A/N: Hi! Welcome back! See! I'm not dead! It's been awhile but I only do this as a hobby tbh. I really only write when I feel like it but when I do, I write alot so thats a plus. School is startin up so you may not see any uploads from me for for a while. I won't be quitting or anything but I want to get settled in. Updates will probably be spaced because of homework and my job but just bare with me and I promise I'll never leave anything unfinished. This story has reached 100+ favorite's and follow's! Chapter 6: Who Will Save You Now
"W-W-Who the hell are you!" Ivan screams, terror laced in his words.
A firey black figure has just breached his chambers and he could sense death radiating off the being. Flare instantly came to mind and a sudden feeling of dread began to wash over him.
"You dared to hurt my queen, my mate, my SANITY... You'll pay the ultimate price for you're insolince... You're life..." Natsu mutters in a sinister doubled voice.
Ivan's blood ran cold.
This is it. He'd meet his end in this very room, to a person he knows nothing about, because of a woman he allowed to escape. He'd die here but he wouldn't go without a fight.
"Maybe an Illusion will throw him off, may-"
"Don't be stupid... I'd burn you to ash before you'd be able to make one..." Natsu replies in a monotone voice.
Ivan's eyes widen in shock. How could he have known.
"I can smell you're fear, read you like an open book... You're terrified and rightfully so... What will you do? Will you fight? Will you beg? Or will you just allow me to slaughter you in this room. Please... Make this worth my time." He asks with a sinister smile.
Fear has never been so prevelant in the man. He was shaking in his boots. The heat that rolled off this figure was immense and his image was being distorted through the heat waves. Their power was great, far greater than any he's known and in just his words alone. He could practically hear his death.
"W-W-What do you want!" Ivan screams, on the verge of tears.
Natsu tilts his head to the side, taking a step foward, coming into view. "Retribution..." He mutters quietly, his words echoing through the room.
Ivan's eyes widen in shock as he spots the familiar mop of pink hair. Natsu Dragneel. He was going to be his murderer.
"You dared touch what was mine... Almost killed her... You're life was forfeit the moment we met... I'll kill you and you're entire guild... Please... Beg me to stop." He replies with genuine happiness.
"Y-Y-You're that guy! You're the man Flare's been talking to, that slut! I'll ki-GAH!" Ivan was cut short as Natsu had launched foward upon hearing the man insult his mate. His fist was planted firmly in his gut and the heat the dragon slayer gave off was burning the evil man.
"Watch you're tone worm... Insult my queen like that again and I'll skin you alive with you're own teeth..." Natsu says darkly, his eyes showing nothing but rage at the man who'd dare insult his beloved.
Natsu retracts his hand and moves it to grab Ivan by the neck, dangling him in the air. Ivan begins thrashing around in the dragon slayer's clutches, trying desrperately to get freeded but twas all in vain.
"You've casued my mate nothing but pain... I'm going to show you that pain... I'll show you pain like you've never expirienced... For my mates honor... You. Will. Die." Natsu whispers, his doubled voice dancing in happiness.
*SNAP*
"AGGGHHHH!" Ivan bellows in pain. Natsu had grabbed his arm and bent it so far back that the bone cracked under the stress. He was against the wall and he could hear the shouts of his guild members behind the fire coated door. He was helpless.
"Everytime I break a bone... I want you to apologise to Flare... If you don't... You'll burn..." Natsu says darkly
"Mercy... Please... Have mercy..." Ivan begs.
This angered Natsu. He begins to growl and he slams Ivan' back to the stone wall, hearing a sicking crack because of it. "How many times did Flare ask for mercy!? Huh!? How do you like it!? I'll make what you did to Flare look like a blessing once I'm done with you!" Natsu roars.
He was done with this man. He's caused Flare nothing but pain and suffering and he'd end that today. He wouldn't be on this Earth for much longer.
*CRASH*
"Master!" Yells the members of Raven Tail.
