I just read this for the first time. It was amazing. It took me just over a day to read.
I love the way that you were able to really enhance specific characteristics of these characters without turning them into cartoons. Mac was always a bit insecure, and I hate brumby as much as you clearly do, I could definitely see him slapping her around in the show, so this exaggeration definitely worked. It was kind of awesome seeing how stable Harm could have been if he had grown up knowing his father was dead.

I do have one question though, while I do really like these new characters you have written, why hasn't the relationship between Harm, Mac, Bud and Harriet been developed? I do miss that aspect.

You amaze me with every chapter of this story but it really is time for the happy ending. I am a sucker for a happy ending but also for justice. I want Mic's character (especially the way you and others have portrayed him) to walk in front of a speeding bus or loaded 18 wheeler. Clayton Webb & Palmer are few other JAG characters that karma needs to strike. Anyway as always looking forward to the next chapter of this story. Thanks for sharing it with us.

Another excellent chapter! I'm glad you allowed Mac to actually speak to Joe, as I always thought the series should have given her that closure. I went back and re-read the entire series, and can't wait until the next installment. Again-this is very well written!

Beautiful scene with Joe. I glad you wrote the "I forgive you talk". That's what TPTB forgot to write. Trish and Frank arriving was the topper. They could be strong for her as she's free to cry out her grief. Can't wait to see more.
