187Sonic, Tails, and Shadow walk outside. The blue sky gets covered in thick black and red clouds. As this happens, all of Sonic's other friends show up for battle. The clouds open up and an arsenal of black arms drop down from above. Black Doom appears before the heroes.
Sonic: Black Doom…
Shadow: It's been awhile.
Black Doom: Sonic! You have denied my request! As promised, I will burn your planet to ashes! And you along with it! And Shadow, why won't you understand that you belong to nobody but me? You were created from MY blood, and I cannot allow any of my creations to roam freely as you do!
Shadow: Well, too bad Black Doom! I don't take orders from anyone! Especially not someone like you!
Black Doom: I see… Then I regret ever making that deal with Gerald! Both you and Sonic shall regret ever being born!
Amy: Don't get your hopes up Black Doom!
Tails: Yeah! Shadow destroyed you once. We can do it again!
Black Doom chuckles with amusement.
Black Doom: You and what army? I could slaughter the little of you there are with my superior army.
Sonic smirks and snaps his fingers. Two gigantic portals appear behind him and his friends.
Black Doom: What the…?
Out of the first portal came out all of the video game heroes. These included Mario, Link, Cloud Strife, Kirby, Meta Knight, Mega Man and his friends, Samus, Spyro, Crash, Pac Man, Banjo and Kazooie, Conker, Opa Opa, Ristar, Vectorman, Headdy, a bunch of Pokemon, Crazy Dave, the plants from Plants vs Zombies, the Angry Birds, and finally Sash Lilac.
Out of the second portal came out hubworld77, SuperTailsFan0812, Guests, LiamTheYoshi, MarioMan314, SuperJMC, Olivia, Ieju, Ghost528, Ghostsister, Princess Aqua, numberjacksoctonauts, Anthony Staffenhagen, TailsTheCuteBabyFox, Tashasaurous, SeriyaNamikaze, Ultimatejoseph135, Super Kirby 24, GeraldMariaIvo, Ammolite Stone 487, breath20k, the humble, Writingiscoolbeans220, Leodragon678, Void, RareDomains, windchaosdemon, Anon, ultrawaspscream, dbehi1, Sugerdiamond5678, GrimmjowTaichou, FireFistPump, UltimateCCC, LightBlade1121, Reaver, Sonic X Hedgehog and his friends, , PickleGarden, Mechromancer, Eggman and his robot army, Teenager citizen, and leading the army, mariobroultimate.
Sonic: How about this army?
Black Doom: Hmm… I must admit, you have an impressive army, but I have one as well. Meet my interdimensional friends!
A portal similar to the other two appears behind Black Doom. Coming out of it was the black comet along with an arsenal of villains throughout the video game universe. These included, Bowser, Ganondorf, Sepiroth, Deepground, Dark Matter, Dr. Wily, Ridley, Gnasty Gnorc, Dr. Neo Cortex, the four Pac Man ghosts, Gruntilda, Panther King, Opapa, Kaiser Greedy, Team Rocket, Zombies, the Bad Piggies, and Lord Brevon. They all appeared to have glowing purple eyes.
mariobroultimate: Oh no! Black Doom somehow figured out how to get the Black Comet through the planet's atmosphere without the Chaos Emeralds!
Mario: And look! All of our archenemies seem to have been brainwashed! Black Doom is looking to be more formidable than before.
?: You can thank me for that.
Ghost gasped, feeling that he recognized that voice. Appearing next to Black Doom was Ghost's archenemy, C0unt3rPart.
Ghost528: Counterpart! I knew you were involved in this!
Sonic: So that's Counterpart?
C0unt3erPart: Greetings, Ghost! I have returned! Black Doom and I have come to an agreement. I grant him power against you and Sonic, and he gives me 3 of the Chaos Emeralds. These nice folk I have here were in on our plan, but in order to make them work for free, I am afraid to say that they had to be… corrupted. Now then, I see you happen to have all of the Chaos Emeralds. Sonic, if you'd give me all of them, I'll kindly recruit you as well and spare you from the death of this planet.
Sonic: So, it's either I die or turn into one of your mindless slaves? Both of those options are boring. I have a third one, and it's putting you and Black Doom to rest for good!
C0unt3rPart: I do not believe in "third options". If you will not choose, then I will not hesitate to choose your fate for you.
Sonic: Hmm… nah, not choosing.
Ghostsister: Yeah! We will destroy both of you! With our strengths combined, we will reign victorious!
Black Doom: I know for a fact that he's not going to oblige. He didn't with me. So let's make him regret ever being brought into this world.
C0unt3rPart: Very well then… videogame villains, black arms…
Black Doom and C0unt3rPart: ATTACK!
Sonic: Let's get them, everyone!
All: CHAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRGGGGGE!