They all stood in the doorway, Obra, Nullpudding, and Kurohebi. Ivan's face showed relief but Natsu felt a darkness brew inside of him.
"OBRA! SAP HIS MAGIC!" Ivan commands.
The puppet master giggles and raises his puppets hand, expecting to see Natsu crumble to the floor but instead was met with a sinister smile.
"Boom..." Natsu whispers.
Raven Tail's eyes widen is shock as a massive explosion of flames errupts from Obra's spot. They shield their eyes from the blast and once recovered are shocked to see a smoldering pile of ash sitting were the former puppet master once stood.
"W-W-WHAT!" Ivan yells in complete shock.
Natsu grunts and tosses the broken man to the side, moving to glare at the now fear stricken mages. "You've interupted my revenge... You'll pay for you're stupidity..." Natsu whispers.
"Grrr! Shut up! You'll pay!" Nullpudding yells, extending his arms foward. "Needle Blast!'" He yells as a volley of needles are shot from the purple mans arms.
"Tch." Natsu easily dodges the attack by rolling to the side but the man followed him, not letting up on his attack.
"Kurohebi! Get him!" Ivan yells from the floor, clutching at his broken arm.
With a nod, the skinny man rushes foward to meet the pinkette, smirking at all the fire at his disposal. "Haha! You fool! You've left me with plenty of magic to copy!" He yells as Natsu's fire begins to form around the man. "Fire Blast!" He yells as he throws a massive fire ball Natsu's way.
"TAKE THIS!" Nullpudding bellows as he enlarges the spikes on his arms and with the help of the flames throws a massive punch Natsu's way.
"Pathetic..." Natsu says under his breath, not at all worring about the attack.
He instead lifts a hand and the flames immediately come to a halt, licking their way up his form. He then kicks Nullpudding to the side and glares at Kurohebi. "To think... Someone would use my element, MY flames against me... I'll take my time in killing you.." Natsu's eyes have settled on the shocked man, his rage overwhelming him.
In a flash, Natsu punts Nullpudding who was downed infront of the copy mage away from him and reapears infront of Kurohebi. "Suffer..." Natsu whispers.
Kurohebi's eyes widen in shock but a pained expression takes over his features. "RAAAGGHHH!" He screams in agony as he is ingited in flames.
Natsu takes pleasure in watching the man suffer, retribution for his mates treatment was what he was savory.
"AHHHHH! MAKE IT STOP! PLEASE!" The man begs.
His comrades could only watch in horror as their member was being roasted alive. He was writhing on the ground, trying desperately to put out the flames but it was all for not.
"Poof..." Natsu whipsers.
In a cloud of smoke all of the flames surrounding Kurohebi extinguish. A chared beaten body is left behind, he wasn't dead but he was injured greatly. He'd want to have more fun with him later.
"Haaaa~ Who's next?" Natsu says with a sinister smile, tilting his head to the side and eyeing the frightened mages.
"Y-Y-You! G-G-Get away!" Nullpudding yells, running for the door.
"COWARD!" Ivan rages, watching his guildmember flee.
Natsu smirks, licking his lips. He was liking playing the hunter. In a flash of fire, he appears infront of the purple man and decks him square in the face, sending him flying. He crashes into a wall and a pained groan follows. Natsu then begins to walk towards the downed man and kneels to his level. "Did you think you'd escape my wrath?" He asks darkly.
The small man could only shake in fear as he stared into Natsu's dark eyes. "W-W-What are you?" He whispers fearfully.
Smirking, Natsu stands, pondering for a moment. "I'm the embodiement of rage... This is what happen's when you provoke something you do not understand, when you dare try to taint what is rightfully mine... You will pay for harming my mate... You will know true terror" He says.
Both dark mages knew what Natsu was. He was a demon, something of pure evil. This wasn't the rage of a dragon like they had thought but rather that of something sinister. Demonic even.
"W-WAIT! I didn't do anything to Flare! It was all Ivan! Please! Spare me!" Nullpudding begs, now on his hands and knees.
