2Roman Reigns was in the hospital with leukemia.
"Man, I hate having leukemia," he said. "I'm letting the WWE Universe down by not being there for them as the Universal Champion."
"Cheer up," said a familiar voice.
"Goku!" Roman Reigns said, the Saiyan entering with some flowers and balloons.
"I came to wish you good luck with your leukemia," Goku said. "I know you can beat it, buddy."
"Darn right," Roman Reigns said.
"Oh yeah," said Goku. "I went to Korin and got some Senzu Beans for you."
"Senzu Beans? What are those?" Roman Reigns asked.
"Just eat one," Goku said. "You'll feel better."
Roman skeptically took a bean from Goku. "One puny bean? I don't know how much good this will do, but I trust you, Goku." Roman ate the Senzu Bean.
"W-whoa!" Roman yelped, his muscles bulging as the Senzu Bean worked its magic. "Are you sure this is in accordance with WWE's Wellness Policy?"
"How do you feel?" Goku asked.
"My cancer! It's...gone!" Roman said as he leapt from his hospital bed.
All of a sudden, Brock Lesnar burst through the wall!
"You've ruined my plans again Goku!" Brock shouted. "I injected Roman with leukemia as revenge for him defeating me for the WWE Universal Championship! But now your Senzu Beans have cured him! So I'm going to make you both pay! AAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH"

Roman smirked. "Heck no." Then he Superman punched Brock Lesnar and the day was saved.
"Wow, and I'm still at Ultra Instinct 1!" Goku said. "You've gotta teach me your moves!"
