I'll tell you the truth I'm not a big fan of oc or self insertion fics but it's something I haven't read before I'll give you this you have a nice idea I also like how you didn't give them powers just because they're in FMA.the only thing you need to work on is fundamentals like detail and scenery and try to work on having the characters reflect on themselves or the situation more i don't mind short chapters but try to pack more into the chapter itself other than that keep up the hard work!
