Batman came up on the island where Blackard was staying in-between voyages, Batman stepped to the side of his ship but he heard his voice "Welcome Bruce, I let the bridge down for you." the bridge came down an annoyed Batman walked into Blackard's domain.

"Do you know why i'm here?" the dark knight asks,

"I assume its about the deluxe heroes apartment in the sky."

"Who's they?"

"The founders, Blackard, they're impressed by your efforts in the Thanagard invasion."
