The adults and Spirits talked and ate while Shido stared at the sixteen adults in front of him with narrowed eyes. The sixteen looked up and Tohka's mother, a woman with long, purple-haired hummed and narrowed her eyes slightly, "What?" Shido continued to glare at the sixteen, "It's considered rude to stare. If you have something to say, say it now an-"

"Twelve years ago," everyone stared at him as Shido growled under his breath, "Twelve years ago…you…wouldn't have happened to save a 5-year-old boy from a snowstorm, did you?" Hinako's eyes widened as the Spirits stared at him before looking at their parents, "Well?"

"We did," Kurumi's father, a man with short, black hair calmly answered, "But how in the hell would you-"

"What was the kid's name?" the air between the group grew still as Shido stood up and narrowed his eyes, a light aura surrounding his body, "What was his-"

"Shido," Hinako hissed, "We're here to enjoy a simple outing, not to-"

"Well, it wasn't you," Kurumi's father sighed and shook his head, "You had us worried, boy, but you don't share the kid's name. But since you asked, his name was Shinji-"

"Takamiya," the adults stared at Shido in disbelief, "But before you could get any information out of him, he was gone the following morning,"

The air grew still before Yoshino's mother, a woman with shoulder length blue hair, spoke, "How did you know?" Shido looked at her with narrowed eyes, "But…but your name is Shido, no Shinji, so-"

"I gave teacher a false name so mom and dad wouldn't come looking for me, after which, teacher trained me to become a Seeker and Aura Manipulator and then a few years later, I left, went looking for my parents and my sister to get an insight on what their aura looks like an-"

"Wait…wait…wait," Hinako sighed and shook her head, "Okay, a lot to take in. My student lied to me when I first met him, he's still out for blood against his family, and now I learn that my Commander's family and the families of her friends saved him that first night," the dark haired woman took a deep breath as she stood up, "Maybe it'll be better if we talk back on Fraxinus." She looked up at the sixteen adults and shook her head, "You can tell us what happened that first night you found Shin…I'm sorry, I know him as Shido and I'm going to address as Shido,"

They nodded as Hinako looked at Shido and narrowed her eyes, "And you can tell me why you thought it was a good idea to lie to your teacher like," Shido swallowed hard and nodded his head rapidly as Hinako leaned closer and whispered in his ear, "And just so you know, there's another Spirit aboard Fraxinus, but I gave my word that you won't go after anyone, and that means anyone,"

"Fine…but just to be fair, teacher, that blond guy said I was kidnapped and I acted as anyone would," Hinako hummed and nodded before the group turned and walked away.

The group stood aboard Fraxinus and after introducing everyone to Shido, Shido looked around in confusion, "What's the matter, Shido dear?" Kurumi smirked, "You look like you're lost an-"

"I'm looking for the other Spirit," Hinako's eyes widened as she looked away, "Teacher said there's another Spirit here, and I'd like to meet them an-"

"First thing's first," Hinako looked at Shido with an unamused look crossing her face as she poked at his chest, "Why would you lie to me like that? Didn't it ever occurred to that something like this might happen and I wouldn't find out?"

"S-sorry teacher, but…I didn't want people knowing my real name and sending me back to my-" before he could finish, the door opened and everyone looked up to see a tired looking woman with pale blue hair up in a messy ponytail, stepping into the control room.

Shido's eyes widened as the woman looked around in confusion, "Am I missing something here?"

Sorry for this, have something to take care of. Enjoy.
