A year has passed since Shirayuki got the title of 'Friend to the Crown', and Zen is in a meeting with his brother.
"Prince Raji is coming here?" asked Zen as he stood before Izana.
"Yes, his letter states that he has something to discuss with you and Shirayuki," said Prince Izana.
"I wonder what this is about," said Zen as he left the room with an annoyed expression. Later, Zen and the others were greeting Prince Raji.
"It's nice to see you again, Prince Raji," said Shirayuki.
"All of you as well," said Prince Raji.
"If I may, what is the reason for your visit?" asked Zen who was a little angered to see him.
"I have some papers to show you, so how about we go to your office, Zen?" asked Prince Raji who had been quick to pick up on his anger. After reaching Zen's office, Prince Raji used a board to put up some papers.
"This is why I came here; a few weeks ago I found this old map that mentions a kingdom I had never heard of," said Prince Raji as he pointed to a chain of islands.
"Resaru," said Mitsuhide as he read the kingdom's name from the top of the map.
"I have never heard of it either," said Zen.
"That's because fifty years ago there was a rebellion; the king was killed but the people let the queen and her daughter go," said Prince Raji.
"I'm sorry, but why is this important to us?" asked Kiki.
"I'm about to get there; you see, the queen and her daughter moved to Tanburn, and this is why I'm here," said Prince Raji as he handed Shirayuki an old letter.
"What is this?" asked Shirayuki.
"A letter from the princess after she grew up, it was addressed to her mom," said Princes Raji. Shirayuki then started to read the letter.
"Dear mother, I am sorry that I have not written to you in so long, but I thought you should know that I have fallen in love and now have a daughter, you would love her long vibrant… red hair," said Shirayuki with a stunned expression.
"Wait, are you saying that Shirayuki is the princess's daughter?" asked Obi.
"I do not have any real proof, but what are the odds of another person with red hair living in Tanburn?" asked Prince Raji.
"Are you alright, Shirayuki?" asked Zen as he noticed her staring at the letter.
"I'm just stunned, I can't believe I could be of royal descent," said Shirayuki.
"Wait, this could mean that Shirayuki is eligible for a marriage interview with you Zen, even former royalty is allowed for it," said Kiki.
"Shirayuki, is it alright with you if we keep looking into this, I want to make sure you're alright with this," said Zen.
"I want to know more about my family, so let's do what it takes to learn it," said Shirayuki with a determined expression.
