Poor Kevin. D:
Yes that is my first impression. (This is Birdy by the way.) Over all however I will also say this is brilliant (and making me want to play Albus like whoa.) I especially enjoyed the part with the assassin; mainly how while killing him would seem like fair revenge when it really just circumvents the case as now he be unable to tell exactly who killed the Sinclairs. It’s a cruel irony that really suits the story given what happened when Kevin actually did change the past.
I also liked how the entire experience seems to be like a waking nightmare for him with the dissolution of reality and the skipping sequences of time. Kevin seems to be aware of what’s going on but unable to stop it, just like a lucid dream, where you know it’s not real but you can’t wake up.
So, keep up the good work!

Never listen to a chain, and if you do don't trust what it's saying! Guess it will still take some time for Kevin to realize that it's only going downhill for him.
Again, beautifully written, amazing how you managed to display all the emotions. One can really feel with the characters, a sign of wonerful writing.

Great idea for a story - and even greater execution!
I really liked how you characterized Kevin; the way he's still kind of innocent and naiv when it comes to the contract.
Also, the manipulating, twisted way Albus finally got to killing the guy was pretty good.
