The teachers of UA were currently in the teachers' lounge. Grading papers, inputting data on the computers, the usual things teachers did. It was quiet and quite peaceful, that is, until a certain Voice Hero spoke up and catching everyone's attention.
"Hey, Shouta! I've been meaning to ask you something!"
The tired looking man let out an agitated sigh. There goes the peace and quiet. He turned to glare at the blond, who only grinned in return.
"What do you want, Hizashi?" demanded Aizawa with a slight growl. "This better be important."
"It's about two of your students."
"And which ones would those be?" questioned Aizawa, wishing that his friend would just spit it out.
"Midoriya-kun and Jirou-chan."
Aizawa raised an eyebrow at that. The Problem Child being brought up wasn't a surprise, but Jirou? He really hoped he wasn't getting a second Problem Child.
"Hizashi, will you just get to the point and tell me what the hell is going on with them?"
It was Present Mic's turn to raise an eyebrow. Did Shouta really not know what was going on?
"Well I was just wondering when did those two adopted little Eri-chan?" asked the blond.
The silence returned, although a bit more awkward this time around as Aizawa gave his friend a blank look.
"I was quite curious about that myself," stated Cementoss, interjecting into the conversation.
Aizawa pinched the bridge of his nose in frustration. "There is nothing going on. It's just a phase Eri is going through."
"Are you sure about that, Eraser?" questioned Ectoplasm. "From what I've seen, it looks like Eri truly sees Midoriya and Jirou as her parents…and those two in turn see her as their child."
"It's a phase," repeated Aizawa through gritted teeth.
Midnight rolled her eyes at the man's refusal before giving her former kohei a grin. "Shouta, I know your eyesight hasn't gone to hell that fast. It is obvious to everyone that the little one sees Midoriya as her "Papa" and Jirou as her "Mama". It's also obvious that Midoriya and Jirou are happily in love with each other. Such a cute little family and they didn't even need to have sex to have a child."
Eye twitching in annoyance, Aizawa wanted nothing more to get out of here and away from these idiots.
"Eraser, you do know that this isn't normal, right?" spoke Ectoplasm. "Midoriya and Jirou are technically children themselves. They have no idea how to raise a child."
"Now hold on a moment," said Present Mic, turning towards the Clone Quirk user. "I have to disagree on that. Sure, Midoriya-kun and Jirou-chan are only teenagers, but from what I've seen they care very much for little Eri-chan and raise her like any parent would."
"Are you sure about that, Yamada?" questioned Cementoss.
The blond gave off a grin. "Well if what I've heard is true, Jirou-chan is QUITE the mama bear when it comes to Eri-chan."
Cementoss let out a hum. "Yes, I do believe I heard something about that as well. Supposedly one of Vlad King's students was knocked out by Jirou because he put Eri in danger."
Aizawa scowled at that. He had heard about that as well, how Monoma somehow got ahold of Eri and brought her to the 1-B dorms. Damn it, Vlad! Watch your damn kids better!
Midnight then turned towards the skeletal looking man in the room. "What about you, All Might? Midoriya is your protégé after all, so what do you think about this?"
All Might was apparently not even listening as he was too focused on his phone, smiling all the while. Curious, Midnight walked on over and looked over the retired hero's shoulder to see what he was looking at and couldn't help but grin.
"Aw, that's adorable!" exclaimed the Rated R hero, causing All Might to jump. Before he could hide his phone, she snatched it up and showed off what was on the screen.
It was a picture of Eri in a little All Might hoodie with the caption "Just like Toshi-jii!"
"Give me that!" exclaimed the retired hero, blushing slightly, as he snatched his phone back.
"Oh ho! So you're a grandpa now, huh, All Might?" questioned Present Mic, a teasing grin on his face.
"I assume this means you see no problem with Midoriya's relationship with Jirou and Eri then," added Cementoss.
"I don't see why I would," replied All Might as he put his phone away. "Young Midoriya is a responsible young man, especially when it comes to Eri. Not only that, but both young Midoriya and young Jirou have been good influences not only on Eri, but on each other as well."
"And what about their own parents?" questioned Aizawa, giving All Might a narrowed look. "Do you honestly believe they would approve of this?"
"Actually, Inko is quite happy to be a grandmother," replied the retired hero without thinking.
The other teachers looked at him with wide eyes. When he realized his mistake, he coughed up blood in surprise.
Midnight grinned like a cat that caught the canary. "Ooh, so All Might is dating the mother of one of his students~ No wonder you're okay with all of this~"
"Way to go, All Might!" exclaimed Present Mic, giving a thumbs up.
"Congratulation," added Cementoss with a smile.
"Don't encourage this," growled out Aizawa. He then gave the retired hero a glare. "And you. It's bad enough that you're dating your student's mother, but you should have discouraged her from allowing this. Hopefully, Jirou's parents will have more common sense."
All Might returned the glare. "First off, Nezu already knows about me and Inko and has no problem with it. Secondly, Inko loves Eri as if she was her own and I'm not going to take that away from her. And lastly…young Jirou's parents already know about Eri and accept her as well. In fact, Inko and Mika-san often try to spoil Eri."
"Aw, that's so sweet~"
"Midnight!"
"Oh don't be such a downer, Shouta. Why even fight this when nothing bad has happened?" questioned Midnight. "Besides, Eri is clearly a lot happier since meeting Midoriya and Jirou. Let her have this."
Pinching the bridge of his nose in frustration once more, Aizawa really wished he could just go to sleep right now.
He blamed the Problem Child for his oncoming migraine.

I mostly focus on the 1-A students, but I wanted to write something featuring the teachers. Surely they would have their own opinions on the Smiling Family. Of course, Aizawa has to be Aizawa.
