I really enjoy the way that you write Zsasz - you do a good job of capturing his unpredictability and zaniness. Very fun to read!
I also like your OC. She's independent and stubborn, unafraid to stand up for herself, but imperfect in her lack of forethought (or apathy) surrounding her actions and her immaturity, both of which are appropriate considering her age. She seems well-balanced and a good match for Zsasz. Looking forward to the next installment!
