!" A familiar voice shouted as the boys turned around, and Devil Wind was surprised to see Saitama, wearing a yellow-collard shirt and brown pants, running towards them with a bug spray in his hands as he was spraying a mosquito. "You and I aren't done, yet, you bastard!" Saitama yelled in fury as Devil Wind blinks while Genos glared at the bald man.

"Who's this idiot?" Genos asked mentally as Saitama finally manages to kill the mosquito but accidentally got bug spray in his mouth as he gags.

"Ugh! It's in my mouth!" Saitama shouted while spitting at the ground as Devil Wind zips over to him.

"It's you...again!" Riku shouted as Saitama turns to him blankly.

"Who are you again?" He asked bluntly as Devil Wind face-planted.

"Are you serious!? We literally met three times already!" Riku shouted in frustration while standing up as Saitama tilted his head.

"We did?" Saitama asked, genuinely confused as Devil Wind stared at him deadpanned.

"Yeah, we did, now I would love to talk to you about something, but as you can see, we have a little situation." Devil Wind says while pointing up as Saitama finally notices the swarm and raised an eyebrow.

"What's that squirming over there?" Saitama says as he narrowed his eyes and gasped as he realized what's the giant ball is made off and took a couple of steps back. "Are those...mosquitos?!" Saitama shouted while paling slightly as Devil Wind sweatdropped.

"This guy fought and one-shotted a monster made out of pollution and a giant, and yet he's scared of mosquitos?" Devil Wind thought mentally in disbelief as Genos spoke up.

"You there! Evacuate now! That swarm is conscious. If it sends you, it will immediately attack." Genos explains calmly as Saitama sweated nervously.

"Seriously? That's bad. We gotta get-" Saitama says before getting interrupted by a familiar sinister giggle as the giant ball of mosquitos deformed and began plummeting down the young heroes. Genos immediately reacted as he fired a giant fireball at point-blank range just as the mosquitos rained down at them as a giant explosion occurred and incinerated all of the mosquitos as well as scorching an entire city block in flames as the fire dies down, and Genos appeared from the smoke as he smirked.

"Since you spoke, I thought you would have at least possess human-level intelligence, but I now see that you were just a bug," Genos says coolly while lowering his smoking arms down as ash fell down from the sky. "You brought all the mosquitos together into one, easy-to-burn swarm. When I spotted you, I confirmed there were no living beings within 500 meters, so I should have been free to fire away." Genos says before gasping as he realized something. "Wait, those guys might have-"

"Hey, man, next time you let out a huge blast like that, give me a warning first." Devil Wind says in annoyance while appearing beside Genos, who jumped in surprise from his sudden appearance as Riku placed his hands on his hips. "I could barely run out of the city with all of those mosquitos blocking my view." He says with a glare as Genos stared at him in surprise.

"H-How did you run so-"

"Man, you saved me, robot dude. You're amazing." Saitama says gratefully as the boys turned to him, and Devil Wind groans as he realized that Saitama clothes were burned off, and he was completely naked. "What was that just now? You totally made them bug out! Ba-dum-dum-tsh." Saitama says jokingly as Genos stared at him in shock, not believing that he survived his attack with ease as Devil Wind tried very hard to not look at him. "Oh, I was just trying to make a joke about mosquitos being bugs, and-"

"Yeah, we get it, hilarious, dude," Riku says while rolling his eyes as Saitama frowns, disappointed that his joke failed. "Now, please, for the love of God, put on some clothes! I do not want to see your dick!" Devil Wind shouted while covering his eyes as Saitama looks down, and blinks.

"Oh, I'm naked," Saitama says, not fazed at all at his nudity as Riku rolled his eyes.

"Yes, we know you're naked, now put something on!"

"I don't have any clothes around..." Saitama says awkwardly as Devil Wind sighed and took off his helmet as he handed it to Saitama.

"Here, use this to cover your junk until you get some proper clothes." He says as Saitama nodded and grabbed the helmet as he used it to cover his privates.

"Thanks."

"Don't mention it...like ever." Devil Wind says just as his earpiece was turned on automatically as his sister's voice rang out.

"Hey, the video went black for a bit, did I miss anything?"