Natsu smiles. "You begging only wants to make me hurt you more..." He whispers.
"P-Please..." Nullpudding whispers. Watching Natsu take in a breath.
"FIRE DRAGONS ROAR!" Natsu bellows from point blank range.
"Mercy..."
"GGGGGAAAAAAHHHHH!" The purple man yells in utter agony, being consumed in Natsu's flames.
He was hit point blank by the inferno and was blown completly out of the building. His flames jetted for miles outwards, a sign to his rage. Ivan could only watch in horror as all three of his guild members were defeated. All by a single man.
"You're next..." Natsu says darkly.
Pure fear was all that came to Ivan as those 2 words were spoken. This was it. Here and now he would die, all for his treatment of Flare. She was his puppet, his dog to do as he wished and now he was getting finally what he deserved. Punishment.
"I-I-I won't let you win! I'll kill you then I'll kill the girl!" Ivan rages, extending his hand outwards. "Shikigami Torrent!" Ivan yells.
Natsu watches in anger as a torrent of paper doll created from rubble come his way. He frowns and awaits the attack.
"DIE!" Ivan bellows.
The torrent hits Natsu head on and then spits into multiple torrents, surrounding the dragon slayer. Natsu looks around in amusment at the dolls. He could feel them hit at his body but they did nothing to him for there was one thing that paper does best.
It burns.
With a smile, Natsu looks Ivans way. Taking pleasure in his shocked look. "Weak..." He mutters, igniting his body in flames.
Ivan is shocked as he watches his dolls turn to ash, flying around the room and into the night.
"I-I-Impossible!" Ivan screams, total shock covering his face.
With a tilt of the head, Natsu lets a stream of steam out of his mouth. A real dragon action non the less. "Anthing else?" Natus taunts.
Ivan grits his teeth. "I'm not done yet! Lets see how you handle this!" He says angrily, his dolls massing around him.
Natsu smirks and crosses his arms, awaiting the attack. He liked toying with this man.
"Grrrr! Shikigami Dark Bomb!" Ivan yells, a massive ball of his Shikigami forging over Natsu's head.
Natsu simply smiles at the attempt but it was all in vein. He would end this now. Without warning Natsu lunges towards Ivan, leaving a trail of fire behind him. Ivan is taken by shock and has no time to react to the attack. Here it comes, his end.
"Fire Dragons Iron Fist!" Natsu yells, connecting his fist with Ivans face.
Upon impact, Ivan is sent flying out of the room and onto the rocky ground below. A pained filled scream errupts from his throat and his eyes fade, he was dying. Natsu smiles and jumps down from the broken building, landing with a cloud of dust below.
"Flare will live safe knowing you're dead Ivan... All those times you abused Flare will be forgotten with you're death. You're end is here." Natsu says with dark intent.
He errupts in flames and begins charging a ball of them above his head. "You will be bathed in fire... You will be cleansed by my flames. You. Will. Die." He says in his doubled voice.
"FIRE DRAGONS BRILLIANT FL-"
Natsu spell was cut short as he was tackled to the ground by a blur of blue. The smell of crisp air and tropical breeze fills his senses and he immediately knew who had tackled him.
It was Wendy.
"P-P-Please! Natsu-san! Come back to us! This isn't you!" Wendy says through the tears. Clinging tightly to his chest.
She was glad they made it in time. Herself, Gray, Makarov, Laxus, and Erza had came as fast as they could to track the dragon slayer. Thanks to her nose they had found him. He hadn't done anything horrible yet but she could tell from the look and the smell of the place he had almost killed someone.
Ivan was in complete shock as he almost witnessed his own death. He collapses out of shock and the team sent to find Natsu stand over him.
"Erza. Is he okay?" Makarov asks quietly.
Erza nods. "They all are. Natsu was toying with them, he hasn't delt any mortal wounds yet. We barley made it." The redhead says in fear.
