Perry and Della walked back into the hotel room, after their stay at the pool. Della was still wet from her unexpected swim.
"The evening's still young," he said. "Want to go to the bar and have a couple drinks?"
"Sounds good." She kicked her shoes off. "But let me change out of these clothes, first!"
He grew serious. "Are you upset with me for pushing you into the pool? If so, I'm sorry."
She walked over to him. "Perry, you've got to stop it!"
"Stop it?"
"This is our second time at this hotel. We've promised to make this a monthly thing. What goes on here has nothing to do with our jobs. WE'RE HERE TO RELAX AND HAVE FUN!"
"That's true."
"If you do something that upsets me, I'll let you know. But frankly, I don't ever see that happening!"
"Yeah, you're right, Della." Then he smiled. "Next time, you can push me into the pool with my clothes on!"
"I'll hold you to that, Perry!"
They kissed. "Let's get dressed."
"Yes, Chief!"
"Della!"
"Just kidding, Perry!"
