"Yes, my dear Naruto-sama." Sakura replied with a continuing smile, one of love as she added. "Sasuke Uchiha no longer holds a spot in my heart, the only man I love is you."
"And you are comfortable with other women being with us, right?" Naruto asked, testing Sakura's devotion, where he smiled at her reply.
"Of course, my love. So long as you are happy and we can share that same happiness with women such as Ino and Hinata, I am happy." Sakura said, before adding with a slyness. "Not to mention, I do admit that there are plenty of sexy Kunoichi out there who would just love the chance to serve you as I do now."
"That's my girl." Naruto said with a grin, giving Sakura another deep and passionate kiss, not only enjoying the feel of Sakura kissing him back, but gazing down her open kimono, there was part of Naruto that just couldn't help but to slide a hand down the front and cup Sakura's breasts.
"Easy there, Naruto-sama." Sakura said, breaking from the kiss. "As much as I would love to continue, we should head to the Training Grounds for that foolish man's test."
"You're right, and I should get a new outfit for myself as this jumpsuit doesn't fit even a normal Clan head." Naruto replied, agreeing with his Queen, before both ran through the same hand signs, filling the bedroom with a set of smoke clouds, which faded and revealed Naruto and Sakura, looking as they had before the Kunoichi had given herself to her new Master.
Though there was part of Sakura that hated having to look like her old self, to look like the weak Sakura she was, the Sakura that held no ties with her beloved Master, there was another thought that then came to her mind.
"That reminds me, what is the name of our new Clan?" She asked, leaving Naruto silent for a moment as he gave the question some thought, before smiling as what he believed was the perfect name came to his mind.
"From now on, we are the Uzutsuki Clan, and from now on you are Sakura Uzutsuki." Naruto said, causing Sakura to smile back and let out a content sigh, resting her head on Naruto's shoulder as the pair headed off, to complete their test and to ensure their plans for the power needed to bring complete order and control to their world would come into fruition.