Makarov nods and walks over to Natsu who is being held by Wendy. Natsu's eyes seemed to show confusion. It seems as if he didn't know what to do. He was stalled and now that he was sane they needed to help him.
"Natsu my son. What have you done? What have you become?" The old man says quielty, eyeing the terrified pinkette.
His eyes had gone back to their onyx color and his look had also come back. His breathing was ragged and he clung to Wendy like a scared confused child, his hands fumbling on her back. He was going to attack the figure who tackled him, robbing him of his revenge but as soon as he figured it was Wendy, he calmed instantly. She was his baby sister, the bond he had with her was strong and he'd never do anything to harm the girl. She was family.
Pure confusion takes hold of Natsu's mind. He didn't even know how he got here, when he got here. He knew it was becasue of Flare but after seeing the bruises on her thighs, thats when everything went black.
"W-W-W-What's happening?" Natus questions with fear, his voice shacking and a genuine confused look on his face.
Wendy's sobs grow louder and she clings to Natsu tighter. "Y-Y-You went into a rage Natsu-san... I thought you'd never come back... That wasn't you, what was that Natsu-san!? Please! Tell us!" She begs, staring into Natsu's onyx eyes.
Natsu's eyes widen in shock. He didn't know what to say. "That wasn't you." What wasn't him? A rage took him over so maybe it was his dragon force combined with his dragon instincts. He stays silent, staring blankly at the poor bluenette. He couldn't come up with a coherent answer. What happened back at the guild and here was totally and utterly forgotten.
He goes to speak but a cry from Erza takes his attention. She kneeling next to his head with a hand on his forehead. "Please, we need you Natsu. Lucy's been kidnapped. We need you Natsu, she needs you. Please." Erza pleas.
"Lucy..." Natsu mutters.
She was kidnapped? Why would someone kidnap her? Inside her own guild? Who would do such a thing!
"How?" Natsu says through his closing throat.
Erza chokes back a sob. "It's my fault. I left her to rest in our room and while we where at the bar they took her. They took her right from her bed. I don't know who did it but we need you Natsu. Please..." She cries. "Gajeel stayed behind to guard Flare. Everyone else is out looking for Lucy, something is happening in Crocus and we don't know what. We need you Natsu!" That Natsu at the guild was not the Natsu she grew up with. No, that Natsu was evil, he was dark and void of any feelings. She needed to know what happened back there but they needed to find Lucy first. She needed Natsu.
Natsu just continued to stare blankly at the crying knight. How could things go so bad so fast? Lucy's been kidnapped, he's just gone into a rage and almost killed three people, what was happening.
"Natsu. Child." Comes the voice of Makarov. "We need you son. Lucy needs you. We'll worry about what happened to you later but for now, we need to find Lucy." He says.
"Okay. I'll find her and I'll beat the bastards that thought they could kidnap my best friend." Natsu says lowly. "Come on Wendy. Lets go get Lucy." His famous grin comming to his face.
Wendy smiles at Natsu. "Hai Natsu-san."
"Natsu my son. I'm trusting you to find Lucy. I need to stay here... I need to talk with my son... Please, bring Lucy back home." Makarov says in a solem voice.
Natsu says nothing but instead nods. He would get lucy back no matter the cost. He takes off with the rest of the group falling behind him, a fierce expression written on their features.
They'd get Lucy back and whoever took her would know the wrath of Fairy Tail. Natsu had a weird feeling in his gut, he was worried but about what was unknown. He couldn't shake the feeling but he'd get over it for Lucy's sake. She needed help.
Eclipse Portal:
"Is everything ready? We have the tool so lets open the gates." Princess of Fiore Hisui commands.
Behind the woman was a massive portal, the portal that'd save humanity from the dragon attacks. A source from the future had warned the princess of a mass of 10,000 dragons attacking the continent. He said that his future was destroyed but he came back in order to save this one. He also warned her of Lucy Heartfillia, the one who closed the gates and allowed the dragons to live. That is why she had her captured and that is the reason she's standing right next to her.
