It's been one whole year since I wrote and posted "The Smiling Family". So for the anniversary, which coincidentally falls of Mother's Day this year, I bring you this sequel.

Six years. It has been six years since Kyouka had found her happiness with a man she loved dearly and she couldn't imagine it any other way. They had graduated from UA, became Pros, married, and were now on the next step of life.

"Mama! Is she here yet?"

The 22-year-old woman smiled as the other person she loved more than anything made her appearance. Looking up, amethyst purple eyes met with the ruby red eyes of her 12-year-old daughter.

"Not yet, Eri, but she'll be here in a few days," replied Kyouka, rubbing her large swollen belly.

The white-haired girl gave off a pout as she sat next to her mother on the couch. "But I want to see my little sister now!"

Kyouka couldn't help but giggle at her daughter. "You always did seem to want your Papa and I to give you a sibling. I still remember the first time you asked."

Eri let out an embarrassed groan. "I still can't believe I believed that "magic seed" story."

"Well you were six at the time, sweetie, so it was understandable. Plus, your Papa and I were only sixteen. It would have been very awkward to explain the birds and the bees to a six-year-old child," replied Kyouka.

"Yeah, I guess," said Eri, looking away with a slight blush. It was awkward getting The Talk when she was old enough to understand. She couldn't imagine the trauma her six-year-old self would have suffered.

"Trust me, Eri. One day you'll be a mother and you'll understand some of the decisions we make," stated Kyouka. She then gave off a grin when she felt a flutter in her belly. "Looks like your sister is awake."

Red eyes widened as Eri reached out to place a hand on her Mama's belly to feel her sister's kicks. She giggled when she felt a pretty strong one. "She's going to end up like Papa!"

Kyouka gave off a wince at the thought. "I would hope not. I don't think my womb could take a kick THAT strong."

Both of the females laughed at the thought before they heard the door open. Their eyes lit up when they saw the green-haired man they both loved walk into the house.

"Papa!" exclaimed Eri as she stood and ran to him. She glomped him around the waist in a hug as he reached down to pat her on the head.

"Hey, Eri-chan. Have you been a good girl for your Mama while I was at work?" asked Izuku with a slight grin.

Eri merely rolled her eyes, knowing her Papa was teasing her. "I'm always a good girl, Papa. You know that."

"Yes you are," agreed the proud father. He turned to his wife to see her stand and waddle her way over to him. He gained a look of worry. "Shouldn't you be on bed rest, Kyouka?"

"It gets boring after awhile, Izuku," replied the heavily pregnant woman.

"…I could stay home with you if you want," said Izuku, only to get a "no" in return.

"You're the No.1 hero, Izuku. You're needed out there instead of being here just to cure my boredom. Besides, I know you'll take time off once the baby's born, so just wait a few more days, okay?"

He let out a sigh, but smiled nonetheless. "Okay, Kyouka."

He reached down to give her a kiss, which she gladly returned. They could hear Eri giggle in happiness as she watched the love between her parents.

"Get a room, you two," said Eri, still giggling.

Kyouka looked at her daughter with a raised eyebrow and a smirk. "Don't you have some homework in YOUR room that you need to finish, young lady?"

Eri merely walked past her parents, sill giggling as she headed towards her room, giving them some privacy. Once she was gone, Izuku turned back to Kyouka.

"So how have you been feeling?" he asked, concern lacing his tone.

She put her hands on the small of her back to try and get some relief. "Fat, tired, achy. The only good things about pregnancy are that we'll be getting another daughter soon and that my boobs are finally big enough to match Yaomomo's."

A chuckle escaped Izuku's throat as he wrapped an arm around Kyouka's shoulders and led her back to the couch. He then held her close and ran his scarred hand through her hair, which she had grown out over the years.

"Sounds like you need me to give you one of my massages, Kyouka."

Her eyes lit up. Oh how she loved it when he used his magic hands on her. Hell, it was because of those magic hands of his that led to the night passion where they conceived the cinnamon bun in her oven right now.

"I've probably asked this many times before, but how did I get so lucky to have met you, Izuku?" asked Kyouka as she snuggled against her husband.

"And I've probably replied just as many times by saying that I'm the lucky one for having met you, Kyouka," replied Izuku with a smile.

A giggle escaped the rocker. "Then I guess we're both lucky for having met each other."

"We're both also lucky for having a sweet little girl like Eri in our life," added the Symbol of Peace. He then placed his free hand on her gravid belly. "And soon we'll have another sweet little girl to love just as much."

Happy tears came to her eyes. She couldn't wait any longer for her little cinnamon bun to come into the world.

A few days later Kyouka had gone into labor. At the hospital, Izuku sat in the waiting room a nervous wreck as waited for the birth of his second daughter.

"Don't worry, Papa. Everything will be alright."

"Eri is right, Izuku. There's nothing to be afraid of."

Izuku turned to look at Eri and his mother. Not only that, but Kyouka's parents and All Might were there as well.

"I know, it's just…"

"Don't worry yourself, kid," said Kyoutoku, placing a hand on the younger man's shoulder. "This is something all men go through at some point or another. It's perfectly normal."

"My husband is right, Izuku-kun," added Mika. She then let out a giggle. "You should have seen him when we first had Kyouka. He was so nervous he fainted five times."

"Aw, Mika! Do you really have to bring that up?" whined the blond, slightly depressed at being reminded of that. This only caused Mika to giggle again.

Izuku shook his head in amusement at his in-laws before his father stepped up to him.

"Feeling any better, my boy?" asked the retired hero.

"A little. I'm still worried that I might mess up. I mean, I know Kyouka and I more or less raised Eri, so we have some experience as parents, but she was six when she came into our lives. Babies are a lot different in how you have to raise them," stated Izuku.

Toshinori nodded at that. "Indeed they are, but I know you can do this, my boy. You and Kyouka both took in Eri and raised her as if she were your own, despite being so young yourselves, and look how she turned out. Just have faith in yourself and Kyouka and this one will turn out the same."

Tears came to Izuku's eyes as he looked up at Toshinori with a smile. He really needed to hear that. "Arigatou…Otousan."

Toshinori returned the smile. He then reached over and ruffled Izuku's fluffy hair. His boy might have been an adult, but that didn't change the fact that he was his boy.

It was at that moment the doctor came out. Izuku stood, fear and worry coursing through him, but that all dissipated when the doctor smiled.

"You can go see her now."

Izuku rushed forward to the room his wife was. When he entered he found his wife in the bed, holding a small bundle in her arms.

Looking up, Kyouka gave Izuku a tired smile. "Hey."

He walked over and looked at the bundle in awe. "Sh-She's so tiny."

"Most babies are, Izuku," replied Kyouka with a slight laugh. She watched as he hesitantly reached out and gently ran a finger across the baby's cheek. "She has your freckles and eyes."

"And everything else she gets from you," he added with a smile as he took in his daughter's purple hair and tiny earphone jacks.

There was a knock on the door. Turning, they saw Eri peeking in.

"C-Can I see my new sister, Papa?" she asked, nervous and anxious.

"Of course you can, Eri," replied Izuku, giving his eldest a smile.

Eri opened the door and came inside, followed by the grandparents. Eri, Inko, and Mika rushed over to see the new addition, cooing and aweing at how cute she was.

"She's so adorable!" squeaked out Inko, happy tears spilling out.

"Have you come up with a name?" asked Mika, looking at her daughter.

Kyouka gave off a slight grin while Izuku let out a laugh. They knew everyone, especially Kyouka's parents, would like the name they picked out.

"Izuka. Her name is Izuka."
