Well, if there is a past life for Rukia, it's only when her sister left her as an infant and studied in the Academy with Renji before she was taken by the Kuchiki Clan so, it's possible Rukia was born in Soul Society. It's good and I hope to see another chapter soon.

This is really good for having been written in the span. Also, I remember - but I'm not sure exactly where - but I'm pretty sure that it is said that Rukia and her older sister, Hisana, both died when Rukia was an infant, and were brought to the soul society together. After which Hisana left Rukia because she thought she would be safer without her (i think) and so that is how Rukia ended up growing up in the Soul Society - I think they starved to death, Rukia as an infant and Hisana as a teen(?) . But anyways, great story! :D