"Oh, nothing special," Riku says while mentally sighing in relief that his little sister wasn't traumatized as Genos was about to speak up, but was cut off by a familiar evil laugh as everyone turned around, and were surprised to see Mosquito Girl emerging from the sky as she grinned down at them maniacally.

"Whoa, she survived...and she has a new look." Devil Wind says while staring at her new form curiously as Mosquito Girl now had bloody red/black skin, her long white hair turned pink with purple tips, her limbs grew back, and all of her wounds were healed.

"Idiots! I no longer need my little ones! I mean..." Mosquito Girl says before raising her hand as she slashed the air in the direction of a building and destroyed it. "...look how strong I've become!" She shouted as Genos jaws dropped in horror while Devil Wind whistles in appreciation.

"Wow, she destroyed the building with just the wind of her attack. Quite impressive." Devil Wind says as Saitama shrugs.

"Eh, I have seen better," Saitama says as Devil Wind nodded, only for his eyes widen as he saw Mosquito Girl zoom towards at Genos at speeds much higher than she could've previously gone, and appeared behind him as she slashed half of his torso.

"What the!? H-How did she-I couldn't even see her move!" Genos yelled mentally as he tried to swing at her, but she easily dodged his punch and slapped him high in the air as she flew towards him, and begins smacking him around the air as she laughed crazily.

"What's wrong? Can't your punches kill a little mosquito? What a weakling!" Mosquito Girl mocked while ripping Genos to pieces as she continued laughing.

"I see, she became more powerful by absorbing the blood contained in those mosquitos, I simply thought she was using them as shield or backup. I let my guard down. There's no chance of winning." Genos thought to himself somberly as Mosquito Girl decided to stop playing with her food and charged towards Genos at top speed as she raised her clawed hand.

"I think I will have your head next!" Mosquito Girl shouted maniacally as a ball of blue light began forming in Genos's body.

"All I can do now is self-destruct...forgive me, Doctor." Genos thought to himself with tears of frustration running down his face as he closed his eyes and waited for the inventible as his self destruct sequence began charging up.

Mosquito Girl grins sinisterly as she flew closer and closer to the cyborg's body, not noticing the glowing orb forming in his chest as she was about to impale him, when suddenly, she was hit by a red lightning bolt as Mosquito Girl yelped in pain and flew through the air as she crashed against a building. Genos gasped in shock as he crashed against the ground but quickly recovered as he turned his head, and his eyes widen in surprise as Genos realized that it was Devil Wind who threw the lightning as the young speedster had his arm held out with an angry look on his face.

"Y-You-" Genos says as Devil Wind held out his hand, and the cyborg promptly shuts up as the speedster smiled at him.

"Don't worry, kid, I got this." Devil Wind says reassuringly as Genos stared at him confusedly, but nodded as the ball of light forming in his chest died down. "Stay here, I will get you to help in a minute." He promised before walking over to a recovering Mosquito Girl. "Hey, ladybug!" He yelled, getting her attention as he smirked at her. "You want a real challenge? Well, try to catch me!" Devil Wind screamed with a mocking salute as he zoomed off, and Mosquito Girl growled angrily as she turned to look at the half-destroyed Genos and shakes her head as she flew after the young speedster.

"Yua, I need a favor!" Devil Wind shouted through his earpiece while running across the abandoned streets of City-Z as Mosquito Girl flew after him, but even after her power up, it seems that she was still slower than the speedster as she struggled to keep up with him.

"Sure, what do you need?"

"See if you can patch me through either that bald guy or the robot dude!" Devil Wind says while running towards a truck as Mosquito Girl threw an air slash at him, and Riku dodged the attack by sliding under the truck and sped off as the vehicle exploded, but Mosquito Girl wasn't hurt by the attack as she continued flying after the crimson speedster.

"I will try to see what I can do."

"Cool, keep me posted." Devil Wind says while still running as Mosquito Girl continued chasing him all throughout the city.

"...So, you thought my joke was funny, right?" Saitama asked Genos, who stared at him blankly as the strongest man in fiction pouted, and a ring tone went off as Genos weakly pulls out his cellphone, which managed to miraculously survive Mosquito Girls attack, and answers the call.

"Hello?"

"Uh, hey, you don't know me, but I'm a friend of Devil Wind. You know, the speedster guy that you were fighting with earlier? Anyway, I hacked into your phone...sorry about that, by the way...to tell you that he need you guys help." Yua says as Genos frowns suspiciously, but after being reminded of his condition, Genos sighed as he nodded.

