Dropping a couple of ideas:
- Calcium control: grants full control over up to (a couple of) grams of Calcium, allowing to both move it around telekinetically and freely alter the state of atoms.
- This Quirk is actually way more powerful than it sounds, at least against biological opponents, as Ca ions are used for signal transmission between neurons. Thus, being able to remotely control those would allow (depending on how precise one's control is): partial or full-body paralysis, creation of sensory illusions (both simple one like making someone feel pain/cold/heat/touch and complex ones like faking sounds/images), remote body control.
- Of course, a kid of four years old wouldn't know that and to them such power would sound like something completely useless, a parlor trick that allows moving small pieces of chalk around without using hands.
- Copy one half:
- Allows one to copy an Emitter-type Quirk at one half of its strength upon skin contact if the person has a stronger (by whatever definition you're going to use within the story) Quirk than the one currently copied.
- For this idea, it would be interesting if Izuku somehow manages to copy 'Flight' from Christopher Skyline/Captain Celebrity. Because, quite honestly, it is one of the strongest brute-force Quirks seen in the entire series.
- For this particular idea, Izuku shouldn't become a holder of OFA if he already has 'Flight' copied.

While I enjoy your ideas and seeing them expanded upon is nice, the forced romances have gotten old FAST.
Every story doesn't have to revolve around Izuku having a girlfriend ASAP. Frankly, I would be more interested in seeing where the idea goes, rather than which girl he'll get this time.
I would suggest letting the romances flow naturally, instead of trying to force a new pairing every time. If it happens with who you have in mind and it feels right to throw it in, great. If it doesn't, then hold off on it until you expand the story and it actually fits with what you've written.
These are plot bunnies. The story should center around the idea, that is the plot bunny, and not which romance you thought might be fun to shoehorn into it.
I'm not saying having Izuku dating someone is bad, but the way you've been forcing them into every new idea has made it tiresome and detracts from the story idea. It feels forced and out of place, rather than seeming like a natural part of the story that adds to its appeal.
Take it as you will, this is just my opinion. The ideas are interesting, but the forced romances are making it hard to keep my interest with each new chapter that utilizes them, because they are dragging it down, rather than lifting it up.

Good chapter and this is a cool idea and it would be interesting to see what else he could do with metal and it is nice to see him paired with Kyouka

well, I don't want to dis you or anything... but you are clearly using a template, izuku gets different qirk, meets any of the cast girls and dominates entrance test. Now first two or three were quite ok but here at 10 it's just boring. I appreciate the time and thought you pump into this but your work for repetitive. have a good day

I get the feeling that this bunny would pretty much make it so Mineta gets beat up pretty often since he gets on Jirou's nerves and doesn't hide it when he offends her.

Metal Bending in a more than modern era is quite possibly the most delightfully OP power you've come up with yet. The robots, every building he's in, the Sports Festival, Bakugou's gauntlets, Iida's entire costume, likely Izuku's own costume, the metal that cap off Shigaraki's hands, the brace around Kurogiri's neck, any weapon anybody's carrying, Stain's blades, Spinner's fuck-you-sword-of-swords, Toga's Quirk gear, Muscular's eye, All For One's helmet . . . the list goes on. Seriously, seriously an awesome choice for a power this time around and one that works so well with the setting its crazy.
It's not even including the little things Izuku could do, like stuff directly out of Avatar or the Legend of Korra - sudden armor, immediate weapons, no door too strong for him to get through, instant restraints, the ability to fly via cables. Definitely an Izuku with a clear shot at number one.
Really liked it, if you can't tell. Hiryu presents an interesting but healthy friendship, I will never complain about more Izuku/Jiro and there's something to be said for the reaction of 1-A to Izuku's Quirk. Which I imagine would be a mixture of awe, jealousy and an innate desire to ensure that this Izuku never goes villain. :P
