This is a very interesting idea... I'm excited, I am really excited and stoked to see this come to life as you have done! I'll keep reading but for now just know that you have been doing great and I love your stories.

Hell yeah! Superior Spider man was one of the few spider man comics that I could read, since as a rule of the thumb I really dislike Peter Parker.

But superior midoriya... oh boy this is amazing! In a way I see Deku being kinda like Scott Summer from Schism to Death of X: not an idealist like Xavier/All Might and not a utilitarisnist like Lehnsherr/Octavius.

He's a little bit of both but something completelly all new, a spectacular spider man.

A hero should never fear their own power, but as a necessity must hold back. A part of a hero’s responsibility is to know when it is appropriate to use all of their power. A big issue Peter Parker struggled with is the fact that he was stronger and more dangerous than the average human.

Love it! You have a great writing style. And I like the way you break up the narrative with the internal monologue/story telling of Doc. Hope to see more soon.

You are not seriously trying to let Izuku get someone who was bred and raised for the sake and purpose of satisfying an old grudge that has been around since the dawn of the Age of Quirks, are you?
I hope you are familiar enough with the One Piece manga/anime to have a proper understanding of what has transpired during the Fishman Island Saga; In other words: Compare the majority of Quirk users in Izuku's world with Hody Jones and his "lieutenants", as well as any other inhabitant of the Fishman District.

I suppose that we should be grateful that Otto did not discreetly extract a sample of Izuku's DNA prior to the treatment, right?
If he had used a sample of Izuku's DNA and combined it with that of Izuku's mother Inko, then he would have been able to create a genetically enhanced clone of Izuku that Otto could have downloaded his AI-based consciousness into.
I bet he has studied the work of Miles Warren before dying and ending up in the Quirk Earth reality of the Jumpverse.

As for Izuku, you basically gave him Peter Parker's powers as Spider-Man along with the additional ability that is Alex Mann's Advanced Macro Probability Factor from the 2000 'Action Man' series.

i think this is amazingly written, keep up the good work

If Izuku calls himself the “superior” spider-man, he’ll subconsciously develop a superiority complex; especially since Doc Ock (who doesn’t understand true heroism) is involved. Izuku sees himself as a student and/or equal to other Heros, not their superior. So just Spider-Man should work...
Also, could you add a set of “spider arms” to his costume, if you haven’t already? I’m thinking of ones like Foc Ock used originally or from his hydra costume.

He is starting to make a name for himself now. I wonder how people will react when they learn Midoriya is a vigilante who is trying to get into a hero school.

I find the relationship between DocOck and Izuku to be very interesting. The former trying his hardest to restrain himself from turning Izuku into his carbon copy while Izuku is trying to learn from the man who gave him a chance to be a hero. On the surface its generally innocent, but this relationship can become toxic since Izuku is so eager to learn and is grateful to DocOck he might end up adopting his mentor's ideals instead. Or DocOck's controlling nature might to start leak out and become overbearing for Izuku who will fall into a similar abusive nature like he fell into with Katsuki. I'm very curious to see where Izuku will fall in the spectrum.

Furthermore DocOck's relationship with Izuku reminds me a lot of Nighteye and Mirio.
DocOck and Nighteye are both smug analytical intelligent men who trapped by their perception of the world they live in but are determined to raise a young man to become the best hero in the world. Like DocOCk, Nighteye found a student who was struggling and took him under his wing to mold him into becoming the hero because he saw Mirio's potential and believed that he could replace All-Might as the symbol of peace. Both of these mentors have noble reasons and are sincere in guiding their students but there is also a bit of selfishness and ego that is hidden in their intentions.

I am curious to see Inko's reaction to see her son's new "quirk" and how much he has changed. It would be a dramatic reversal for her considering her own sense of guilt. Plus what is All-Might going to do? Because i imagine that AM will try to find Izuku to give him OFA, AM is not going to give up after failing the first time and not to mention he will become a tad suspicious that the young man who claimed to be quirkless only to suddenly develop a powerful quirk. Hope to see a reunion between Izuku and AM pretty soon.