The videogame heroes attacked their respective archenemies. They noticed that they were stronger than usual, but they were not letting that stop them. Some of the reviewers fought from the sidelines and attacked the black arms, while other reviewers and the Sonic Heroes attacked Black Doom and C0unt3rPart head on. Black Doom fired meteors while C0unt3rPart attacked with dark energy blasts. Ghost and his army used their weapons while Ghost himself used copycat to gain Sonic's powers. After hitting them a few times, Sonic, Ghost, and Shadow used the Chaos Emeralds and the Master Emerald to turn Hyper.
C0unt3rPart: You just won't give up those emeralds will you?
Hyper Sonic: Nope.
Hyper Ghost528: And it looks like your army is starting to weaken.
Hyper Shadow: Time to finish this Black Doom! You and Counterpart are going down! And this time, we'll make sure you never return!
Black Doom: Hahahahaha! I will admit, Shadow, I admire your persistence, but that won't change my mind on me taking back the life I gave to you.
C0unt3rPart: I'm starting to run out of Dark Energy. Black Doom, I think we've warmed up quite enough. Shall we start the real fight?
Black Doom: Indeed, we shall. With this, you will have unlimited dark energy. And I will have unlimited power!
Hyper Shadow: What are you two planning?!
Without saying anything, both villains flew up into the air. As they did, Mario, mariobroultimate and their armies successfully defeated the black arms and videogame villains. But they were badly injured from how tough the enemies were and could not keep fighting.
Mario: Sonic… Shadow… It's up to you now…
The Humble: But… we can't stop… Kirby was supposed to be our secret weapon!
Kirby: Poyo…
Mario: I'm sorry humble, but Kirby's too tired to fight just as the rest of us are. Those guys really had us beat.
Tashasaurous: Don't lose hope! We can still win. I gave Sonic something that should prove useful. I just hope he doesn't forget.
Tails: Good luck, Sonic.
Hyper Sonic, Shadow, and Ghost flew up to where the villains flew off and were horrified by what they saw. It was some sort of monster resembling Black Doom's ultimate form, Devil Doom, except it was much darker, and had parts of C0unt3rPart seen on it.
Hyper Ghost528: Oh no! Black Doom and Counterpart have fused together! I didn't even know they could do that!
Devil C0unt3rPart: Sonic… Shadow… Ghost… you shouldn't have denied my requests. Now you shall pay for your ingratitude with relentless pain!
Hyper Sonic: Alright then. Let's do this!
The hyper trio engaged in battle. Devil C0unt3rPart has attacks similar to Devil Doom's but were amplified.
Hyper Ghost528: Now guys, don't use dark energy! He absorbs it! We'll have to have light attacks in order to weaken him.
Hyper Sonic: We'll have to figure something out.
Hyper Sonic tried attacking Devil C0unt3rPart, but a shield surrounded him.
Hyper Sonic: WHAT?!
Devil C0unt3rPart: Hahahahaha! FOOLS! With our combined strengths, we are invincible!
Hyper Shadow: This can't be possible! He's winning?!
Hyper Ghost528: No! This can't be happening! There's gotta be something we can do!
Sonic then remembered the Heart Crystal that Tashasaurous gave him and took it out of his quills.
Hyper Shadow: Sonic, what is that, and where did you get it?!
Hyper Sonic: A friend gave it to me. It should prove useful!
Hyper Ghost528: That's it! That crystal has the light power we need to break through the shield! Let's do this!
All three of them touched the Heart Crystal and glowed in a pink light.
Devil C0unt3rPart: GAH! MY EYES!
The Hyper Trio circled around each other, charged up and blasted into the shield, breaking it and plowing right through Devil C0unt3rPart.
Devil C0unt3rPart: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOO! Im-Impossible! I am the supreme being that rules this universe! I am the immortal life form! I AM THE ULTIMATE POWER! GAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!
Devil C0unt3rPart exploded, defeating Black Doom and C0unt3rPart for good. The trio then charged through the Black Comet, destroying it as well. The army cheered as this happened and the hyper trio turned back to normal and landed. Ghostsister came over and hugged Ghost.
Ghostsister: Great job bro! You saved Sonic's world!
Ghost528: Thanks sis! But I couldn't have done it without Sonic and Shadow. As well as each and every one of you!
Sonic: And Tashasaurous, thanks for the Heart Crystal. We couldn't have won the battle without it.
Tashasaurous: No problem, Sonic! I'll let you keep it in case something like this happens again. Don't worry, I have a spare.
Mario: Well, I guess we should all be heading home. And we'll take our respective unconscious archenemies with us.
Sonic: Sounds good Mario! I hope your ask series comes back.
mariobroultimate: Hey, you never know it might. *wink*
And so… everyone went back to their respective worlds and everything was at peace again.
Meanwhile in another dimension…
Mario was walking down the road casually whistling the Super Mario Bros theme when he looked up and saw words written in the sky.