"Fine, I will help."

"Cool, I will connect him with you right now," Yua says as another caller appeared on his phone, and Genos heard a familiar voice rang out.

"Hey, uh, cyborg dude, I need a favor from you."

"What do you need?" Genos asked curtly as he heard multiple explosions and Mosquito Girl's angry screams in the background.

"Well, I have a plan, and I'm going to need you to tell that bald guy to get ready to punch when I saw so," Riku says as Genos's eyes widen in disbelief.

"You want a normal civilian to punch a powered up monster!? Are you insane?!"

"Just trust me, alright. Look, sooner or later, Mosquito Girl is going to get bored of me and try to attack other cities, so we have to finish this as fast as we can! Just do as I say and tell the bald guy to get ready to throw a punch!" Devil Wind ordered as Genos sighed deeply, but nodded as he turned to Saitama.

"The speedster told me for you to get ready to throw a punch at his command!" Genos says as Saitama, who was picking his ear, perked up and nodded.

"Sure." He says with his usual blank look as Genos turned back to his phone.

"He's ready."

"Good. Because I'm coming to you." Devil Wind says as Genos spotted a red and pink blur heading towards them at high speeds. "Okay, I'm getting close...almost...almost...now!"

"Do it now!" Genos shouted as Saitama nodded lazily and held out his fist just as Devil Wind appeared with Mosquito Girl followed after him.

Time seemed to slow down as the young speedster slowly ran towards Saitama, who had no problem keeping up with their speed as Devil Wind began vibrating his body rapidly and phased through Saitama's body. Surprising him a bit as Mosquito Girl reached towards him and was about to ram into him until suddenly time resumed back to normal as Saitama slapped her face and sends her flying to a building so fast that she exploded upon impact, and splattered the building with her blood as the clouds above Saitama split in half while the ground below him cracked in half from the sheer force of his slap.

"N-No way!" Genos yelled mentally while staring at Saitama with his jaw dropped as the naked man let out a small satisfied smile.

"Mosquitos...suck." Saitama joked as Devil Wind appeared beside him and smirked as he saw the remains of Mosquito Girl's body splattered on the wall of a building.

"Alright! We kicked her ass! Up top!" Devil Wind shouted as he raised his hand towards Saitama, who reluctantly gives him a high-five as Devil Wind winced a bit, but composed himself as he turned to Genos, and remembered about his situation as he gasped, and zips towards him. "Hey, are you going to be, alright? Do you need any medical or engineer attention?" He asked awkwardly as Genos continued staring at him.

"I...uh..."

"Hey, you got this, right? Because I have to leave." Saitama says to Devil Wind, who nodded.

"Yeah, don't worry, I have a really smart partner who can fix him." He says as Saitama nodded.

"Good. Do you need your hat back or-" Saitama says as he was about to hand over his hat, but stopped as an embarrassed Devil Wind held out his hand.

"No, no, it's fine. I will pick up my hat later, it has a tracking device inside, so I should be able to find your address easily." Riku says as Saitama nodded, and begin to walk away.

"Hold on!" Genos shouted while trying to stand up, but fell down as Riku speeds over to him, and grabbed him before he could fall to the ground.

"Hey, easy man, you're incredibly injured." Devil Wind says worriedly as Saitama turned to half-destroyed cyborg.

"What's up?" Saitama asked emotionlessly.

"Please tell me your name! As well as yours!" Genos yells to both Saitama and Riku as the bald man gave him a blank look while the speedster smiled.

"Oh, it's Saitama/My name is Riku." Saitama and Riku said in unison as Genos nodded, and gave them a serious, determined look.

"I would like to be your disciple! To the both of you!" Genos shouted as they blinked.

"Oh, okay...wait, what!?" Both Saitama and Riku asked in disbelief as Genos's body sparked, and he groans as Riku shakes his head and grabs onto Genos's body as he stood up.

"Okay, we got to get you fixed before you die, buddy." Devil Wind says to Genos, who nodded as Riku turned to Saitama. "We will meet up with you in a couple of days after this guy is healed up so that I can take my hat back and we can discuss this whole disciple thing." He says as Saitama nodded, and Devil Wind covered Genos's eyes as he then ran off towards City-B.
