A.N. Okay, so this is something I actually completed in August of 2015! I took the first part from the opening of Legend of the Neverbeast, but I added my own lyrics afterwards. Be warned, it's not that good. Oh, and I actually tried to post this before in 2016, but it didn't work for some reason…oh well.

DISCLAIMER: TINKERBELL AND HER FRIENDS BELONG TO DISNEY! DON'T SUE ME!

Look high in the sky on this Never Land night,

for a glowing, green star, the fourth from the right.

As it falls from the heavens, and streaks through the air,

you'll know it's a comet, a sight strange and rare.

A harmless display? A treat for the eye?

Perhaps, but be careful, for appearances lie.

This comet, you see has been here before.

The ancients described it in old fairy lore:

"Beware the green tail as it trails alongside

and spills into corners where shadows abide.

Take heed! and you'll know that before the dawn breaks

Deep down in the darkness...a creature awakes..."

That's all that is said of this creature of lore

Mysterious, dark, but now we'll explore

The means of its ways

It's not what you think.

Look close and be thoughtful, the pieces might link.

It may look evil, mean, gruff, and hard,

But what's more important, is that it's a guard.

It protects Pixie Hollow, the home of the fae, from a powerful storm, the most powerful of today.

It has green clouds, lightning that strikes, thunder and fires, the Hollow it smites.

But what's the solution? What will the beast do, to ensure that the Hollow survives? There is few

That know how he does it, but I do, don't fret.

Be patient, attentive, it's not over yet.

The creature builds towers of rocks in each season,

Don't worry my friends, it has a good reason.

The towers attract, the lightning of the storm, when it goes back to the source, everything will be norm.

The creature grows wings, and horns to collect,

the lightning which it brings to the source to affect

The weather, the storm, it goes away but,

the creature, who protected the hollow from the rut,

his work here is done, he goes back to the cave

He abides in, he's tired, the effort he gave

Exhausts him, now for a millennium sleep,

he closes his eyes, not a sound, not a peep.

'Till the brilliant green comet, comes here again.

We know all this, with help from a friend.

An animal fairy, we know her by Fawn,

Who's sunny and bright, just like a new dawn.

She befriended this creature, found out it's ways,

She tracked him relentlessly, by nights and by days.

She found him not unnecessary in the least,

this creature, now has the name...Neverbeast.

(Though she calls him Gruff!)
