Well, she's not EVIL but still.
And if she knew about the Decepticons, she'd probably want to tinker with all of them, good thing she was imprisoned for 20,000 years. Or she'd have caused trouble LONG before then.

This story is great and was actually an inspiration for my own Batman/ Tenchi story. I love how Washu and Starscream interact and how Megatron realizes how integral he is to the cause. Great work.

The Autobots have been stuck in vehicle mode many times, and have gotten out of it. Making a Transformer is more than making a machine that's like one. Where's the Creation Matrix? Or the Spark?
