Background:
After the Giant War and after the deaths of the rest of the Seven, Persia returned home only to find her apartment a crime scene and her mortal parents dead. The CPS put her into foster homes all over New York but her nightmares she had throughout the night along with her ADHD and dyslexia made her soon unwanted and she would have to be moved. CPS then had no choice but to move her to Gotham, where hopefully she would fit in somewhere there.
