I haven't read all this through, just enough for me to start getting into it. I had planned on making a Naruto/Eva crossover myself, but this story seems to be coming out a lot better than what I have planned. Sweet. ^_^

I think asuka should answer all questions correctly taking in fact that she is a genuis girl in NGE,as for shinji say he should notice that lee and tenten are manipulating the mirrors hanging from the roof so there he gets tha answers,as she starts looking out of the window she gets a good sight of the whole classroom (Whoah hard time commin up whith things for Rei)

about the jutsus you asked for i think shinji should have a berserker power((element darkness)kekegenkai or how ever its spelled )as foe misato a genjutsu that makes you drunk, for asuka she could toss explosive fire balls (rasengan stile)and i got no idea what rie could do.
