A/N All of the characters belong to the CW or Kass Morgan. Enjoy.

Clarke's eyes widen as the door opened. Time seemed to slow as the bullet ate up the distance between the gun in Titus' hand and Lexa.

"NO!" Clarke screamed, loud enough to be heard in Floukru lands and beyond.

Her eyes darted to Lexa but saw nothing. Then she saw the bullet, frozen in place an inch from Lexa's stomach.

"Wha..." she stuttered.

Realization dawned on Lexa and Titus as they both muttered, "The Commander of Death."

Then Lexa snapped out of her trance and approached Titus, like a lion approaching an ignorant gazelle. Then before she could think to do anything, he started choking, his hands flying to his neck to grab hands that were never there.

"You almost killed Lexa. You almost shot your commander. You almost caused the unnecessary murder of multiple children, to fight to take over because you were too stupid to accept anything but your teaching," Clarke snarled at the near unconscious man. "I'm not going to kill you but had that bullet drawn a millilitre of black blood, you would be dying a very painful death I assure you."

With that, Titus passed out, leaving Clarke with tears in her eyes as she released him seconds before his life ended. Clarke slumped into a ball, her knees curling to meet her forehead as she let out uncontrollable sobs in the confines of her own two legs.

"Clarke," muttered Lexa. When Clarke ignored her and continued crying, Lexa tried again. "Clarke." Still no response. "Look at me." Lexa lifted Clarke's chin and blue eyes met green. "It's okay. I'm safe."

Clarke reached out to Lexa's face, as if testing to see if she was real. "Lexa."

"It's okay. You're safe and I'm safe. But you have to go. Octavia's waiting."

"I'm going to miss you Lexa."

"And I you."

"Come on Murphy," said Clarke as she untied him as she tried her hardest to cover up the fact that she was crying for when she had to step back out into the world. "And not a word of this to anyone."

"You got it Princess."

"I guess Clarke's not coming," muttered Octavia more to herself than anyone around. But as she turned on her horse, she heard a shaky voice behind her.

"Octavia." pant "We're here." pant "There was an attempt on Lexa's life."

"Get a horse and come on. But I don't trust Murphy with his own horse so he's riding with me."

"Just say you wanna be close to me. It's okay I don't bite. Unless you're into that, I don't mind."

"Get on before I leave you here."

"So uptight. Relax. I'm coming."

"Right so we got the plan right."

"Yes Princess, we got it. Now hurry it up."

"Easy for you to say Murphy. I don't get why I need to turn myself in with Clarke."

"Simple O. You being in there will convince the grounders to fight back but more importantly, it'll bring Bellamy back on our side."

"Right so in you two go. Wait on me to have all the fun."

The two girls rode up to the front gate, and as it opened, they found themselves staring down about 20 guns. An arker that neither recognised, he was probably Farm Station, came up to them and handcuffed them.

"Well well. If it isn't Wanheda," Pike drawled. "Welcome. Have you come to tell us of the commander's plans or not?"

"Go float yourself," she snapped before spitting directly in his face.

"Take them away."

Clarke wakes up on the seventeenth? day. No light filters into the room so she can't be certain. And they only ever bring her a meal once every two days, and sometimes she goes three without eating one. Light suddenly seeps in and Bellamy walks in with a tray of food in his hand.

"Listen Clarke, I have no time. Firstly, I'm sorry. One for being such a dick and two for not realising it until Monty basically forced the truth down my throat a few weeks ago. I sent Murphy back to Polis to warn the Commander about what's about to go down. I feel she would like to be here in the end. Secondly, I told Pike to execute you day after tomorrow. He made it mandatory to attend so the whole of Arcadia will see. I'll also try my hardest to have the guns with members of the 100. We're all on your side, the right side."

He gets up to leave before she manages to croak, "Bellamy. How long?"

Her voice cannot complete the question but he answers. "A month."

A/N I hope you guys enjoyed the chapter and please review.

Also, this is originally intended to be a TWOSHOT, but if you would like more, just comment and say so. I already wrote the second chapter and it's longer and it closes off the story while still allowing me to continue should you guys ask for it.
