Whooo boy did this book have a different feel upon rereading it during a pandemic! It certainly added a new tone to the desperation poor Rigel felt trying to find a solution. Happily, the curing of the sleeping sickness also added some positivity to my day re: my thoughts about the coronavirus, so thanks for that unintended pick-me-up!

Tamora Pierce is one of my favorites! The first book that hooked me was the one with Alanna. So needless to say this story has rocketed to the top as one of my favorites. It is good on its own accord as well.

WHAT AN AMAZING STORY! I most definitely loves it! You writing is great and your story, to me at least, is unique and therefore never boring! I am so much looking forward to start reading about her next school year. This story is recommended to anyone who reads some reviews before actually reading a story, because to me this story was worth it!

Decided to reread the series for like the fifth time, so here we are.
I always love the jokes in this first chapter. And poor Archie’s thoughts on the stealing: even if it seems like a worse crime, that’s not the one that will get Harry locked up for life.
Also I forgot how much I love Neville. He’s so sweet in this chapter “I have a toad” bless I love him.

I think the kids need to come out over the summer to their parents about how it had been an elaborate prank to get at least a year at the school they wanted, sure the parents will be angry and sad but they will love it and would probably go with it or make them 'swap back' for 2nd year

Alright so in general I am enjoying your story, but Rigel is incredibly frustrating. Her lack of initiative to figure out why she couldn't reliably do any wand magic, why she doesn't do anything about her mysterious attacker or explicitly tell anyone about it, and leaving her new wand in her bag when she has been attacked several times already. Why wouldn't she do anything to catch her attacker? She has the mauraders map and friends to watch her back, so she could set up for her attacker to try something again and catch them in the act.

Hello Violet
My sister recommended this story, and I really enjoyed it so far! I think that this is such a good idea, and I'm impressed that you have written several books already. I really love the characters so far, and I also like that you have kept for example, the weasleys as they wore in the original books. I will continue reading now, but I really hope they you will continue your writing, you are making a lot of people happy!
Love from a happy 13 year old girl from Denmark :)

Hi, just want you to know this was incredible! lucky find during quarantine, especially since I thought I’d read everything I wanted to in this fandom. Love how you made Harriet a badass without making her too Mary Sue! It’s interesting to see her accomplish incredible feats but also make basic mistakes. Love how you didn’t bash anyone also! Usually ppl get around Harry not being friends with Ron and Hermione by bashing one or both of them, so it’s nice you didn’t do that. My one thing would be — why not have sirius’s letters redirected to Archie and vice versa with lily and James’s letters? if Rigel and Archie keep each other appraised of what’s going on, then they could each write their own parents as themselves, injecting some of their real experiences into a pre-approved context. Seven years just feels like a long time for Archie to not be able to write his dad. Anyway, story was incredible! Can’t wait to read the rest. I love your snape, and your pansy and Draco are precious. Excited to see what Rigel does next year!

This is amazing. I think I read this book within the span of a day simply because I could not put it down. Thank you so much for this, and I look forward to reading the sequel!

this was beautifully written, thank you so much. I will proceed to read the rest of the books!
reading about the illness and the quarantine was very eerie since this was written years ago and the covid situation is happening at present though.

Chapter 13, a magical number, so high time I leave you a comment!
I am really glad I gave this a chance, after the first chapter I wasn’t sure about the writing style and the plot, but now I am hooked (the style and Language got better really fast!)
I am impressed and curious for whats to come and well thank you for writing.

this is probably my favorite chapter so far, the whole memory-as-planets thing is so fascinating!
