I WOULD LIKE TO SAY SORRY FOR POSTING THIS SO LATE, I'VE HAD THIS CHAPTER WAITING TO BE POSTED FOR A WHILE.
Thirteen years and a few months later, on the 31st of July Harry Potter walks downstairs to the kitchen where the adult Dursleys are, he grabs a piece of toast with some Strawberry Jam. His Uncle Vernon sneers at him as Harry does this but doesn't do anything unless he wants a very pissed off wizard after him, so he watches as Harry spreads the Strawberry Jam. Dudley enters the kitchen, he sees Harry and asks "what are you doing today, cousin ?"
"why do you ask ?" asks Harry.
"Dudley, that freak is not family!" yells Vernon finally having enough just as Vernon's sister, Marge enters the kitchen, she sees Harry standing there, sneers at him and asks rudely "what are you doing, boy? shouldn't you be serving them and not wasting food on yourself?" she then says "my brother works to provide for his family, which doesn't include you, boy" Marge is acting as if she is much better than him but Harry ignores her as he normally does unless she goes after his parents which she hasn't done since Harry was thirteen. Harry just turns to Dudley and says "a girl named Luna told me that on my fifteenth birthday that I had to go to Gringotts, I don't know why she never told me but she was pretty serious about me going there, I think she might be a seer or something" completely ignoring the adults in the room who are either angry (Vernon), annoyed (Petunia) or confused (Marge).
Harry smirks, he walks out of the kitchen, past Marge and he heads upstairs to place his things in his trunk. Harry then lets Hedwig out of her cage, Hedwig flies out of the window and Harry heads downstairs, he is stopped by Vernon, Petunia and Marge. Vernon looks purple, Marge looks angry and is ready to set her dog on Harry while Petunia looks extremely cross and has a frying pan in her hand, Vernon says to Harry "you are not leaving this house so that you can run off to see your freak friends"
"freak" exclaims Marge at Harry before she says to Vernon "he probably is off to see some sort of criminal type people, Vernon, he still needs to serve me my breakfast, feed Ripper-"
"do the gardening, clean the whole house and the many other chores he has," says Petunia. Harry just chuckles at them before he says reminding them "Sirius would not be very happy, you know my murdering godfather, I'm going and you can't stop me" Marge and Vernon go to attack Harry but Harry just flicks his hand at Marge, freezing her in place, before he uses his telekinesis to shove Vernon into the living room, and as Petunia comes at him with the frying pan, Harry, disappears in a whirl of smoke (AN: the way to teleport from Once Upon A Time) before he reappears behind Petunia, grabs the pan and whacks her over the head.
He unfreezes Marge who looks confused, he whistles to get her attention, when she turns Harry just whacks her with the frying. He leaves the house in a very good mood after that, he walks down the street to a private place where he summons the Knight Bus. Once the Knight Bus arrives he tells the driver, Ernie, that he's headed to the Leaky Cauldron.
One very fast bus drive later and Harry is walking through the pub to the barrier which he opens with a tap of his wand, once the barrier is open Harry heads straight to Gringotts Bank, he walks down towards the head desk where he stops and says "hello, my name's Harry Potter, I am here to talk to someone" The Goblin tells Harry that he has an appointment at the bank and tells Harry to wait for a goblin to get him.
A few minutes later Harry hears a throat being cleared, he looks up to see a goblin standing in front of him, Harry recognises the goblin and he exclaims "Griphook, how are you ?" Griphook is surprised by the fact that Harry recognises him but doesn't comment as Harry stands up, Harry follows Griphook to the office of Ragnok. Griphook knocks on the door, they hear a gruff "enter" they enter the office.
When Ragnok sees Harry he says "Mr Potter, what can I do for you today ?" Harry explains everything to the goblin who tells Harry about the tests that are available at the bank, Harry tells Ragnok what tests he wants to take and what he needs to do for them before he takes out several pieces of parchment.
Harry gives Ragnok several drops of his blood for his tests which are dropped onto several pieces of enchanted parchment. The parchment with Harry's information starts to glow, the parchment then starts getting covered in writing.

Harry or Phoebus is shocked by what he's read, he doesn't understand how he has three parents, but he doesn't worry about it as he is more worried about the Horcrux, not that he knows what a Horcrux is. Ragnok and Griphook explain to Phoebus about what a Horcrux is, Phoebus is disgusted by it and asks for it to be removed from him, the goblins both agree.
Three hours later Phoebus is fully clear of blocks, binds or any spells/potions that will influence him in any way with only the Horcrux to deal with, he has the chance to be his true self and if people don't like it, they can get fucked as far as Phoebus was concerned.
They head into an ancient room, he lays on the table in the middle of the room, three more Goblins enter the room and they start a ritual to get rid of the Horcrux inside his scar. They chant a spell to remove the Horcrux from Phoebus' scar. The Horcrux is removed, the removal is painful for Phoenix. The Goblins also repair any damage that had been done to his body during his stay with the Dursleys, not that it's much damage as Phoebus had always used his powers to defend himself against the Dursleys.
After the Horcrux had been removed Phoebus gets off the table, he goes to the mirror and he sees that his scar is healed over, that it's not red and open like it used to be. Pheobus smiles as he looks at himself in the mirror, he then magically make his hair grow longer till it reaches his back.
Forty minutes later Phoebus is leaving Gringotts with a credit card with his true name on it, a Glamour over his body to make him look like he did before (to trick people), a set of athames, a whip, three different swords and some hand-held metallic fans and other types of fans from his mother's vault which can be thrown and a huge magic mirror along with several smaller mirrors that Phoebus had shrunken down to fit in his bag.
He journeys back to Privat Drive to tell his Aunt Petunia, Uncle Vernon, Aunt Marge and Dudley the truth about his birth but he decides not to tell them immediately as when he suddenly gets a vision, in the vision Dudley is being attacked by Dementors. Phoebus decides to save Dudley from the Dementors by keeping Dudley away from where he saw the Dementors not knowing that they'll be attacked by something else as well.
The next day Phoebus sits on the swing when he sees his cousin Dudley and four of his friends approaching, laughing about them beating up another kid. He hears one of them says "he squealed like a pig, didn't he ?" while laughing.
"Yeah, brilliant punch" replies one of the other to one of his friends.
"did you see his face ?" asks one of them before Harry says to Dudley "hey guys" before he asks "beat up another ten-year-old ?"
"this one deserved it" replies Dudley putting on an act
"yeah" agrees Dudley's friends. Harry then says "five against one, very brave"
"oh, like you can talk about brave" sneers one of Dudley's friends, before he says pretending to be whimpering, mimicking Phoebus during one of his nightmares "oh, don't kill Cedric" he then asks "who's Cedric? your boyfriend?" Phoebus gets off the swing, Dudley instinctively steps back knowing that Phoebus is not what he seems. Dudley's friends see this but don't ask and they too step back except for the one who had teased him about his nightmare.