"Please! What are you doing to my spirits!? Don't hurt them, I'm begging you please don't hurt them!" Lucy pleas. She was handcuffed and helplessly watching her gate keys being used to activate this portal. Would it hurt them? Would it destroy their keys? She didn't know.
"Hime-sama! The Eclipse Cannon is ready! Waiting for you're orders!" A guard salutes.
Hisui nods and continues to stare at the night sky. "They'll be flying in from that direction" She thinks calmly. "The Eclipse Cannon should desimate them all with one shot. That's if this woman doesn't close the gates." Her attention turns towards the crying blonde. "You're friends will be fine. I assure you. They are just needed to open the gates. Yukino has also gave us her keys. This is for the sake of humanity Lucy." Yukino was standing off to the sides, waiting with all the others.
Lucy sniffles. "Okay. Just please, don't hurt them." She says quietly.
Hisui gives a gentle smile to the woman and motions a guard to undo the blondes handcuffs.
"A-Are you sure Hime-sama!?" The guards questions worriedly.
Hisui nods. "Hai, I trust her. All she wants is the assured saftey of her spirits. I'll hold full responsiblity." She says.
The guard nods a bit hesitently and moves to undo Lucy's handcuffs. Once free from her confines she rubs at her tender wrists and gets a good look at her surroundings. It was dark out and a mass of royal guards were around this area. A massive gate was behind her and everyone had a look of anticipation and worry in their eyes. She saw Yukino standing aside with a man she heared was Arcadios. She looks at the princess and see's her looking with a worried glint in her hazel orbs.
"H-H-Hime-sama? W-W-What are you wating for?" Lucy asks nervously. This was the future Queen of Fiore she was talking too.
Hisui jolts at the sound of the blondes voice, she was lost in thought and wasn't ready for the girls voice. "I'm sorry about that." Lucy nods. "This is the Eclipse Gate, it has the power to travel through time and with this, a messanger was able to come from the future and warn us of an event that will happen today at this very time." Lucy's eyes widen in shock as she hears the woman continue. "A mass of 10,000 dragons will be comming to desimate the entire country and according to our source no one will survive. That's why I needed you're keys as well as the keys of Yukino. The Grand Magic Games were a means of gathering energy to use this portal but now we will use it to fire a blast that should kill all 10,000 dragons. The Eclipse Cannon." Hisui finishes, a fierce look on her face. "I will not let this country down." She mutters silently.
Her head snaps up fiercly and her eyes show nothing but determination. "Open the gates!" She commands as the guards begin scrambling and the celestial spirit keys are used to activate the gate.
"Wow..." Lucy says in atonishment.
The gates were slowly opening and a thick fog took the grounds and a mesmerizing light emitted from the open gates. She was entranced by the portals opening and felt a draw towards its opening.
"It's wonderful isn't it?" Hisui comments. "Seven years we've waited. Seven years we've planned and now that its ready, I'm ready to defend my country." The jade haired princess wanted nothing more to keep her country safe. This was her home and these were her people. With this weapon she'd save humanity. She'd prevent this future from falling. She'd be the one to re-write time.
"She's over there!"
Hisui's head snaps towards the sudden voice and she see's a pink haired man and a red headed woman running her way. She sees her guards run towards the duo and couldn't help but feel a laugh rise up in her.
"Halt! What buisness do you hav-GAH!" The guard couldn't finish his statement as Erza had puched him across the courtyard.
"UNHAND MY LUCY YOU FIENDS!" Erza bellows, charging into the groups of royal guards.
Hisui sweat drops as well as Lucy who was as pale as a ghost. "T-T-That for you?" Hisui questions.
Lucy nods and groans a deathly groan. "We're all so dead..." She mutters slilently.
Natus was pinching the bridge of his nose as he watched Erza fight through the army of guards.
"HOW DARE YOU KIDNAP MY WOMAN! I'LL CASTRATE YOU ALL IF YOU TOUCHED HER!" Erza rages, currently choking a poor familiar guard.
Natsu pales. "We're so dead..." He says.
"HAAAAAAAA!" Erza screams as she activates her Heavans Wheel armor and completly devistates the army. "WHERE IS LUCY!" Erza commands a guard on his knees begging.
"The blonde with the huge tits!? Over there! Please, spare me ple-AHHHHHH!" The poor fool was struck in the head before he could plea further. "You pig! I will be the only one admiring those!" She says with a fierce gaze in her brown eyes.
Lucy blushes and groans some more. "Wait! Y-Y-You two are-are-are together?" Hisui squeaks.
The blonde blushes again and nods. "Yup. That's my Erza." She says with a forced smile, pissed that she'd be spending the rest of her life in jail for Erza beating all these guards.
"LUCY~" Erza screams with tears of joy as she tackles th blonde to the ground with a thud. "Oh Lucy! I thought I'd never see you again *kiss kiss kiss* I'm so sorry for leaving you and letting you get kidnapped *kiss kiss kiss* Please forgive me!" Erza yells, rolling around on the floor with Lucy in her arms, tears falling heavily from her eyes and peppering her face in kisses.
Natsu couldn't help but smile at the couple. He could hear Lucy's protests and Erza's pleas of forgivness. It really warmed his heart to see the two so happy.
"They are really something else..." Hisui says with a small smile.
Natsu nods. "Yeah but that's why I love 'em so much." He says with a smile.
Hisui blushes again, a trickle of blood running down her nose. "Wait! Y-Y-You're with them also!?" She screeches. This hunk sure was lucky.
"What? No! I already have my mate! Erza's like my big sister and Luce is my best friend!" Natsu retorts.
Hisui coughs into her hand and regains her composure. "I take it you're here for Lucy." She says calmly.
Natsu nods. "You have a lot of nerve taking a member of Fairy Tail like that." Natsu says quielty. "You're lucky you're the Princess or I would've kicked you're ass." He chuckles, bowing. "Sorry for the intrusion Hime-sama." Hisui giggles at Natsu. "No need. I am at fault for ordering my guards to take Lucy. All I needed was her keys. I'm sorry Natsu Dragneel." She says with respect.
His breath hitches. "You know me?" He questions wearily.
Hisui smiles. "You're quite infamous around Fiore. A pink haired destructive man is hard to keep hidden." She giggles.
Natsu blushes and rubs the back of his neck. "Yeah... Sorry about that." He apologises flustered.
"No need. I admire you greatly. I've always wanted to meet the Salamander of Fairy Tail in person. Thanks for making one of my dreams come true." She replies with a sweet smile.
Natsu smiles back. "Glad I could help." He says with a simple genuine smile.
"HIME-SAMA! The gates are ready! Waiting for you're orders!" A guard yells.
Hisui goes back to being fierce and determined in a flash, her eyes reading readiness. "Hai! Prepare to fire as soon as those dragons come into sight! We will save Fiore and the country!" She yells.
*CHEERS*
"Now. Where is Arcadios." The Princess ponders.
"O-O-Over here H-H-Hime..." Comes a voice from the ground.
Both Hisui and Natsu look down and see Arcadios crawling on the ground with what looked like hand prints around his throat. "Looks like he was the one being choked by Erza." They say in unison.
"Help..." Was all Arcadios could muster before he collapsed.
Natsu sighs and goes to held him up, leaing him on a rock. "There, all better." Natsu says with a scared smile. "Oh man! We're all definetly going to jail now! Erza assaulted the Princess' personal guard!" Natsu screams internally.
"*Cough Cough* I thank you for protecting the Princess from that heathen Salamander. You have my thanks." He says with a bow of his head.
Natsu sweat drops and feels a chill run up his spine. "HE'S BAITING ME!" He screams in his head. He forces a smile and looks his way. "N-No p-problem s-s-sir!" He manages to get out.
Arcadios nods. "Hime, are we ready?" He questions seriously.
Hisui nods. "Yes Arcadios. Now we play the waiting game." She mutters quielty.
"Natsu! Look! I've found Lucy!" Erza cheers as she raises Lucy in her arms.
"P-Put me down!" Lucy says embarrassed.
Erza does so but grabs the blondes hand. "Mission complete Natsu. What do we do now?" She asks.
"Why you asking me?" Natsu questions.
"Don't you remember? Master put you incharge of the mission. So what do we do?" She questions again.
Natsu sighs. "I don't know, go home?" He suggests with a sheepish smile.
Erza sighs. "If thats what you order. Let go ho-" She is cut off by a large rumble of the ground.
Lucy's eyes widen and the urge to move towards the gate returns. "Close the gates..." She whispers.
"Hime! What is this? Is this part of the Eclipse Cannon!?" Questions Arcadios.
Her eyes were wide. "No. I don't think so. It could be the dragons." She reasons.
"What! Dragons!?" Natsu shouts.
Hisui nods. "Yes. A messanger from the future came back in time to warn us of a mass of 10,000 dragons that'd attack the country. This gate will stop that attack." She says fiercly.
Natsu couldn't comprehend it. All the dragons had dissapeared. Why would 10,000 dragons come today and at this spot. Maybe Igneel was with them! "ERZA!" Natsu says. "We're helping the Princess!" He commands.
Erza nods. While Lucy just continues to stare at the opened gate. "Close the gates... Close the gates... Close the gates..." She chants, each time getting louder.
Natsu hears this and looks at her. "What Lucy?" He questions.
Lucy doesn't acknowledge his question and continues to eye the gate, releasing Erza's hand and walking towards the portal. "Close the gates... Close the gates... Close the gates... CLOSE THE GATES!" Lucy suddenly screams.
Everyone's eyes widen in shock. "What? Why Lucy?" Natsu questions. Lucy says nothing but continues making her way to the gates. "Close it. Close it. Close it." She chants in a monotone voice.
When she reaches the gate she outstretches her hand but a sudden pull takes her away from the doors. It was Erza.
"Lucy, what's gotten into you?" She questions worriedly.
"Close the gate!" She yells.
Hisui looks at her. "We can't! This is our only weapon agianst the dragons. Erza, please keep her." She says, watching the gates once more.
Erza nods and holds onto Lucy. "Please Lucy. Just stay here. This is our only chance." She says queitly, holding the blonde close.
Lucy's eyes widen in horror. "NO!" She screams. "CLOSE THEM NOW. PLEASE! BEFORE IT'S TOO LATE!" She yells but all in vein.
Arcadios scoff. "The messanger was right. She was the casue of the dragons attack. She's the one who damed humanity." He says.
Natsu was looking at Lucy and could see pure panic on her face. He didn't know what to do. He felt stuck but there wasn't really much he could do because the sand in the hour glass had ran out.
"CLOSE THE GATES!" Lucy bellows one last time before the start of the end began.
*ROOOOOOAAAAAAR*
A/N: And! Cliffhanger! See people I'm not dead! A little birdy told me people think I'm dead. That hurts guys. I've just been having fun in Nevada ever since I got "Blizzard" back and haven't really been home. I'm back now and since school starts on Wednesday writing will be a bit spaced. Just stick with me and I promise I'll get 'er done!
So how was it? I thought it was good and I'm setting up for the next chapter! I now have an idea for how many chapters are left but I won't say because I'm still not sure. A lot of angst will be used during the next chapters and it's gonna get crazy! This was just a setup chapter. Next chapter Flare is gonna play a huge roll in Natsu's downfall and a battle will be fought! I'm not the best at fight scenes but the only way I'll learn is to try, so please have mercy on my soul!
The Weeknd's new album was so damn good! I bought all of his albums again because the ones that I have are the limited addition ones and I just look at them all day x3. I've never unboxed them so they just sit there looking all pretty. Those albums helped me write this and I think it was all worth it! The Weeknd is life (No homo)!
